24 oz prime rib. 1.5 inches thick

I was a little reluctant to try Dudes due to some of the negative reviews. We were driving through and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad we did. We were greeted and seated promptly. We were early and there weren't a lot of people but it was 2/3 full when we left. Our server was attentive and very helpful. I asked about local draft beers and she described one as fairly light. When she brought it she said that it was darker than she thought and if I didn't like it she would bring something else. It was fine. We decided on prime rib and ordered their 24 oz. My wife and I decided to split it. She ordered an appetizer and a wedge salad. The prime rib was huge and very good. Ordered it medium rare and it was. Server asked if we were going to share it and she brought an extra plate and au jus. Was this the best prime rib I e ever had? No, but it was very good. This is a family local steakhouse and not Fleming's or Ruth Chris but we enjoyed it and would go back.

Prime rib anyone.a ND it is and was very delicious!!!!

Entering the restaurant you get a mid 90s nestalgia. With ambient music that is a little too loud and upbeat for a mid week evening in a slow running restaurant. Vynle table covers i ordered prime rib. And am very excited for my first impressions. Waitress staff seem busy and don't have much time for guests but in all very kind fast hard working professionals. Don't have time for talk. Very delicious prime rib and baked potato with a roll for around $50 when it comes out and almost 1.5 inches thick. Very tasty tender meat. Warning they do not give much beef juice or broth it wasnt dry at all and in about 1/8 inch of broth that was gone in four bites from then on it just seemed like a thick steak after the little bit of ajus sauce was gone. Other than that I rate it all together for food a 9.5 out of 10 lost half a point on not taking the time to be more friendly atmosphere and the lack of ajus sauce and lack of the presentation of plate could use work. Serve things in other than plastic serving dishes glass and porcelain has always been a market standard. I am very please and will be passing my info along to all my freinds.

Parts and Labor Brewing Company was a complete disappointment. We stopped in just before 9:30 PM…read morehoping for wings and a beer, only to be turned away despite plenty of customers still dining inside. Apparently serving paying customers a few minutes before closing was too much to ask. My reply to the owner... Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, your response reinforces the concerns I expressed in my original review. Rather than addressing the customer experience, you chose to dismiss it by focusing on the time we arrived and by implying that my review was the result of me "needing a great day." That kind of sarcasm does not reflect the level of professionalism customers should expect from a business owner. You stated that you personally saw us enter at 9:40 PM and that the kitchen had already closed at 9:30 PM. However, I take accuracy seriously, and I do not appreciate being misrepresented. I have a screenshot documenting the time I left your establishment, which directly contradicts the timeline presented in your response. If the facts are important enough for you to publicly defend your business, they should also be important enough to present truthfully. To be clear, businesses have every right to establish kitchen hours and closing procedures. Had the situation simply been explained professionally and courteously, my review likely would have reflected that. What stands out is not the policy itself, but the way concerns were handled afterward. I travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally, reviewing small family-owned businesses because I genuinely enjoy supporting them. In many cases, when an owner responds thoughtfully and demonstrates a commitment to customer service, I am willing to reconsider or update a review. In this case, however, instead of leaning into customer service and understanding, you chose to defend, justify, and direct sarcasm toward a customer. I can accept mistakes. What I have a much harder time accepting is dishonesty. The screenshot of the time I left your establishment speaks for itself. I wish you and your business the best, but I stand by my review. To make matters worse, we had a similar experience elsewhere in Sterling when a Sonic employee snapped at us for trying to place an order. Thankfully, Village Inn restored a little faith in customer service with friendly staff, welcoming patrons, and genuine hospitality. If you're traveling through town, don't expect Parts and Labor to go out of its way for customers. We were in and out in under a minute--with nothing but a bad impression to take with us.

We were seated immediately. We were brought bread and water for the whole table along with the menus, which was very simple menu that I really appreciated.
