The total was almost $30 Pros: fast service Cons: The bread sticks were not cut properly, they are supposed to be cut into strips but it was just cut in half. Which made a mess when we were trying to pull apart. I don't like their garlic dipping sauce. The pizza was decent but it really didn't seem like it had the extra extra cheese I paid for. They weren't busy but they seemed kind of confused when I came to pick up my order. Also the bacon on the cheese sticks was skimpy. read more

Order a delivery pizza with hand tossed crust, red sauce, sausage, mushroom, and green onion... delivered on time and left at door as requested... opened box and... thin crust, half pepperoni and half white sauce and chicken... very expensive but was ok with it as I wanted the ease of home delivery... tipped the delivery man nicely and he called and said thank you and my pizza was delivered... other than the man being nice... everything else was horrible... This location of pizza hut is close to my house. I have purchased pizza from this location for many years. Pizzas are better than other locations. Place is consistent in making their pizzas. Pretty tasty and well made. I like all the crusts but the thin pizza is to me the best for my taste. The supersupreme is excellent. They also have wings and pasta. Unless you order the large wings yiu will be happy because the normal size are microwings. The pasta is good looking but not as tasty as it looks. I dont think the place makes the pasta at the facility. Is probably a corporate. I dont think we will be ordering pasta in the future. Pizzas are great so i will be ordering in the future read more

No tables, so take out or delivery are the only options. I went in to order pizza to go. I was asked for a phone number. I asked why they need a phone number when i am in the store and ordering to go. I was informed that all orders require a phone number to be entered into the system. Strange, or just stupid, you decide. So i made up a number and i ordered my pizza. The young lady behind the counter said "with our special, you can get 2 pizzas for $1 less". I ordered three items, but when I came to pick my order up, they "misplaced" my wings and had to "whip some up real quick." DO NOT ORDER!!! We have ordered from Pizza hut every Thursday night for 30 years. Tonight we placed our normal order online using our online account. The driver asked for payment at the time of delivery, and my husband explained that we always pay online. My husband opened our charge account and showed the driver. The manager, Sarah, refused to let us have our food. We even offered a check, and they refused. We will never order from Pizza Hut again!!! Delivery Driver tried to scam me. Ordered $35 worth of food for my party, paid with a $50, driver claimed he didn't have change, tried to take the difference as tip. (Food also came 45 minutes later than they said). I thought this was ridiculous so I told him to keep the pizzas, I'm not paying for them. LO AND BEHOLD, WHAT DID THE DRIVER DO? He miraculously remembered he had change in his pouch. After the encounter I contacted management and they didn't even seem half-interested in my complaint. Bad service and possible theft. I ordered 2 items from the $5 menu item at 8:44pm. I was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes. After waiting an hour for the food, the delivery driver came with the food. The total was roughly $14, and I gave him a $20. He asked if I wanted change. Of course I wanted change. He said he didn't have it. This was ridiculous, and I told him I wasn't giving him a $6 tip after being more than an hour late. He said he didn't have change again. He said he could possibly go to the store and get change for me. I gave him the food back and took my money back. At this point he pulled out a stack of money from his pocket and said that he did have change.Basically he tried to steal $6 from me. I will be contacting the Yum! Brands The manager was smug and unhelpful, hinting that she had power over the situation and emails would do nothing for the situation. I would give zero stars it if we're an option. After calling in an order and driving to pick it up, 5 minutes after they told me it would be ready, I proceeded to wait 33 minutes only to be told that the delivery driver accidentally took one of my pizzas and left to deliver it to someone else and it would be an extra 10-15 minute wait while they made a new one. Instead of offering me my pizzas for free and anything else I would like, they barely apologized and I had to twist their arm to refund just one of the pizzas which we have yet to see appear on our bank account. As I waited, I witnessed several other unhappy costumers and had a conversation with one lady who waited almost an hour after the allotted pick up time. I will never go back. read more

I purchased two pizzas today online. The estimated wait time for my pizza was 13 minutes, so I waited about 10 minutes before leaving my house. When I arrived at Pizza Hut, the screen displayed that our pizza order was ready. Two girls checked us out. One of them took my payment and walked away. I observed her texting on her cell phone and talking to a coworker. Tiffany, the other girl, also walked away. No one got my pizzas for me or even attempted to find them. I could actually see them sitting in the case and I wanted to just grab them myself. When I finally complained, they checked and the pizzas that had been sitting there since I entered the store were in fact mine. By the time I finally got my pizzas and left, I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes. The store was not busy and I don't believe this should have happened. This is not the first time the service has been pretty ridiculous. The pizza is really good but its almost not worth getting because of the horrible service. The only reason I even gave this one star is because the pizza was actually tasty. read more
