Last night we were out and about doing the normal family Christmas stuff like shopping, looking at lights, and getting Covid tests at Walgreens when we noticed how late it was getting; much too late to cook. So since we were waiting in the long line at Walgreens I pulled out my DoorDash app and ordered KFC to pickup so it would be ready when we got there; right next door. We pulled in and the store wasn't very busy at all. I walked in and my order was being prepared. The manager greeted me and was nice; I told him I was there for a DoorDash order and he made sure it was in the process of being prepared. The staff was also really friendly as well when they brought my order out to me. The food was good, hot, and fresh. The extra crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, and mac & cheese were just what we needed on this cold wet night. read more

No customers, no cars in drive through, had to wait for someone to realize I was even there and then when the girl came to "take my order" she just stood there looking at me. This girl was no help at all, I ordered 12pc bucket, no sides or anything else.. $32 freaking dollars, she thru the OLD chicken in the bucket and 4 crumpled up napkins and said nothing. On my 3rd attempt for an Uber Eats order(1st cancelled/2nd driver spilled order they cancelled(should have only been drinks?-rest in boxes in sealed bag?!, 3rd order 3 piece combo, 2 breasts/1 wing, 2 sides, biscuit soda. Delivered 1 breast 1 wing??, plus rest. Breast did not seem extra crispy. Biscuits have become microscopic for cost for additional price each, and sides seem significantly smaller. Requested honey sauce/extra honey sauce, none included. Also no ice in sodas, but had ice. Summizing they don't have to "face the music"...Uber Eats did make it right. Downgrading my generous 3 star rating to a 1 star. Dropped by this location last Wednesday (3/13) , with 30 minutes to spare before they closed for the night. I went to the drive-thru. Not one response could be heard through the speaker. So I decided to drive around the front to make sure the business hours were correct, because perhaps I may have gotten there past their business hours. The hours on door clearly shows 11 PM. And looking inside, you can clearly see the manager (in white shirt) cleaning out the chicken oven, while another employee can be seen walking towards drive thru window. So I decided to drive around again to the drive thru thinking they're going to service us. I spoke to the drive thru intercom hoping to get a response. Negative !!! Not one word was returned. So we decided to leave after many failed attempts. As we pass the drive thru window, you can clearly see the employee standing by the window. And you can clearly see him staring directly at his cellphone. I know he saw us coming but he never once looked our way. It was truly and utterly blatant how he dismissed and disregarded us. Went to walk inside the dining room at around 8pm (sign says it closes at 10pm) and the girl inside proceeded to point to the drive through. I tried explaining through the glass that the sign says they are open and my window doesn't work so I would rather come in. Then she rolled her eyes and got an attitude and tried to spell out "drive-thru" like I was too challenged to understand her. So I drive to the drive-thru, open my door, and was greeted with an attitude. When I asked them what time the dining room closes, nobody answered for about 1 minute. Don't waste your money here. I ordered via Uber eats. When I received the items, the chicken breast only had one half of the chicken with meat. The other half was bones. Clearly, they took the breast off of that side to make a boneless chicken sandwich and assumed that because they put enough batter on it and deep-fried it no one would know. Ugh!! We ask if they have pot pies she says one. We order it and some strips. She's literally getting the pot pie out of the heater and the manager at the drive-thru tells her to give it to her. The girl then yells at our table that it will be 15 minutes for a pot pie! We ask for our money back the manager says we can only have store credit for the pot pie. On the way home I decided to take a stop and pick up something quick. I hadn't been to KFC in years and as the saying goes things can only get better with time. Well that isn't always necessarily true....I had seen an advertisement about their hot wings and thought I'd give them a try but to my surprise the ad had to be old as the wings were no longer available. I decided to try the Cajun chicken strips as the picture looked good but I should have known better. Not always, but most times, looks are deceiving. I'm not sure if the strips were supposed to be dipped in a sauce but my tray definitely wasn't appealing to the eye. And for them to have been dipped in what seems like a batter of seasoning they were very bland. I'm not in any rush to go back. read more

this is literally the worst KFC restaurant I've ever been to in my life. staff is rude, they accidentally give your food order away to the wrong persons, many times when you pull up to the drive through, an employee speaks in the drive through speaker and says that the drive through is not working, and you have to come in the store to order. this happens often. if you order online, there is a very good chance that staff will give your online order to the wrong customer without checking the order number on your phone. avoid this establishment unless you love terrible customer service and dishonest staff read more

He repeated, at least four times, that he wanted white meat, no thighs. We know it costs extra & don't mind paying to get what we want. I was able to pull up, order, and receive my food within 10 minutes! The employees were friendly and did not give indication of attitude or meanness. KFC has a $5 meal deal that includes chicken, a side, cookie, and biscuit. I chose the three piece chicken tenders meal, and I was pleased with the size of the tenders, the warmness of the cookie, and the buttering of the biscuit. When I went back to the drive thru to get the order corrected, the employee did not want to correct the mistake but take the easy way out. Needless to say I left the store with no food and no refund. I contacted KFC customer service line to speak to someone about what happened. Three days past no response from the customer service people so I called back only to find out the store closed my complaint. No one contacted me no one wanted to hear my side of things.
