Never did get my order call the store 1.5 hrs after I ordered they told me there was orders in front of me.He was running late 30 min later driver calls me & ask what room i'm in at motel 6 i told him i'm at holiday inn, not motel 6 so I just told him to keep it call American Express so they could flag it. My teen will only eat Pizza Hut. I love that wherever we travel to, they are easily found. The store in Hurricane is pretty good. We have only had 2-3 issues and the manager will go out of her way to show appreciation to her customers. read more

Ordered online, only because we couldn't get through on the phone. Actually wanted the thin crust pizza but it wasn't an option online. Absolutely the worst place in the hurricane area.. Placed order at 532pm told 45 mins.. OK no biggie.. 2 calls back and pizza shows up at 802pm Manager said they was busy... I order from this location very frequently. I normally order delivery but there has been several times within the past year I've ordered carry out. I normally order different varieties or combinations of food and so I'd like to recognize this restaurant for 100% order accuracy every single time. I really think its remarkable how accurate they are. The delivery/carry-out time estimates provided via the website or the app have been pretty spot on in my experiences. The food quality has always been excellent with the exception of the chicken wings. I will chalk that up to chicken wings being my favorite food of all-time so I may be a bit of a chicken wing snob. I find them on the small side, often a little dry, and normally lacking in the sauce department. The pizza is consistently spectacular. The Pizza Hut Rewards program they have is really nice and I've earned some free food which free food always tastes better! I will continue to order from this location. Many of the reviews for this particular location mention the remodel of the restaurant. I never dine-in at a pizza restaurant so I don't even pay attention to the restaurant decor because at the end of the day, it is the food that is the most important factor. The only time I would consider the decor of the restaurant would be when dining at a restaurant that I consider more of a sit-down full restaurant experience like a Pies and Pints. read more

This place is newly remodeled. The new furnishings are only about 6 months old. TVs on the walls It's convenient to the interstate. Easy on and off. I get takeout from here pretty regularly, and they've always gotten my order right. The staff is really friendly. The pizza is always hot and tastes good. read more

Totally ruined the place with a new remodel. It's like eating in a hospital room. Hard tables and chairs. Very few booths. I guess they can just hose it down every day. Salad bar has shrank tremendously. No cottage cheese ect. Wow I'll go elsewhere. read more

Well one would think with the remodeling that they've done that things would be better... Not so much. Service was slow, set there for 30 plus minutes waiting to get our pizza. This Pizza Hut has rarely disappointed me. I eat there quite frequently (usually 2 times a month). I must also say that the price of 2 dollars signs does not seem fitting. I always seem to eat there without spending over 10 dollars! This Pizza Hut does offer the crust toppers and new menu. There are two reasons I must deduct a point. This Pizza Hut does not offer the services that a typical Pizza Hut does. Most Pizza Huts sell P'Zones and Pepperoni Rollers on their menu, this one discontinued them. Another bad point is the location. Anything in this location is a pain to get in and out of and quite dangerous really. It is situated in a bad location where it is difficult to get in and out. read more

Tie is the absolute best. All the ladies at this gem are so sweet and hospitable. It's your typical Pizza Hut but abnormally enjoyable.

the service is okay as far as pizza places go. not incredibly fast, but not horribly slow, just okay. the food however is a different story. want a pepperoni pizza? i hope you like a slab of grease topped with burnt pepperoni. this isn't just a one time thing, either. i've eaten from here many times just over the last decade. it's always the same: burnt toppings and about a gallon of grease, followed by a painful visit to my toilet. you'd think i'd know better by now. read more
