I ordered a bundle that included 2 medium pizza, 1 order of breadsticks, and I paid extra for 16 wings. When my door dash driver arrived it was no wings. i contacted this UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION and they answered the phone and said we closed and hung up. Ok I called again and I had to scream at the rude guy that answered the phone just so he wouldn't hang up. I told him I'm missing part of my order he said ok call door dash that not my fault. I told him yall never gave them the wings and I would like to speak to the manager cause he's rude I said ok whats your name since your the manager I'll speak to the person higher than you he said I'm not telling you that I said well I just want to come get the missing piece of my order he told me "I don't have to tell you shit pull up then". I was there last weekend and ordered mozzarella sticks on the app. When I got there the guy who took my payment was cool but he went to get his manager to remove the mozzarella sticks from my order when this guy came from behind the counter with the nastiest attitude ever. He DEMANDED that next time I place an order, to pick up the phone when dialed because apparently they tried calling me to tell me they didn't have any. I understand I didn't answer but even the guy who first helped me was looking at him like he was crazy. And this isn't the first time dealing with him. If I could give 0 Stars I would, worst Pizza Hut ever, everybody acts like they don't see you, almost everytime I'm choose delivery they call back saying they arnt delivering. The wait is almost a hour when it says 15-20 min. And they always short you a sause or item. If you get your order correct on the first try, you might want to go try your luck at a casino next. They are always out of some item here, too. They are very disorganized and lack clear communication with each other & it shows because the orders are backed up & at least 20 people are waiting to get their order & still lacking an item on their ticket. The manager "Anna" was bragging about telling a customer off to one of her employees. Most orders are made online and they seem lost. I was there long enough to see how people had placed their order. The foyer floor is dirty & so are the windows. One lady asked the cashier for pepper flakes & she told her 'we don't have any' then the next customer asked an employee who was bringing out the pizza from the back for pepper flakes and she gave her some; so it goes to show you that not all the employees are providing good customer service. read more

Don't recommend!! If you place a delivery order and don't answer 2 consecutive calls they will automatically cancel your order and keep the money!! No refund yet so I called my bank to dispute charges. I called as soon as I saw the missed calls and tried to get the person to make the order and I'll be on my way but he refused and then hung up on me. read more

Seriously the slowest service ever (except for maybe Sonic). This is my 4th time here for pickup since April and it's always been a 30 - 45 min wait after ordering on the app and telling them I there for carry-out. This time I listened to someone in the back complain about his hrs and a co-worker for 20 mins while I waited. The only reason I ordered this time is because I forgot I told my kids I was done with this place. So officially 53 mins for 2 pizzas on a Thursday.
