Haven't been to a dine-in Hut in over a decade; and me and my dude were feeling nostalgic. I was disappointed that they don't have those old school red cups, but even more disappointed that don't have fountain drinks or even ice for the bottled drinks they sell. But the place was clean, quiet, and our server was super friendly and patient with us and our indecision. We ordered garlic cheese sticks and a pizza and our server made sure we got the deal they were running to save us a couple bucks. I made sure to slide those savings her way when the check came. The food was ok but the service was lacking. I made a pickup order for the drive through. while I was picking up the order I specifically asked the employee if one of the items I had ordered was in one of the boxes that he had given me and he assured me that it was. after returning to my hotel I discovered that the was incorrect and I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve the rest of my order. when I returned to the restaurant all I got was an excuse that it was not his job to ensure that everything was in the box. waited my time and fuel! read more

We stopped in for dinner, and we waited for five minutes for a table. I could see a person in the back on her cell phone. an employee came out of the back and went to the register. He only spoke to us because my husband spoke first. When he was finished with the register, he wheeled around and went into the back without another word. We left and went elsewhere. We called in and ordered take out the other day and asked if they had mug rootbeer, the girl told us that they did, so we ordered a pizza, breadsticks and a bottle of soda. When we went to pick it up, the soda was A&W(which we don't like) and when we got home we noticed they forgot the sauce and icing for our cheesesticks and cinnamon sticks. Road tripping during the summer, we ended up staying at the hotel across from this Pizza Hut. We thought we would do something simple and order some carry out. Poor service long wait multiple orders were wrong and the servers didn't seem to care about anything

We were given half an order but our pizza never came. 45 min later we still didn't have a pizza or had it been prepared. We were given attitude and faces made at which gave us no option but to leave. We were told that they had many delivery orders but looking online delivery was 35-45 min if I placed it. We had 7 kids with us who were getting very impatient and only 2 other tables in the dinning at the time. Spoke to manager "Bailey" and was only given a very unsincere apology. Hope not everyone has an experience like this and they are able to address their customer service attitude but we will not be returning. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever had. It took 20 mins just to get drinks. It was freezing inside, it was about 40 degrees outside and they had the air conditioner running. The server was a complete ditz, brought out the breadsticks with no marinara sauce, no plates, we had to ask for silverware for the pasta. We came to this Pizza Hut as a party of 10 after being out I be cold at a football game. The temperature outside was 25* so we were all cold. While inside we all continued to wear our jackets to stay warm and we were sitting closest to the kitchen. We received our first of 3 pizzas and then waited another 10-15 minutes for our others. This is frustrating for those who were waiting (especially the 3 and 6 year old). We saw one party leave because they were not being served. The service was all over the place as those who came in 20-30 minutes after us got their food before our orders even came out. Overall, service was sloooow and frustrating. The food was normal Pizza Hut food so no complaints there. Just expect to wait on service when coming here. read more

I waited almost a hour for my pizza and not only was my pizza cold tonight, but I'm pretty sure my delivery guy was intoxicated. He stumbled off my porch and dropped all my sauces on the ground. They exploded and went everywhere, but he didn't say a thing about it. He just asked what I was munching on and if it was some chicken. After that, he just walked away real fast. I didn't even get to use any of the sauces I ordered and I had to stand out in the freezing cold to spray them all off my front porch. The WORST pizza I have ever had. A store-bought Totino's would have been better. One of the kids in the kitchen was hacking and coughing, and I mean litteraly trying to hock up spit. All the manager did was ask him if he was ok. Didn't tell him to leave the kitchen until he was better. I asked for a taco pizza to which they asked if I wanted chicken or beef. Beef. I get the pizza and I couldn't tell where the beef was. For a 12 inch pizza the interiro 8 inches had the lettuce, and cheese. I only had 2 pieces and through it out. I will never NEVER go back to that place again. Next time: Dominos or Papa Murphy's. this place should be shut down and regional management brought in, incognito, to see what goes on in the kitchen and the quality of their food. My husband and I don't order pizza often but when we do we normally go to Dominos but tonight we decided to give Pizza Hut another try. It's pizza I mean how can you mess that up! The pizza was okay (would have been nice if it was actually hot though). Ordered for pick up online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes at 8:49. I got there at 8:47 and the lady told me it would be about 5 more minutes. I said no problem, paid, and sat down to wait. FIFTEEN minutes later the lady handed someone else their pizza, looked at me and asked, "What name was your pizza under again?" I told her, she grabbed my pizza and as she handed it to me said, "Oh sorry it's been ready for a while. I thought you left". That explains why it's barely what I would classify as "warm" now as we sit here eating it. Needless to say we will stick with Dominos next time. read more

Horrible place to order anything! First the girl answering the phone was super rude and had an attitude problem, I give her my order and she gets it all wrong so I had to repeat myself. I pick up my order and again the girl has an attitude problem with the world! I get home and a find out one of my pizzas had nothing but burned cheese. This store is the worst for honoring tv or online deals. Tried to order a 3 topping pizza for $7.99 (tv ad) and hot some b.s. that it's $9.99 in hermiston because of the minimum wage. Worst Pizza Hut I've been too. Their customer service is horrible plus they never have enough employees working. The place can be really busy and you can be waiting for a good 10 minutes just to be seated plus another 10 min just to get drinks. The employees don't even ask to help you they just assume you have been helped they sit in the cash register and don't even ask to help you. I called in advance 35 min for a large 2 topping pizza and still had to wait another 45 min in the benches until I got so frustrated I cancelled my order and went to dominos instead. They should have more employees working to at least seat the customers at a reasonable time. read more

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the LACK OF customer service!!! My kids and I went in there to eat dinner and we were going to dine in to try a new pizza so the final decision could be made for a large order for an upcoming party... HOWEVER...we walked in and after waiting we were greeted and sat down, she asked if we wanted drinks and I told her that I wanted to order a 2-liter, get this... She REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME!!! I was like wait what??? Are you out???? You don't want my money??... Oh wait... You do... Just way more of it then that cost. That's like going to McDonald's and being told you have to pay for every refill if you eat inside, and the price doubles, after the first refill. She said they had them but I couldn't buy one if I wanted to eat there, hmmmm excuse me, last time I checked I could order whatever the f*** I want since this is a free county. So if they want to try and tell me I HAVE TO order a drink for each of us at $2.25 each, as it was really just for me since my kids are too little to drink pop anyway, I just happen to like the flavor better in bottled soda, it's not going to happen, that's B.S.! We order pizza from this Hut using the good ol internet. They deliver within 30 min usually. The food is average Hut quality grub.

If less than one star was an available option I would have chosen that. I am not from Oregon just in town visiting for a few months and I have been to this location three times. All three times the experience has been absolutely terrible. The service is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I don't typically leave comments or feedback for anything but this more than deserves a bad review. The wait time is ridiculous, my order has not once been right, and the customer service is pathetic. I hope a manager of some sort notices this because something surely needs to change at this particular Pizza Hut. I'm sure this location gets plenty of complaints. read more

Arrived in Hermiston on business late Sunday afternoon. Ordered at 10:18pm the person taking the order basically hung up on me after the order. Delivery arrived 50 minutes later (right across the street at Oxford suites) it was delivered as a cash only delivery. So the snotty person answering the phone who hung up on me did not ask if it was cash or credit. As I was here on business it needed to be credit on my company card. The person delivering just went back and dropped the ball yet again as I thought he was going to have it re rung. Not here! It's not easy finding a Pizza Hut that still offers a lunch buffet, as this one does. After getting situated with a seat, I walked up and immediately had the uh oh feeling. A look at the hot table was cause for concern; HOWEVER, I have learned that I seem to have a knack for walking in at the wrong time similar to the feeling you have when you think to yourself... how did I manage to pick the slowest line in the grocery store... But I have learned patience often works in my favor, and it definitely did here. After that initial 10 minutes where a person learns NOT to pile their plate to compete with Mt Everest, no matter how hungry you are, just a small sample in the beginning. Then, the pizza started rolling out. It was hot, it kept coming just as the customers kept coming through the door. Why oh Why don't the Pizza Hut's in Spokane have a buffet....This may not have been my favorite Pizza Hut buffet of all time, but better than average.
