It's a long wait time for Doordash and Uber orders, I have picked up orders here many times and rarely find it ready to go, if it's not for wanting to keep my acceptance rate high, I would decline orders from here. There is plenty of parking in their parking lot. Also plenty of TV's inside for entertainment. They did not have free WiFi or at least I didn't get one like is the case with many other restaurants. Today is my wife's birthday and my surprise she wanted buffalo wings to eat so she went to this place where she had heard good reviews from a friend or two. I can only promise you one thing that might save your time and money. These are the worst wings That I have ever had in my life. I would've had more enjoyment if I would've spread the barbecue sauce on a piece of paper and ate the paper instead of the wings. They were so overcooked and I'm not just talking about one order. I'm talking about All $80 of our order I've got a copy of the receipt right here And do yourself a favor. Please don't ever go here unless you like eating paper dipped in sauce. One time several years back, my wife accidentally overcooked a chicken she was baking. We all made fun of that saying that we'd never had such dry chicken in our lives while I promise you this is worse how some place can screw up a buffalo wing is beyond me Out of my 10 pieces I ate two and the only reason I gagged those down as I was hungry and we live in East Selah, so I wasn't going to go all the way back for their ridiculous platitudes telling me how sorry they are were offering me free food. America should be a place where whatever restaurant you go to whether it's fast food or a sit down restaurant you can have food that is worth paying for and service that is kind and courteous. I am so sick of wasting my money on people that do not deserve to get my money. Lastly, and most importantly, please do yourself a favor and do not go to this restaurant. If anybody doubts that we were there I will gladly post the ticket that again cost $80 for something in my day they used to give to the poor because nobody wanted to buy the scrap off of chicken, which was considered the wings in the neck. DON'T DO IT! Rethink before you attempt to eat here! Where do I Start. Tired & late & Hungry we stopped at this disgusting place. Only 3 tables with people including ours. Everyone else was served and eating and an hour and a half (1 1/2 hrs) later two out of 4 meals arrived at our table. We all Ordered the same meal one burger no cheese. 1 hr 45 min in they ask me what type of rub was on my chicken? I explained if they hadn't started cooking mine I didn't want it and was assured it was done be out in 5 min. 20 min later they bring the burger with gobs of cheese, chicken so hard you could use them for driveway stones and cold tater tots. About that time a huge hair was pulled out of another families burger! This place should be shut down for health violations. I've been to restaurants all over the world even 3rd world countries and never seen anything like this place. They proceeded to charge us for 3 meals and due to the inconvenience they took one meal off??? Perhaps we will get a full refund as the food was all left on the table wasn't fit or clean enough to consume. I will never walk into this gross place again and neither will my family. A couple years ago we had a horrible experience here. They got our order entirely wrong on a takeout order, we got home and were missing half our items and the other half were inedible, rock hard wings, no dipping sauces etc. When we went back and complained they refused to refund for the missing items but gave us a gift voucher. Now, my understanding is that gift certificates don't expire by LAW in Washington state. So we went in last night finally to use the thing as I'd been so put off by the initial experience I'd honestly not wanted to return at all, and they refuse to honor the voucher. Just awful. I mean, I was BWW defender for years. But the food isn't great and despite almost all locations being poor service, this one takes the crown. The first bartender couldn't be bothered to even pretend to care. The second bartender that came in was running around busting her butt to pick up the slack. I probably would have ordered more drinks if she had been there from the start. This BWW advertises UFC PPV events and other PPV events, with even the hostess telling people they will be showing the event. Then after you've sat and ordered, you come to find they decided not to show the fight. I along with what looked like a good handful of people showed up for UFC285 and after we got our food, I asked the waitress when they would begin streaming the event and she said they weren't going to because not enough people showed up. That is clearly false advertising, and I felt robbed. Especially because there food is so bad. I would not have gone had I known they weren't going to have the fight. Before I get into this review I want to preface that both me and my friend work in the restaurant industry and know how things are supposed to be done. Wish I could leave 0 stars because the service we received was absolutely TERRIBLE. Came in to a sight of a pretty much empty restaurant and still had to stand there waiting for a table for about 10 minutes while watching Jose stand there staring at us doing absolutely nothing. He finally walked us over to a table then took another 10ish minutes to bring us water. We ordered some appetizers at that point and then while looking visibly ready we had to sit there for another 15 minutes waiting for him to come back to take our actual order. Someone else brought out our food and he didn't check on us until our actual meals arrived. After we go our meals he did not check in on us ONCE we kept having to flag him down to ask for refills and napkins. At the end of our meal when both of looked visibly done he stood there chitchatting with another coworker, it came to a point where after about 20 minutes of just sitting there both of us were just staring them down to get some attention. Keep in mind the restaurant had maybe 6 tables and we spent the whole time watching our server and the rest of the staff just goofing around and playing with a basketball hoop. This is a tough place to review as I have had a mixture of good and bad times going here. Some of my first visits were had fast and friendly service and the wings were great. But the past couple of visits the wings were so dry even coated in tons of sauce. It's like the wings sat out and were left under a heat lamp or baked super long, idk but the meat was tougher and harder than jerky. It had enough sauce to but you can't rehydrate chicken cooked so badly. It made me start to choke on the food. The spicy wing challenge was cooked so hot my fingers were burning to pick them up, the staff just laughed and said that is part of it. It's part of it to burn and blister the roof of your customers mouth?! I started this review at 3 stars, but will be taking it lower. Lastly, the tv reception must be bad for them because multiple tvs kept displaying nothing or freezing from no signal and playing the volume so loud it was hard to talk to a person right in front of you. I waited for over ten minutes to get seated. There was no order of who got seated first. The people that came in after us got seated ahead of us and the people that came in before us. Then when I asked to if I could just seat ourselves she had us wait five more minutes. I counted 4 open tables. Then once we finally got seated in the bar the waitress asked to see our IDs. I showed her mine and even tho I was born in 1997 and there was a reader board behind her say that I had to be born before June 13th 2000 she still wanted me to take it out so she could see the expectation date. Only giving one star because had to give something. Came here because we had a gift card for Christmas to use. We were seated by the hostess and was asked for our drinks. My boyfriend asked for a draft beer and me and the 2 boys asked for sodas. Upon delivering the sodas, she had to ask again what kind of beer, okay not a big deal. After 10-12 minutes I got up to ask where said beer was. We got here at 1:40 PM and here it is 2:27 and I had to ask for the manager and where our food was. FINALLY, the manager came out to tell me that her server put our order in late, and they were expediting the order. I ordered 50 piece wings to be delivered. I received a call from the delivery person that they couldn't find my order. The paid order was sent to my via e-mail with tracking included and paid in full. They finally found the order and it was delivered however but not complete because of the missing dip that came with it. I ordered take out when an employee named Aurora or Laura decided to check us out. She has blonde hair and is short. We had asked for extra ranch when she stated she would have to charge us extra. I accepted and asked how my much it would be. She could not give me an answer and she just stated "an extra couple of bucks". Though that had never been something I was aware that other workers had imposed on customers but again I did not hesitate. Her coworker MARIAH made sure to supply us with extra ranch without hesitation, which was much appreciated. She made sure we left at a satisfactory level at the very least. I wish her the best but Aurora or Laura (was not wearing a badge making her unknown to the rest of the customers there) was vey unprofessional and degrading to her clients. I believe management or such employees like her should be further advised about assisting customers and the etiquette that comes with serving them. Worst service I ever had. Waiting two hours for my birthday meal for it to be cold and not good at all. Server just kept saying it was cuz they did t have fries but I saw tables who came in after us get their meal with extra fries. We were not taken care of at all and the food was horrible. I didn't even get a dessert for my birthday. And we couldn't even go anywhere else to eat because we waited over two hours for our food and by that time it was already past 8 pm. Didn't give us the appetizers before either so when got those they were cold. Sandwiches were not cooked fully or if was they were left out because when we got them our hot spicy sandwiches were cold and dull. 10/10 will not recommend. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend and got food poisoning, it wasn't only me but my friend too. This is the SECOND TIME at this Buffalo Wild Wings. First time, oh well I gave them a break, but the second time!!??....something must be wrong with their food prep. My friend ordered boneless wings and she came home, felt sick to her stomach and puked all night and sick through the next morning. Since I got sick the first time eating their wings, I played it safe and ordered the pulled pork. Even with the pulled pork I got food poisoning, probably due to cross contamination. How can it be that both my friend and I get sick to our stomach eating different stuff from the same place on the same visit.
