The reviews for this place are RIDICULOUS! Good night, people! Get it together. They don't have beer and wine or a salad bar because it isn't 1985 and this isn't an old style sit down PH. If you have an issue with paying 10 cents for condiments...definitely don't ask for ranch at other establishments. If it's too cold in there...you're welcome...the food isn't spoiled and there's no mold growing. This is a very decent Pizza Hut. While the reviews are hilarious...the one stars are not warranted. read more

I hate to write a bad review, but the pizzas we received were disappointing: the beef & sausage were dried out, and the crusts were extremely dry. We were alarmed when we opened the box after pick up. Unfortunately, we were both starved and choked down about three slices total. We gave our dog two pieces, then threw the rest out. We paid almost $30 for both pizzas - an insulting amount when we could've picked up a couple of Red Baron's from Albertsons for a lot less. So bummed that I wasted $30 and didn't even get a yummy pizza! read more

OMG This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten It was so dried out and had very little flavor All the toppings looked dehydrated I felt I was eating a piece of cardboard with dried toppings For about the same price I could've had ordered from Village Pizza I feel bad because the employees were very nice read more

I'm giving this place Five stars for the following reasons: - their website was updated Andy user friendly - my order was accurate, ready on time, was warm and delicious - the server that assisted me this afternoon (1200) was very pleasant, professional and an overall gentleman whom assisted all customers with the door so we wouldn't drop our orders on the floor with full hands Thank you and Kudos!! read more

Order here because it had good wings but everything else is bad. I've asked for contactless service the past 5 times and have only gotten it 2 times contactless. I ask for contactless because I'm chilling in my house and I don't want to get fully dressed to answer the door. Delivery drivers 9/10 times also walk all over my grass instead of using the driveway which is clear. I'll probably order again but just teach your staff 1. What kind of delivery it is? 2. Don't walk on peoples grass read more

Food was very mediocre. Even a meat lovers pizza was bland. Garlic hot wings were good. Pizzas arrived okay, but not truly piping hot. Really disappointed in quality especially for cost. read more

The driver was very polite when he delivered the pizza, but the pizza was basically awful. The quantity of toppings was OK but the dough was 100% like a frozen pizza from the freezer. The 6.95 surcharge for delivery was a bit much also. Again, the pizza was a big disappointment, we only ate a couple slices each and put the other half in the trash. read more

Extremely disappointed. Haven't tried them lately because their prices just keep going up. Decided to give it a try even though prices have probably doubled in the last year. So, I ordered a couple of large pizzas online and picked them up. Like I said, prices were almost double from the deals they had a year ago. Still, I ordered and tipped them in advance as you're pressured into doing these days. Pizzas were the worst we've ever had. Ordered hand tossed crust and it was extremely thin and tough. I can also say that there was no evidence of cheese. Toppings weren't bad, but the crappy crust and absence of cheese made it very difficult to eat. Couldn't even choke it all down and there was a group of us. Extremely disappointed and won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going there until substantial changes are made! Don't charge way more and provide way less, that's not a way to keep customers! read more

Very disappointed with the recommended Special I got for 21.00! The pizza Was supposed to be a large 3 topping which was More like a small and the buffalo wings were terrible and were 4 gross pieces of chicken. So I basically paid for a small bland pizza and a Few frozen gross pieces chicken. I normally am really satisfied with service from the Oceanside Pizza Hut. I will never use the Fallbrook location. read more

First thing there was no place to wash my hands to eat w clean hands. Then I had forgotten to add pineapple so I asked for it on the side. They said no because it was not cooked on the pizza. I thought really? Since when does pineapple have to be cooked? The worst thing was paying extra for a crust that was not thin only to find that under the topping was a icky gooey raw dough which ruined the whole thing..... Posted a crust goo pic......never again. read more

Terrible customer service. My online order was incorrect up when I went to pick it up. I let the cashier know, all I got was a blank stare. After a very uncomfortable minute long blank stare. I asked him if he was going to fix it or remake it and he said "uhh, i just made what that ticket said" then continued to stare. No effort to fix the issue or show me the ticket. It was such an awkward situation that I took my incorrect order and left. It gets one star because the pizza wasn't too bad. read more

Cornish hen wings? why are they so freakishly small? I hope they're not pigeon wings! Worse wings ever! Don't bother wasting your money! You're better off buying a bag of frozen wings from the grocery store. Pizza was good but its a hit or miss with this place. read more

This Owner must be the biggest cheapo on planet earth! This Pizza Hut charges for crushed red pepper packets, which is unheard of. When we ordered our 6 pizzas to go, they should have told us over the phone BEFORE that they will charge for crushed red pepper! We will never use this location again. We called other locations in the area and they do not charge for crushed red pepper packets. This location already has a low star rating and now I can see why. read more

So I just spent 40 minutes online trying to place an order. Unsuccessfully. The website keeps crashing. Logically the next step is to call and place an order which I tried to do but was told they wouldn't honor the online specials because they "must be ordered online". I cancelled the order and went to Mountain Mikes instead. Pizza Hut should pay me for my time they wasted and their unapologetically poor service. read more

This place is awesome for delivery! We are way up on a hill, 10-12 min from town, and the pizza and wings arrived quickly after ordering (within 1/2 hour). Not only that but the pizza had an abundance of toppings (no scrimping here!) The wings were delicious too, my only issue is that they didn't come with the customary carrots and celery with ranch or blue cheese (maybe PH doesn't do that ) Would highly recommend this place based on our experience, but minus one star for no dressing read more

Unbelievable. To the owner of this location: I sincerely hope you read this. Short version: 14 year customer long very stressful day, hungry. Decided to treat myself to a stay home pizza and movie. order online, online form asks if paying cash? yes. okay donkey, order goes through fine. driver late by 15 minutes- no problem, our fault actually as we're replacing house numbers. but we're in a tract, and I turned the porch light on. driver shows up with pizza. here's where everything goes to shtit go to give driver $100. for order. Driver says, we don't accept $100. bills. I say okay, it should say that on your website. driver says, "we don't control website". So, I say, Okay, I can give you a check. Driver says, we don't take checks (news to me, paid many times with check). Okay. I can give you a debit or a credit card. driver says, well, you'll have to call for approval to do that. Customer "me" says, Okay what's the phone number? Driver says, I don't know. I go to look up the number, and realize, that I've got to weed through Pizza Huts expansive web site to find the Damn number for my store. Arggh. I've now tried paying with cash, paying with a check, paying with a debit card, and paying with a credit card. I give up. So frustrated I tell driver to leave. and not nicely! I find number and call store. Ask for manager. Hold on, manager picks up and says {I kid you not}, "yeah"? Not, Hello, this is George, how can I help you? Nope, "yeah"?. George asks me do I want this pizza? okay... I say yes. George tells me that it will be there within 15 minutes, driver is on his way. No mention of payment for this pizza, I honestly thought that "George" was going to comp this pizza for their 14 year repeat customer. He absolutely lead me to believe that. 10 minutes later, phone call from the manager, will you be paying with cash or credit card? My response included a four letter word, ending with YOU. read more

This has become our go to for pizza since moving to Fallbrook. The pizza is always amazing and fast. Everyone is friendly. They will always get our business when we are craving pizza. read more

This place deserves an updated review, seeing as most of the others are several years old. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bread sticks for carry out. Friendly staff on the phone and quick, friendly service inside when I picked up the order. Pizza was good like any other Pizza Hut, hot and cheesy. We have been eating here for over 10 years and have never had an issue. We will continue to eat here in the future. read more

Food is good but damn $4.50 for delivery fee! You guys are out of your mind! I'll do business with anyone else more reasonable

We wanted to try the Stuffed Crust pizza. We bought several pizzas. Some with stuffed crust. The Hand Tossed pizza was not edible. The crust was hard and dry, barely any cheese or toppings. Just awful. They also gave us a wrong pizza. Chicken wings were good, tasty and plump. We paid a lot for the pizza and still had to buy Parmesan and red pepper, and dressing for the wings...which are usually free when you spend over $120 on the order. Never going back. read more

Hay pizza hut your pathetic for chargeing for pepper packets put your 10 cent pepper packets where they will burn so sad

We ordered the $10 dinner box delivery from this Pizza Hut. The service was super fast and friendly. The pizza arrived 20 minutes early. Big kudos for that. The breadsticks were good and the chocolate dippers were really good too. We didn't care too much for the pizza though. The overall flavor of the pizza was good. The cheese, sauce, and toppings were all good, if you could only taste them with all the crust on the pizza. The crust was really thick and overly dis-proportioned to everything else on the pizza. In other words, we felt they loaded us up on crust to be stingy with the cheese, sauce, and toppings. I wanted to give 3 1/2 stars, but settled on 3, because we didn't call Pizza Hut for their breadsticks and chocolate dippers, we wanted their main course (pizza), so I felt that rounding it down was fair. We'll probably try them again in the future with a different style pizza (thin crust/pan). Since the crust on their regular style pizza is going to be that disproportionate to the rest of the pizza, I'm not interested in the regular style. The $10 dinner box was a good value, considering everything you get with it, but on the other end, I guess we got what we paid for. read more

okay, this is my favorite pizza hut. whenever i call them, whoever picks up the phone is excited and happy to help. the delivery drivers are all so friendly and whenever i make an order for pick up it is quick and easy! not to mention i love their honey bbq wings!! thank you pizza hut :) read more

After all these years of being a customer we have finally just had it!! We couldn't and didn't receive what we ordered and paid close to $50 for 2 large pizzas some over done breadsticks (this was a $24.99) special and a medium one topping pizza. I asked for the specials. We are regular customers. And yet we are charged almost $50 for very poor breadsticks and pizza not made as we ordered. We are done! We will find another pizza place. Their food and service isn't worth this kind of money. read more

Got a custom pizza using the on-line app. It added olives that i did not want. Staff was polite and checked me out in time. Pizza was $30 and when we ate it, found it had NO flavor...?! Just awful - I used to love their veggie pizza so we gave them a try. Medium veggie $ 16.69 is before tax - high for a sub par pizza! Got the pizza home, it was lukewarm, could have stayed in the oven at least 5 more minutes, not really baked and had minimal toppings...just blah! Oh asked for cheese; they charge! and even the cashier said he didn't agree with them charging for that either! Don't bother - Village Pizza is a bit further drive down on S Mission but their pizza is so much better, cheaper and so worth the drive! read more

I've lived in fallbrook for a long time and pizza hut was my go-to but over the years the environment has died it's not the same anymore service wasn't all that great and waited bout 10 minutes just for our menus and they don't have the cup filled ice with the free refills anymore only the 2 liter sodas and 12 oz sodas and one size plate (small) the bigger plates are for the salads I'm her disappointed they're understaffed and serviced sucked. read more

Shitty place with no fountain drinks and no ice and the place was freezing cold. The second and the last time I'm coming to this dump

Disgusting. My previous local PH (Laguna Niguel) was always great...fresh salads, beer/wine and awesome pizza. Just moved here and boy, what a slap in the face! Gross dated facility, no beer/wine, no fountain drinks even, no grated cheese or red pepper or salt or pepper on tables...just packets! Are you kidding me? No salad bar...seemed like it was a pick up and go ONLY type joint. And agree with a few previous comments about too much crust and too little sauce/toppings...incredibly bland. Lame! Come on owner, pick up your game! I'll never be back unless I see this place remodeled and hope all these terrible reviews put things in perspective... read more

We use this pizza hut for their delivery service. Usually not a problem but when we ordered several orders of wings with ranch sauce and the ranch didn't make it, they didn't care. We had a group of people sitting around eating pizza but not the wings. We called and they said they would send the driver back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. After everyone finished eating the pizza and the wings were cold we called back to let them know that the ranch was never delivered and they said they would make a note on our account and take care of it next time. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The next order of wings and pizza showed up so salty we couldn't eat them. This Pizza Hut is not the norm and has a management issue. I would stay clear and use other pizza parlors in town that are more reliable and stand behind their product and services. read more

WORST PIZZA PLACE IN FALLBROOK. took way too long for delivery, pizza was cold, one of the pizzas looked like it was flipped over in the box. i went to complain, no compensation and the manager was a DICK, DO NOT ORDER OR GO TO THIS PLACE read more

This is my first experience with online ordering and this location. I placed an order online for carryout of a large pan pizza and a cookie. The expected pickup time was 6:09 (20 minutes). The store called and left a message from the employee's personal phone (760) 917-4574 that they were out of the pan crust. When I finally got in touch with them I asked that it be switched to original crust. When we picked up the pizza I was charged for both items, and it was around 6:30pm. They gave me the pizza, and no cookie. I received a refund for the cookie, but if I hadn't noticed, I would have paid for an item that they hadn't made. They offered to make it, but it would be another 20 minute wait. The pizza I received is a thin crust pizza, and not what I originally or secondarily ordered. I'm sure you can understand my dissatisfaction with this experience. read more

Delivery drivers can't drive me and my dogs were almost hit by one of them who were driving erratically& way to fast!!!

I was reluctant to order from Pizza Hut since I've had bad experiences at other locations. This place was great! The pizza in a box was really good, but the thing that stood out most for me was the excellent delivery service. The woman on the phone and the woman who delivered were both great! We've order twice from them and are ordering a 3rd time as I speak. BTW I am picky about my pizza and I was pleasantly surprised! Good work pizza hut! read more
