The staff are doing what they can but something needs to give. Knowing how busy they are at lunch time, I placed an online order and showed up at the pickup time. MANAGEMENT: Hire more people and set up a second area for staff to handle the online/call in orders. With Publix being gone you are the only sandwich shop in the complex.
