To start they took cars in the 2nd lane that pulled up after I was waiting to give my order. It was after 11:00 ordered 3 hamburgers. Never said there would be a wait. After I paid and went to the window for my order they said it wasn't ready. Seriously after 11 3 regular hamburgers. I had to wait along with 3 other cars ahead of me. They never are open inside and several times I've pulled up and waited in line only for them to tell me they're not serving anymore. This has been the worst McDonald's experience i have ever had. The service was extremely slow and made us nearly miss our flight because we had to wait 30 minutes for dried out and overcooked food! Meanwhile one of the cashiers was being a complete dick to a customer who wanted his money back for waiting so long. The worker declined to get the manager who was nowhere to be found! A good manager helps their workers when they are short-staffed, not hides in their office presumably goofing off, And from other reviews it sounds like this manager simply doesnt want to pay to hire more workers! This place is so horrible it's not even funny. 20-45 minute wait time no matter what you do whether it's drive-through, going inside, or curbside pickup--and even when you get your meal, it usually comes sloppy and/or wrong (ex. Food is cold, drink is not correct, no straw, little sauce, horribly made burgers, etc.) Staff is also usually almost always rude and managers either hide or don't know what they're doing. I placed a Grubhub order at 9:54am with an ETA of 40-50 minutes. An HOUR later, grubhub calls to tell me McD's CANCELLED my order because and I quote, "by the time they got to my order, breakfast was over." About average for any McDonald's, but with some longer wait times in the drive thru so I'd head inside to order. Usually our orders have been correct, but every so often sauce is forgotten or utensils for the salads aren't in the bag, so just check what you're given before you drive too far away. Their ice cream machine seems to work more often than other McDonald's I've been too; only four times have they told me it was down or broken in the 3 years that I've been in the St. Petersburg area. read more

If i could rate this location zero stars I absolutely would. We are STILL sitting here 40 minutes later waiting for our food. Waited 30 minutes in line just to get to the window because there was no one at the speaker and there's a poorly trained girl not knowing how to put our order in and the manager wouldn't give us a McDonald's promotion code at the window because we didn't give it at the drive through?? Not to mention, we just saw a girl working there throw a McDonald's bag out the door because she didn't want to go out in the rain after sending people from drive through to the reserved spots to wait for their food.. there's either really poor communication between these employees and the manager or the manager just has no idea what he's doing and has no ability to train them on work ethic. $25 WASTED.
