This Pizza Hut sucks. It sucked before and it still sucks now. Their food quality is sub-par. Usually sloppy and or burnt. Their wings are an over priced joke. Then consistently forget items on the order. Don't waste your money. With any luck they'll get shut down again. read more

My wife and I have had several good experiences at this Pizza Hut since it reopened. We enjoy going and there and being served inside. Upon entering the Hut we were greeted quickly by a young lady shown to a table and drink order taken(water) I got out of the booth to look at the salad bar and it was in sad shape. It needed to be refreshed and refilled. Walking back to the booth where my wife was seated I noticed the floor was extremely dirty and needed to at least be swept. Wife and I quickly discussed. I walked over to young lady who seated us, handed her a 5 dollar bill and told her she had done nothing wrong and that we would return sometime in the future when the place was clean and the salad bar appeared to be fresh. read more

Nothing upsets me more than rude drivers and this one from the Pizza Hut in DeSoto is a typical passive aggressive type. He's going down K10 from Eudora back to his store in the left lane, blind spot surfing the guy in the right lane , for about two miles. Captain Obvious apparently doesn't realize that there is a traffic jam behind him and makes no attempt to get over. The right lane guy speeds up after realizing what's going on and after a 1/2 mile or so I finally I move to the right lane to pass this idiot, as he makes no attempt to get over. As I get back out in the left lane, he goes from one headlight to 2 high beams and speeds up. Not smart when you're sporting your lit Pizza Hut sign on top of your red Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix. Not that it mattered, but I called the store and asked for the manager but was never called back. Typical customer service and why I don't use their company anymore. Do I sound like an elitist? Maybe, but I drove for Pizza Hut a few decades ago for almost 6 years and back then we had to pass safety checks and had management that actually managed. Raise your game before it's too late and don't be an idiot when you're representing your company with your big lit sign. read more

This location has terrible management and never can't seem to find anyone to work there. Hence, they are now temporarily closed according to the sign on the door. So sad because a good Pizza Hut in De Soto Kansas would be very welcome by the community. Took my family here as we were driving though, thought we'd stop and get some pizza. The restaurant smelled wonderful, and the patrons were all enjoying some delicious pizza. Unfortunately, we were seated.... and left there to ultimately starve. We waited 20 minutes before finally leaving since the waitress never came back to take our order. It was a shame, I'm sure they had great food. May go back and try again, I just wasn't in a mood to chase down the staff to get service! read more

Sadly, every time we eat at this location we get sick. :( Last time we had a delivery the pizza was not completely cooked on the bottom and the dough was raw. They delivered a new pizza, at my request, and that one was a bit better. read more

Order here frequently and has always been fresh and tasty. Only one time did my carry out order take a bit longer to get.. they were busy as all get out, so it's to be expected. Only wish they would do the buffet on the weekends.. at least add a Sunday buffet. Please with garlic on top.. read more

Omg they are so rude, the manager is horrible. Bad customer services. We get pizza twice a week but no more from this location. Not until they change the manager.
