If at all possible pizza should be eaten sooner than takeout, the crust stays nicer and the cheese is more melted. Very busy location for takeout orders in spite of a very nice spartan and clean dining area. The pizza I ordered was very nice but due to the fact it was a takeout, the crust got a little soft, easy remedy, reheat it on a fry pan and add a lot more cheese if that's what you like. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, my daughter went in to pick up the food. The manager handed it to her and walked away without a word. I live in Stagecoach and when she arrived I found out the salad I had ordered was not there. I called the store to let them know, he offered to give me a $10 credit on my next order. I informed him I don't order that often, he said he could only do a cash refund. I told him I have no choice, he said you do but you are choosing not to come in very rudely. I ordered a large pizza with light sauce and it seems they specifically went out of their way to put extra, like some kind of vendetta, it was absolutely drowning in red sauce. I have been to this location several times and what I can safely say is the food quality is hit or miss 6070% of the time it will taste as if it's been sitting there for days even though it's clearly fresh when you walk into the restaurant the smell is pretty bad. We ordered pizza from the parking lot at 9:24 pm, after a failed attempt to get through, I was hung up on while waiting to order, told it would be 15 minutes. Called at the 15 minute mark and was told they would be out when it was finished. We waited until 10 pm, 36 minutes. The store closes at 10 pm. We could see two employees inside milling about, ignoring the phone and never appeared to look busy. We were passing through after 7 hours on the road. Okay Pizza, Horrible Service I called a week ago and no one answered the phone. Today I made an online order. I got there and stood in front of the counter while a lady (looked like a manager) was processing the cash register while completely ignoring me. Another worker who was squatting down doing something under the other register, stood up looked right at me with a smirk on his face, turned, walked into the back and stood around talking with other employees. I used to like Pizza Hut pizza until I visited my hometown Pizza Hut a couple of times. Last time I went in, I was told that they were out of individual pepperoni pizzas and that they could only do a double pepperoni... ... once I received the pizza, it was absolutely salty and disgusting. There was more salt than the Bonneville Salt Flats on it and the dough was, well, cardboard. I wound up getting a refund and a free pizza on a future order - haven't taken them up on it yet. Absolutely the worst location ever!!!! They will put you on hold in order to speak to the Manager for 20 mins I waited then hung up. I order 2 pizzas and my thin crust pepperoni gave me diarrhea and had way too much sauce on it. My roomates pizza wasn't even the right pizza she ordered pepperoni and pineapple. And got sausage and pepperoni which she couldn't eat. How hard is it to get such a basic order wrong. Online ordering was convenient however it mentioned that they had delivery, in store pickup as well as curbside pickup but they didn't have a place to choose which one you wanted. So I ordered online and then pull up to the store and then I decided to call them and make sure I could come inside (many places are bringing the food to your car due to COVID-19), when I asked the employee this, he seemed so confused and made me feel stupid for calling. So less than a minute later, I'm walking in the front doors and I see the young man at the counter who appeared to be gossiping about me with another employee. Hmmm but he greeted me and said my food would be right out. Here I am now ten minutes past my order time and no food. Five minutes later he comes out and tells me the cook forgot to make my pasta so it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. Likkkeee, isn't this the reason I ordered AN HOUR AHEAD!? Common pizza hut. I order pizza just about every Friday night. My last 3 pizza orders from the Dayton Pizza Hut have been under cooked to the point where the center of my pizza was doughy and stuck to the bottom. When I tried to talk to the store about this issue I was placed on hold and ignored for over 30 minuets. If this only happened to me once I might give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened more than 3 times. Today was the third time in two weeks my fiancee and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut, and it is also the third time in two weeks they have borked our order. It's not like we order anything special like a drizzle on half, different sauce on a quarter, and a slice of pineapple in the dead center of the pie. It's a very straight-forward order. The sauces for the three pizzas were mixed up, the drizzle on one was wrong and was completely missing on another, and the crust flavor was wrong on one. If it keeps going like this, and if we give them another try, and they end up putting, say, CURRY on my fiancee's pizza, she could go into a severe allergic reaction and have to go to the hospital. The "gentleman" was extremely rude when he answered the phone. He said that other people ordered pizza after I did that needed to be delivered first. Eventually he offered to get a manager, but then I was disconnected after being on hold for 15 minutes. Food didn't arrive until 720pm. Tried calling back and got their call center. They CONSISTENTLY make one mistake or forget one thing every order; we have been patient and rarely asked for any correction or compensation for their incompetence, but hope that knowing they have fouled up will make them more mindful of getting thing done right. Have talked to the manager, Adam, on several occasions when we did think something needed correction or compensation; he makes a lame offer, and when we ask "How is that going to fix anything?" he smarts off and hangs up on us. This location is a joke. Let's start with the delivery guy adding himself a $40 tip on my card and the manager telling us they could credit our account for the amount. Every single time I order form here something is always missing and it takes them 1+ hour to fix it. The last time they shorted me a family size pasta (2 trays) then when they came to deliver the missing pasta they brought me a single tray. The delivery driver just kept telling me "calm down it's not my fault I just bring the stuff" I was very calm. He then tells me he will let his manager know and bring me back the rest of it. I ordered a deal $7.99 for 2 large two topping pizzas. When you click on them they give you a confusing menu of options, from meats,veggies cheese etc. Do I pick my 2 toppings,no xtra cheese,No thick crust no xtra sauce.
