Not too bad a pizza, but takeout doesn't do their pizza any justice because the crust gets a little softer. If at all possible pizza should be eaten sooner than takeout, the crust stays nicer and the cheese is more melted. Very busy location for takeout orders in spite of a very nice spartan and clean dining area. The pizza I ordered was very nice but due to the fact it was a takeout, the crust got a little soft, easy remedy, reheat it on a fry pan and add a lot more cheese if that's what you like. I may be dating myself but I could swear the pizza hut I used to go to prided themselves for using three types of cheese in their pizzas, that was easily back in the 70's, how things have changed. read more

Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, my daughter went in to pick up the food. The manager handed it to her and walked away without a word. I live in Stagecoach and when she arrived I found out the salad I had ordered was not there. I called the store to let them know, he offered to give me a $10 credit on my next order. I informed him I don't order that often, he said he could only do a cash refund. I told him I have no choice, he said you do but you are choosing not to come in very rudely. I asked to speak to rhe manager and he said very snarky "I am". The while time i have lived here, the very few times I have gone there have been bad experiences, I will never be back, especially with him there. read more

We just moved here last summer and once every few months we want an easy dinner. Every time we call, staff are friendly and helpful. My most recent order was today and there was a little mix up, so the store manager called me to confirm everything. Which I appreciated. The deals online are always honored when you call in. Pizza is fresh, hot and tasty! Thanks, guys! read more

I ordered a large pizza with light sauce and it seems they specifically went out of their way to put extra, like some kind of vendetta, it was absolutely drowning in red sauce. I've had a lot of issues over the years with this Pizza Hut specifically. They are always understaffed and don't seem to be properly trained, this is definitely a management issue. read more

Writing this review on 11/25/25 came to order the triple treat box, im assuming the on site manager crystal is extremely rude. found a hair INSIDE my pizza but no surprise workers had long hair down, no hairnets. Actually disgusted when I call back to make a complaint about it they hung up the phone. Lousy and unprofessional you are better off going to Jack n box next door. read more

I have been to this location several times and what I can safely say is the food quality is hit or miss 6070% of the time it will taste as if it's been sitting there for days even though it's clearly fresh when you walk into the restaurant the smell is pretty bad. I find the customer service fairly helpful but they tend to forget small items frequently I would suggest going elsewhere unless you're in the mood for a gamble. read more

Y'all it's Pizza Hut. You know what to expect before you even place your order. What it really comes down to is customer service and freshness of your order and Melissa made sure that our order was in point! My partner and I were traveling to Yosemite from Colorado and passing through, craving cheesy, awesomeness and saw the sign for Pizza Hut coming up and decided that was the winner. We got there before they opened and waited lmao. We went inside to order a stuffed crust pepperoni mushroom and sausage pizza. Melissa made sure that pizza was made with LOVE AND PICTURE PERFECT TOPPINGS!!! It was so good. Glistening at me as I opened the sealed box! I noticed that the only pics on here were stock pics so, I think they deserve some shine. Enjoy! read more

We ordered pizza from the parking lot at 9:24 pm, after a failed attempt to get through, I was hung up on while waiting to order, told it would be 15 minutes. Called at the 15 minute mark and was told they would be out when it was finished. We waited until 10 pm, 36 minutes. The store closes at 10 pm. We could see two employees inside milling about, ignoring the phone and never appeared to look busy. We were passing through after 7 hours on the road. HORRIBLE way to treat customers when the economy is in such bad shape and we try to support local businesses read more

Worst experience I've ever had , this evening ! I'll never shop here again . ! Going to miss my pan pizza !

Okay Pizza, Horrible Service I called a week ago and no one answered the phone. Today I made an online order. I got there and stood in front of the counter while a lady (looked like a manager) was processing the cash register while completely ignoring me. Another worker who was squatting down doing something under the other register, stood up looked right at me with a smirk on his face, turned, walked into the back and stood around talking with other employees. I stood there for another few minutes watching employees stand around in back. If I didn't already pay for the pizza I would have walked out. A guy in the back finally walked up and helped me. Won't be going back read more

I ate pizza here one time. Absolutely horrible. The crust was undone. Ingredients were not fresh. Never going back!

I used to like Pizza Hut pizza until I visited my hometown Pizza Hut a couple of times. Last time I went in, I was told that they were out of individual pepperoni pizzas and that they could only do a double pepperoni... ... once I received the pizza, it was absolutely salty and disgusting. There was more salt than the Bonneville Salt Flats on it and the dough was, well, cardboard. I wound up getting a refund and a free pizza on a future order - haven't taken them up on it yet. Also, you're better off going in to order - this store loses more online orders than I care to count. read more

Absolutely the worst location ever!!!! They will put you on hold in order to speak to the Manager for 20 mins I waited then hung up. I order 2 pizzas and my thin crust pepperoni gave me diarrhea and had way too much sauce on it. My roomates pizza wasn't even the right pizza she ordered pepperoni and pineapple. And got sausage and pepperoni which she couldn't eat. How hard is it to get such a basic order wrong. No one inside the store was wearing masks and the kid that handed me the pizzas was super sweaty and gross. He didn't open it up and show me the pizzas and I wasn't made aware of this til I got home. There won't be a next time of me going back. read more

Whenever we have ordered from this Pizza Hut delivery is always prompt and the driver is friendly. Our pizza and sides are almost always great as well. The only thing I can say should be changed, is that they should add spinach to possible toppings on the pizzas read more

It's pizza hut not little Italy in NYC. I was hungry and in this small town there isn't much choice so I broke down and got this crap. No wonder they are so cheap barely any toppings, basicly bread with minimal sauce and cheese with some bits on it. What bothers me the most is they won't deliver to my area. My development is a 1/4 mile outside of their delivery area. They will drive further down the main highway. Next time I'll just go to Carson City if I have to drive to pick up. read more

My partner told me about this person and said that the employee was and is so very nice when ordering and picking up. I had the pleasure of ordering my pizza today and Malory answered with such a hip and great voice. So very willing to assist and deliver great customer service. Pizza Hut - Beautifully done. Malory took my order right with such a great attitude and customer service. Thank you. So delicious. - Pizza Near Me - Dayton, Nevada

Online ordering was convenient however it mentioned that they had delivery, in store pickup as well as curbside pickup but they didn't have a place to choose which one you wanted. So I ordered online and then pull up to the store and then I decided to call them and make sure I could come inside (many places are bringing the food to your car due to COVID-19), when I asked the employee this, he seemed so confused and made me feel stupid for calling. So less than a minute later, I'm walking in the front doors and I see the young man at the counter who appeared to be gossiping about me with another employee. Hmmm but he greeted me and said my food would be right out. Here I am now ten minutes past my order time and no food. Five minutes later he comes out and tells me the cook forgot to make my pasta so it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. Likkkeee, isn't this the reason I ordered AN HOUR AHEAD!? Common pizza hut. I was very dissatisfied with the food as well, cheese wasn't melted through, bread was hard, flavors weren't right, this is probably the worst pizza place out there. read more

I order pizza just about every Friday night. My last 3 pizza orders from the Dayton Pizza Hut have been under cooked to the point where the center of my pizza was doughy and stuck to the bottom. When I tried to talk to the store about this issue I was placed on hold and ignored for over 30 minuets. If this only happened to me once I might give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened more than 3 times. Someting is seriously wrong with this resturant to consistently put out raw pizza and half frozen pasta. read more

Every time I've Ordered from here the Pizza dough is either raw or cold and even on occasion the wrong toppings

Been a few times in the last year, and they were ok we like the cookie.. and well that's about all that was worth eating today. got 2 med pizzas, both under cooked, not the best pizza but when the dough is chewy its worse, one of them asked for "light sauce" got White sauce, we each had one piece thew the rest away, thats a waste, glad I got them at a discount, maybe thats why they weren't all that. likely the last time for them, cookie isn't worth that much read more

Ordered two pizzas online. The website showed they would be ready in 15 minutes. When my wife arrived 15 minutes later the pizzas were not even in the oven, so she had to wait 15 minutes. Probably not coincidentally she had noticed three employees out back smoking when she arrived. The employees were less than polite about their gaff. Too bad this place can't get it together, guess we will go back to Pizza Factory. read more

NEVER will I order food from this place again I ordered online at 4:00 for delivery at 6:00 at 6:15 called was told a driver did not show up and that the manager was out making delivery and my food should be delivered in about 20 minutes at 7:45 still no food or a call about the mix up or delays just another restaurant not to go to in Dayton so far only one that I will go back to that's road runner WOW my rating is a triple - minus stars read more

Worst pizza I've ever ordered. You'd be better off eating the dollar bills you spent on the pizza. Today was the third time in two weeks my fiancee and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut, and it is also the third time in two weeks they have borked our order. It's not like we order anything special like a drizzle on half, different sauce on a quarter, and a slice of pineapple in the dead center of the pie. It's a very straight-forward order. The sauces for the three pizzas were mixed up, the drizzle on one was wrong and was completely missing on another, and the crust flavor was wrong on one. If it keeps going like this, and if we give them another try, and they end up putting, say, CURRY on my fiancee's pizza, she could go into a severe allergic reaction and have to go to the hospital. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I'm downright embarrassed to put my employment at PH (at three different locations) on my resume! I want them to get their crap together. read more

The last pizza I ordered showed up an hour late and cold. Quality is not really part of their business model.

Have been ordering here for about a year and given them many chances. They CONSISTENTLY make one mistake or forget one thing every order; we have been patient and rarely asked for any correction or compensation for their incompetence, but hope that knowing they have fouled up will make them more mindful of getting thing done right. Have talked to the manager, Adam, on several occasions when we did think something needed correction or compensation; he makes a lame offer, and when we ask "How is that going to fix anything?" he smarts off and hangs up on us. Worth the extra time it takes to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE in this little town for pizza. This is the only delivery place right now, but others in town offer take-out and competence and customer service. This is now what we will be doing on a regular basis. read more

I placed an order at 533pm for a delivery time of 645pm. I called at 715 to see where my delivery was since I received the text message at 630 saying my order was out for delivery. The "gentleman" was extremely rude when he answered the phone. He said that other people ordered pizza after I did that needed to be delivered first. Eventually he offered to get a manager, but then I was disconnected after being on hold for 15 minutes. Food didn't arrive until 720pm. Tried calling back and got their call center. This location is a joke. Let's start with the delivery guy adding himself a $40 tip on my card and the manager telling us they could credit our account for the amount. Every single time I order form here something is always missing and it takes them 1+ hour to fix it. The last time they shorted me a family size pasta (2 trays) then when they came to deliver the missing pasta they brought me a single tray. The delivery driver just kept telling me "calm down it's not my fault I just bring the stuff" I was very calm. He then tells me he will let his manager know and bring me back the rest of it. He never came back. When I spend $60+ every time I order you would think they would get their act together. It appears not. Do Not order from here. Spend the extra money and buy pizza factory. It's always on time and accurate. read more

I have never really been a fan of any Pizza Hut chains. This one is not the best lol. The problem with any pizza hut is this...The deceitfully misleading website. They have a link called "deals" which lists all deals they currently have. I ordered a deal $7.99 for 2 large two topping pizzas. I arrived at the Datyon,Nv store and was informed the bill would be 29.00 and change. I was pissed. I gave the the cashier the $,and let them know I will never be back. And you can keep the pizzas.
