This location does have breakfast all day, which some of the others do not. My only issue with this is when we have ordered for lunch, around 2pm, the biscuits have been old and hard making the sandwich inedible. I'm not a much of a plain biscuit eater but in my opinion they tend to taste old and dry in general when I try them with my chicken tenders. The chicken tenders have always been solid; hot, fresh and tasty. I absolutely love their BBQ so chicken tenders are pretty much all I get. Their fries are also hit or miss. Sometime they are over cooked and dry (almost stale?), cold or under seasoned but others they are hot, well seasoned and fresh. Service is okay, usually quick and efficient, but the staff isn't trying too hard on the guest service side. It doesn't wow you but you also don't leave unhappy. The interior has been clean in my experience and had more than enough seating. Trash cans were not overflowing like some fast food lobbies and the trash area has been clean.

First and foremost, I really enjoy the food here and will continue to eat their fare. This was my…read morefirst occasion to actually enter the establishment. I placed the order in the mobile app when I was just under a half mile away. Usually these orders from other places are handled very quickly, which is why I do them. The app made some things difficult and would not allow customization on some items. One meal I looked at only came with Dr Pepper with no other choice, but you could choose no ice in the drink. Since I can't have Dr Pepper, I went with a different meal. The meal I ordered had the full range of drinks available, but no option for no ice in the drink. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. In the end, I could've got the meal that I wanted rather than the one that I got. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I'm glad I had it but the app needs work. My other issue was that I arrived and had to enter the building to pick up my meal and when all was said and done, it took them 25 minutes from the time they received my order till the time when they gave it to me. Because I was inside, I just took my drink and dumped it out and then refilled it with no ice. I know this was a waste, but it's on them for not having the app set up right and not communicating in house well. Everybody else it was there was clearly not too happy with the length of the weight to get their food. In the future, I will strive to dine in so that I don't have to worry about standing around and waiting. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and was fairly clean with plenty of seating. The drink and condiment station was almost out of napkins, and the soda machine was leaking when I got my soda. I ended up with soda all down my arm from it. When all is said and done I did enjoy my food though.

The whole experience was not. This was a refreshing experience. They have been open for a short time and this was my first opportunity to stop in. The store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. I walked in around lunchtime and was directed to the back of the store where the line started for ordering. They have a big menu board which I read first to determine what to get. The Cubano sounded good so I decided to give it a try. There were two choices for bread where they started the sandwich and put it in the oven. I was directed to the next station for all the toppings. I had a moment and chatted with the two employees that were there, and the one at the register asked what I got and if I would be having a drink or anything else. I told them I would take a meal which consisted of the sandwich, a drink and chips. On my sandwich came out they asked how I wanted it and directed me to assign that showed all the topics available. I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. If you're looking for a good hot sandwich, this is a great choice to have in this shopping area.

This is the one of few locations that I consistently get fresh, delicious fries no matter the time! My loss of one star is a few times the nuggets seem to be over cooked (maybe they sat for a while and got refried?) but in reality if I could, I would only take half a star. The drive thru is always fast, clean and the staff is always friendly. Our food is usually ready at the window and we don't need to pull into a spot and wait.

I usually get the kids meal for a good value - under $8 for a cheeseburger that has grilled onions upon request - lettuce and cheese with crinkled fries a drink and a frozen custard with 1 topping. The custard machine was having issues this night and delayed serving in the timely manner of the custards. A few staff were gathering around and the lead was telling them to spread out and designate stations. The meal was not bad and the frozen custard is always a delicious treat. I usually get the cheesecake bits. The cheeseburger seemed to have a thicker patty than usual with the grilled onions, shredded lettuce and cheese. It kind of lacked mayonnaise and ketchup that I had to dunk in the burger to the ketchup as I bit into it to add some type of moistness to the burger. The fries were fresh and hot and salted evenly. The diet root beer I like getting because its pretty dang good. It has a good root beer flavor compared to a&w. I love their frozen custards. It has this creamy nice texture to it and its not too sweet. I usually do my own toppings for the custard sundaes. I usually get the butter cake or cheesecake pcs.

1/5 STARS -- PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING…read more I've been to MANY Mexican/Spanish restaurants in my life, and unfortunately, this place deserves 1 star from me. This review is based on my experience on August 9, 2026, so this is one of the most recent reviews you can find. The food was okay. I would honestly give it about a 3/10. Some things had little to no flavor, and some of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The fried plantains were especially soggy. Overall, the food was missing seasoning and freshness. But the BIGGEST problem was the communication and the employee serving us. My family of 5 went because we wanted a nice Spanish/Mexican place to eat. We saw all the positive reviews, so we decided to try it. The problem started when we were ordering. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT WE COULD ONLY CHOOSE ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF MEAT, ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF RICE, AND ONE SINGULAR TYPE OF SALAD. Nobody explained that choosing a little bit of another meat would automatically be considered an entire extra serving. We chose ribs and chicken, and we also wanted to try another meat. And when I say TRY, I mean TRY. We did NOT want a full serving. We didn't even want an actual piece of the meat. WE ONLY WANTED TO TASTE THE JUICE FROM THE MEAT. That's it. And we were still charged the FULL $4 PRICE for "extra meat." If I'm paying the FULL PRICE for the meat, then just give me the chicken! The frustrating part is that nobody told us beforehand that even wanting a small taste of another meat would cost an additional $4. If the employee had simply said, "You can only choose one type of meat, and anything else is an additional $4," we would have understood and made our decision. Instead, we were told nothing and were charged afterward. When we tried to explain ourselves, the employee was not very understanding. She came across as rude and dismissive, and instead of simply explaining the policy to us, it felt like we were being blamed for not understanding something that was never communicated to us in the first place. A little communication and kindness would have gone a LONG way. We also ordered lemonade, which my family ALWAYS gets. One lemonade was $6, which is honestly ridiculous to me. Our total for 5 people was around $110. On top of that, there was an automatic 15% gratuity/service charge. I understand restaurants have policies, but PLEASE communicate these charges and rules clearly BEFORE customers order. This isn't just about the $4. It's about the fact that we were never told the rules, we were charged for something we didn't understand was considered "extra," and then we were treated poorly when we tried to ask about it. Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost my family as customers. We will not be coming back. The food was okay, but for the price, the service, and especially the lack of communication, it was NOT worth it. Overall: 1/5 If you're reading reviews before deciding whether to come here, I hope this helps. This is my honest experience from August 9, 2026.

I pulled up to the menu board and waited and when they finally asked how they could help me I told them I had a coupon and was immediately told 'I'll help you at the window'. I pulled forward and waited till they finally finished with the vehicle that was in line and when he came to the window I gave him the coupon and waited. He went back and forth between two registers and had to speak with other people working. I had told him I wanted a roast beef sandwich which is what the coupon was for. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning. I truly enjoy Arby's and it's one of the places I can get food that is safe for my body so I'm not going to give them up over what was probably just new people on the job.
