My son and I went in for subs on May 12, 2023 @ 1:56 pm. I specifically give this information because the crew working at this moment was amazing. They all deserve credit. The place was clean, everything was stocked and in order. Overall, they worked well together and were friendly. It was a great interaction and the subs are delicious! read more

Great food and fantastic service This is my number one place to get a sandwich. They're fast they're good and they're very very friendly.

Sadly, they don't follow instructions. Asked for no onion, no oil or vinegar and they out onion, oil and vinegar. Don't like onion and wanted the liquids held cause had to travel, got home and sub was wet, falling apart. Might try again in the future. Sub was good but really wet. read more

We go here all the time & earn points for a free sub ! We love Jersey Mikes they are not stingy with their meat inside the sub unlike other sub shops ( SW ) they are top notch!! Service is great & they keep a clean place! Kudos!! read more

Once again I tried Jersey Mike's...Here in Winter Haven, Fl. Still the Bread is not Fresh. Takes it out of plastic bag. The meat is already presliced, ask when meat was cut said yesterday!!!!! I guess stil going to Publix for my subs!!!! read more

Buffalo Chicken - Messy, but good. Because it's a franchise, it always is consistent - we have come in a few times & see regulars. Better than S#*Way. Staff is courteous & location is clean. Will come again. read more

Ordered on line at noon for 2:45 pickup (2 sandwiches). I got there at 2:40 and waited until 3:20. No they weren't busy. That would have been acceptable if the sandwiches were amazing, but they weren't. I don't know how that's possible cause they all use the same product. But I won't be back to this location. read more

I made an online order. Confirmation that it would be ready at 1:57pm on Sept 14, 2024. I'm at the location and it's 2:35pm and my order hasn't even been started. I ask for a refund and "there's no manager to refund it". Tried to cancel online and I'm told to call the location directly. This is absolutely ridiculous. So now I'm out $50+ and no food. Not sure if I'll ever receive a refund. *Edit: store started the order at 2:39pm. Allegedly will also get a refund in 3-5 days. read more

Best sandwich!! Hands down out of all the sandwich shops around the area Jersey Mike's has never disappointed.

For the last couple of years they have been the best subs in Winter Haven. Now for the last 4 weeks the service there has been bad. I usually order on line 1 1/2 hrs. A head of time. The last 4 weeks you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes and if you are lucky you will have to inquire about it. No one ask you. Prior to the last 4 weeks service was excellent. I truly believe new personnel and maybe new manager on Sundays are the problem. I hope they understand that Jimmy John's just opened up a mile away. read more

I found the wrap very thin. Poorly wrapped and missing substance. I expected i wrap i could get a mouthful with every bite.one star

A friend & I stopped in to get a delicious (hot) sub 12/30/21 - our 2nd visit.....we were disappointed for a number of reasons: the employees were unorganized; had to repeat our order/toppings req several times chintzy with ingredients included on sub asked for subs to be cut, they weren't. No plates. We won't be returning read more

Great product. Has to be the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to, and I am 61! Took over 40 minutes for a sub sandwhich. Told the manager that there were two people who ordered after us and they ate and left before we received our sub. She basically called me a liar. Great sandwich worst service. I will never come back to this place. When she finally gave me the meal she sarcastically said, this was made with love. I said I would have loved it 30 minutes ago. read more

The location was busy due to the National Promo. On line order was placed to try and avoid wait times. They did not start cooking the food until I arrived at the specified pick up time. Behind the counter was a mess. Food and oils on the floor. This is in direct line of sight from the racking used for pick up orders. The rack was empty as the area was full of people waiting for their on line orders. In addition with the walk in traffic. Refunds were being given, and lots of upset customers. It was like they were daring folks to go to Subway, or even the Checkers which is on the same lot. C'mon management. You represent a National chain.............. read more

Went here twice while visiting the area. Absolute worst service and workers. Extremely slow. Knowing this I ordered through postmates 1/2 hour before I got there and it still wasn't ready. Even with a confirmation that it was ready for pickup read more

2 stars because food was good, but I preordered 30 mins early, and they didn't make my subs until 10 mins AFTER delivery time. Service was SUUPER slow & they didn't seem to care how long I'd been waiting. read more

I had delivery. My sandwich was amazingly delicious, as usual. Only debate every time I get delivery IS "how much do I want this sandwich as it costs an arm an a leg to get it." I consider it a TREAT for me and I'm thankful for it. read more

First time in a jersey mikes and it was a pleasant experience! Stopped in during lunch on our way to LEGOLAND. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, we got our sandwiches quickly, and the bread tasted super fresh! Great spot for a quick and tasty sandwich before a long day! read more

Only giving a 2 star due to the sandwich being good. Me and my family went yesterday with gift cards. Only went back today because I wanted to give it another try, and since my gift cards went through on the app I figured we will order and then never go again. The service was terrible, and can throw out the name of employee only because he has same name as my boyfriend only reason I can remember. First for it being my first time I will never go back to this location. I would rather go to subway, or Publix and get a sub. They made our 2 subs and instantly went to check us out didn't ask if that was all like most places, when I said I had another sub he told me I should have said so now there's 2 orders ahead of me. I was like shouldn't have to tell you most places ask me if that's going to be it before the cash me out. But I let it go. Then our gift cards were not going through, and from there his attitude progressed even toward the other customers and the employees. He tried to tell me I can't use gift cards in the store. Wish was a lie cause it said on paper I could use in store to scan barcode. Then he told me to call corporate which could not do because they were closed. When went back in he said did you figure it out. I said yeah we are leaving since my only way to pay for it is gift cards. He was mad and I really didn't care, because how his attitude was. I mean I could go on. If you have a business you need to make sure its managed by people that care. I didn't even care we left empty handed yesterday, I cared more about the emotional abuse that was put out from the guy working to the customers and his employees around him. read more

This is the worst jersey mikes. The kids working there had no skills and there was no manager to tell them what to do. They left out ingredients on one of three Sandwiches and when I walked back in to have them fix it they pretty much tried to ignored me. Then when I tried to get their attention and just ask for a refund the one young kid with dreads started threatening me and acting like he was going to try to be physical. Clearly somebody needs to start over with this place and get rid of all the employees. read more

If they are out of a topping you can pay more for the same thing.. didn't make sense to t

amazing service and better food! the best sandwiches i ever had and they're made with love, sometimes you have to wait in line long because they make every single sandwich with care but i don't mind! amazing! read more

Ive been to Jersey Mikes all over the country, and all of them have been very inviting, however the one here in my home area of winter haven is small, not inviting and not clean. Husband traveling for work went in to eat, went up to order and they tried to talk him out of warming up a sandwich and asked if he could ponly order cold sandwiches because "they don't feel like warming up and making hot sandwiches. " He was a little irritated by that, but he said OK then he noticed they put mayonnaise on everything he does not like mayonnaise so he asked OK can I get "" without mayonnaise and they Said no ...so you not only don't want to serve hot sandwiches their willing to pay for you won't give it to them the way they want so yeah, this place will be a hard pass for my husband and myself in the future .. read more

The service was so bad I had to walk out!! The manager was talking to me like I was a little kid. My sub was not made right. I wanted a BLT and she told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes (for bacon !!!!). I'll just take the drive to Lakeland next time. read more

Fresh food and a clean location. We came here to eat after a full day at Legoland and needed something other than theme park food. The employees were extremely nice, the food was fixed quickly and accurately and it was fresh and tasty. We ate in the restaurant and it was clean. No one else was there at the time. We'll go back when we are in the area. read more

very disappointed in this particular Jersey Mikes... I have been a huge fan of this franchise and ha e been a loyal customer for years. I frequented two in the south part of Florida and every time the service was quick, efficient and the sandwich was excellent. They were both managed very well as everyone had their task and they did it very well... they ran Iike a swiss clock. Not this one! when I relocated to Winter Haven I was delighted that there was a Jersey Mike's just a few miles away. I have tried to give this store business five times. Every time i was very disappointed. NO ONE knows what they are doing there! One sandwich I told them was a veggie number 14. He actually started to slice pepperoni! I told him to stop... that this was a veggie! He actually told me that there was pepperoni on a veggie sub! Uhhhh... no. He had to turn around and look at the menu board!!?? I told him no cheese. He started slicing provolone! I had to repeat myself. Then the customer next me said this was unbelievable and that they had screwed his up twice! He then asked if I wanted the green pepper, and I said yea. He put thre paper thin slices on the bread and slid it over the the girl. She actually closed up the Sandwich and cut it in half and went to wrap it. I looked at her and asked her what she was doing. she said well you didn't want cheese. I actually had to tell her no, I did not, but I would like some toppings on it! Did she actually think I was going to pay almost $8.00 for bread and three thin slices of green pepper? I'm in bizarro world! I waited and waited and there weren't even a lot of customers in the store! They do not listen. I had to repeat myself several times and they still got it wrong! this is not rocket science! just left there and it was painful. plus, the bread was very stale. Slicing machine was filthy, too. I ran a deli for years.../ clean it constantly! such a shame, as if it was run well, and employees knew what they were doing, they could do an amazing business. It's all in the management, and this one is very poorly run. Five times, and all five were bad. I had hoped it was going to get better. Not the case. Maybe it will... but I will not know because I will not go back. $18.00 for two sandwiches and the value is not there with this store. Management.... owner... you have a hec of a job ahead of you. read more

Make sure you tell the ginger meat cutter thank you for the meat and cheese consultation. Much better than the other sub places. Get it Mike's way. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Winter Haven, Florida

They need a pickup line for call in orders. Very uncomfortable to call in an order and have to wait in line to pick up your order. They need a different system. Other things have changed since opening, so try it for yourself. I won't be calling in another order that's for sure. read more

OMG. Last time we were in here my boyfriend ordered a pastrami sub a young man left off the cheese and was only very little sauce. So he only give them one chance at making a good sub. I wanted a Philly so we went today7/20/19,2:23pm ticket 01-001115-01-161182. I ordered mine, my boyfriend's said, nope they messed it up before. The little girl said what the matter. He told her what happen and she said, oh no, let me make this right and she did. My boyfriend was so pleased that she took that extra step. To Keashley, girl you have a bright future. Best subs in Winter Haven. Excellent cheesesteaks & cold subs, too. The bread is always fresh as are the fillings. You will never eat Subway again after having Jersey Mike's. read more

This location has really gone down hill ! Staff was very unprofessional and lazy. Everyone moved at a snails pace. Many order lined up and line of customers waiting to order. No one seemed to have any sense of urgency to get things moving. Girl cooking hot subs at the grill randomly shouted out it would be 25 minute or more for a hot sub and people were waiting so long to order they started walking out. No one there to take charge and get control of things. Very disappointing!! read more

It took way to long just for two subs , we were waiting for an hour and we just left cause we had other things to do

This is the second time this location has messed up my order, I let it go the first time but this time they added something to a sub that was specifically asked not to put on and didn't put on something that was requested for another. How hard is it to make what's ordered? read more

I have ordered from here several times through Door Dash and also in person. Hard working team and food is great.

What a rip off they barely put any meat on your sub and they over charge you. If you want a good sub with meat on it save your money and go to publix. Not to mention the customer service was horrible the girl behind the counter had a attitude I even had to ask the guy who took my money for my cup that I paid for 3 times. Then when he gave it to me he had attitude. Need less to say I will not be back. read more

We almost had a really bad experience untill one of the employes saved the day. I was ordering using the online apps which needs some serious tweeking btw when i accidentally sent my order to the wrong store we called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. So we figured we just lost the money for the subs but however when we went to the store where the subs werent meant to go to one of the employees gave us the order. The food is good and the customer service is even better i highly recomend. read more
