The BEST burger around!!!! I had the bad hombre (it has jalapeños, cheese and caramelized onions on it) The fries are hand cut and so fresh. I had to add a touch of salt to them BUT I'd rather do that than have them overly salty. This burger was juicy and so tasty. The service was incredible. I meant to get the girl's name at the register but I forgot to. She was so pleasant, actually had a personality and didn't act like some others in the service industry who act as if you're bothering them. I didn't see a distracting cell phone in sight. All of the people in our party loved the food and we have some pretty picky eaters in our bunch. We also had the cheeses pickles egg rolls. They were different. I'd like to see a little more cheese in them but I don't know if they are homemade or not. I've never seen anything like those on any other menu before so they may be a custom creation. They were good just could use a little more cheese in my opinion but I'm a cheeseaholic. Adler's has a small indoor eating area. They have a bigger outdoor eating area. The wife and I discovered this place on TikTok and had Father's Day dinner there. We were very happy with the experience, the food was great. I had the Burborn BBQ burger with bacon, carmelized onions and the wife had the Twitty burger and the hand cut fries were nicely seasoned. I've heard about the burgers here for awhile now, and it did not disappoint. We ordered online ahead of time and they even called when they were out of an ingredient that was supposed to be on one of the burgers. The burgers themselves were juicy and tender, so delicious. They have normal traditional ones you can order as well as odd ones that have macaroni on them or other things. Though we took our food to go, I will come back to sit down and eat because it's a great setup. There's limited indoor space but a pretty big outdoor area with some shaded spots. read more

Ordering was a little confusing after being to the Davenport location- ordering only at the outside window, no orders taken inside. Very small seating area indoors, and none of the fans on outside- which, on a mid-June sunny day was a bit miserable. Myself and a few others claimed spots inside as soon as someone else left. The food itself here however, is just as fantastic as the other location. The BBQ burger was large and had nuances to the flavor. My draft beer was great, and a local one, I think, but I don't remember the name of it a few hours later! Glad I stopped here while doing some other things in the area, but I think I'll stick with the other location just for comfort! Every time we fly into town we always grab food from Adlers. The food is excellent and it's such a fun unique place to visit. Sometimes we will also grab food the night before we fly back out. This last time was extra special because I left my wallet and later that night I got a text from an employee saying they had found it. OVERALL nice place and a bright spot for the winter haven burger scene. There is indoor and outdoor seating, spacious area, clean bathrooms and an evergreen happyhour. The Twitty and classic burgers were tasty. Where they could improve is on accurately taking orders. One of us had a dairy allergy and requested no cheese on the burger. We noticed halfway through that they had put cheese only to remove it after it was melted onto the patty. Instead of making a new one, they just served as is. Make sure you check your food here. By far the best burger we had in Winterhaven area. Love the food truck feel and simple menu which equated to a freshly cooked burger that hit the spot. The skin on fries were definitely delicious and worth the splurge. Note that this place is mostly takeaway, and no real inside seating except a few standing counters. You can sit and enjoy fresh at the outside picnic style tables if the weather is good. I highly recommend to satisfy that burger craving read more

Solid, stable, simple. Short. Straightforward (almost impolite). These are a few words that I would use to describe Adler's restaurant. The vegetable burger with the easy choice of just lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion was a nice share with my hubby. Side of fries, super hot, well cooked (if you are counting calories, either run away, hate yourself tomorrow or just get over it and eat a bunch of them) and skip the fried cauliflower with ranch dressing (spicy but flavorless-very strange). Shared a hard cider. Out of the Wood Chuck from Vermont, got our second choice and asked the guy at the window his thoughts.. lol... could NOT care at all. Not sure if I was offended or wanted to give this guy the biggest tip ever for just being, well, kinda a jerk. More people should be! Not feeling, ok... by the way, that is me being sarcastic! My husband and I stopped here for a quick dinner on our way home. My dad raves about this place and it certainly does not disappoint. They only have a few burgers on the menu to choose from but the ones they have are delicious! This is my second time here and I got the Classic this time. They cook to order here so it takes a few minutes but the burgers come out hot and fresh. We also ordered the Hand Cut Fries and I'm glad we only ordered one to split. They give you a lot. They have very little seating inside but have covered picnic tables outside with nice fans to keep you cool above them. They also have a beer and wine menu with bottles and draft beer. Staff was friendly and fun, but being forced to order outside at the far side from the sidewalk is confusing. It's a casual restaurant with the vast majority of seating outside under the awning. Not only are there great options for burger types, but the drink selection is fantastic. One of my favorite things is their sweet potato fries with vinegar! We visit our son in Winter Haven quite often. Our favorite place to eat is Adler's. Their burgers are delicious. Unfortunately, they have an issue cooking a burger well done. My wife and I always order "well done" for the burger. I always mention two different times that we want the burger well done each time we order. I watched the cashier put "well done" on the order that goes back to the cook. We were last there April 24th a little after 4. When I got the burgers, they were both cooked medium rare. They were almost all red inside. This has occurred the last 3 of 4 times we visited Adler's. Interesting enough, the one time the burgers were well done, I went up and made a remark about how well the burgers tasted and that they were cooked exactly the way I had ordered. I was told that the "owner" had cooked them. Go figure!! When I order our burgers well done, I even mention that I don't care if they are burnt...just please cook them well done. I am only leaving the review in hopes that the owner can perhaps instruct their cooks on how to cook a well done burger. I realize this is not a fancy restaurant, but they should be able to cook a burger correctly. I did send the burgers back once...and the person that took them was not too happy. I want to give Adler's another chance. Please figure out a way to make sure the cook is getting the information from the cashier, and that they can cook a well done burger. Thank you! read more

Food was good. We had classic burgers with fries. Fries were hand cut and were good but I must have got the bottom of the barrel. Hubby had the stuffed jalapeños in wontons. He said they would have been better if the jalapeños were chopped up because they were hard to bite through. I got the buffalo cauliflower, it was just ok. Service was ok but nothing to write home about. Nice outdoor area which is well shaded. Really liked the handcrafted soda with real sugar. The iced tea was not brewed so it wasn't as good. read more

The food is always very good at the Winter Haven location but the garbage cans always overflowing. We were there today and the tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor from previous customers and the beverage area was overflowing with ice and nasty. Both garbage cans ,inside and out, were overflowing and the bathrooms had no paper towels or soap. The owners certainly don't want an inspector to see what we saw today. Clean it up! It's a great place to eat please don't ruin a good thing due to the examples given above. read more

It works in a pinch since there's no shake shack nearby. They give decent service, I've been here a handful of times and they only they messed up and once so far. They put ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard on the burger, which is kind of strange and why I ask for just ketchup and mayonnaise; although I have to admit that the time they messed up and put everything on my burger, it wasn't that bad.
