Very nostalgic. Was greeted with a smile and sat down immediately. Price for buffet is 13.99$ and only severed bottle drinks which is okay. Some plates were a bit dirty. Had to pick around a bit from some brown salad pieces. Not much toppings to choose from but it's okay for a basic salad. Lots of salad dressing options. Pizza choices were okay. Mostly sausage or pepperoni or bbq chicken with onions pizza. Only tried the apple cinnamon pizza for desert with only a slice. Overall good. Saw online the price for buffet was 8.99$ but I guess it was old from covid. Glad they had paper plates and plastic silverware. Was a bit too cold in there too so please wear a jacket. Had to leave since kids started screaming in there and kinda threw off the energy in there. Really short staffed due to one cook in the back and one person in the front that is also a cashier, seating tables and answering phones. Overall price for everything was 38$ but normally probably about 28$. Overall rating 5 out of 10.

Got the new Detroit Style pizza it was all right at best. Little Cesars deep deep dish has nothing to worry about. Also had the cheesy bread sticks needed a microscope to see the cheese. Used to love these. But these were not good.

Ordered online at 7:07, said 20 minutes til order would be ready. Didn't need order that soon so I choose 7:45 for pick-up time. Get there at 7:45 and it's not ready which we were told after sitting at window with no hello, how can I help you, or anything for 8 minutes. Drive around again and it should be ready in about 5 minutes. We drive around again and have to wait behind 2 vehicles. While sitting there waiting, the dumpster area is wide open and just disgusting inside with stuff all over the ground, the barn door is wide open with all the pizza boxes and everything in plain few ready for critters or anything to mess with them, employee comes out with an aluminum container food goes in with bare hands looking for a lid (hope her hands are clean!) EWW! The back door to restaurant is wide open also and FILTHY DIRTY with signs that clearly state not to be left open. Finally get our food after 8:00 pm, get home and find we've been charged twice on bank account. I call to ask for Manager and am told I'm speaking to the shift manager - she says it's been doing that & it's a system glitch; call and talk to General Manager if not cleared up by tomorrow morning. This is ABSOLUTELY OUR LAST VISIT HERE EVER!!!

Here's the appetizer! Love me some wings!

Chicken, with wings, drums, and tenders offered in several heat levels. I went with the Curry tenders (medium), and my husband chose the Hot Honey wings (also medium). Both delivered exactly the right amount of heat--noticeable but not overwhelming. The crunch factor was definitely there, and the chicken itself was moist and flavorful. Sides are ordered separately, so we added onion rings. They were large and looked great, though they were just okay for me. Portions, however, were huge. Our total was around $32, which felt a bit pricey, but the amount of food made up for it. Honestly, we could have shared one entrée if we ever agreed on the same thing. They do serve beer, milk teas, and smoothies too, but we took our order home and enjoyed our own drinks. The atmosphere inside is casual with a giant screen playing K‑Pop videos, which adds a fun vibe if you dine in. Overall, I liked it and would return--next time with fewer items or more people to help tackle those portions.

Thus, I'm also trying to snag a few more reviews before my life returns to a bit more normalcy. I'd been curious about Danville's Two Guys Pies, a sister restaurant to The Beehive located in the same two-storefront strip center at the corner of Main Street and Indiana Street. Parking is a little tight here in a parking lot behind the restaurants. There are a couple accessible spots including one with a small aisle to allow for safe exit for wheelchairs. The parking spot is directly across from the building and there's a pretty good concrete ramp. I have noted there are times when longer vehicles block the somewhat narrow sidewalk just a bit. The last time I came to this building, I went to The Beehive and looked down and realized that Two Guys Pies would have been blocked had I wanted to go there. There's a couple glass doors. The dining room includes a bar area, a handful of traditional tables, and a few more booths. I really only saw a couple smaller tables (which I tend to take since I'm often dining alone), however, I was able to snag one. Two Guys Pies obviously specializes in pizza, however, they definitely have a more extensive menu. They advertise having the best salad bar in Hendricks County. There are appetizers, wings, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, calzones, rollers, bombs (I will admit I have no idea what bombs are), a kids menu, daily specials, family specials, and more. There's also lunch specials from 11am-2pm. I ordered a 7" pepperoni pizza (essentially a create-your-own option) along with two breadsticks along with unsweetened iced tea. The breadsticks came with cheese (I don't know if marinara was an option - this was delivered automatically). The pizza was definitely a thin crust. It was quite good and I would easily order it again. The menu says it comes with eight slices - just be aware it is only a 7" pizza. Those "slices"are smaller. The breadsticks were good, though I'm not sure I'd order them again at $2.99. You can order larger quantities. The service was welcoming. I enjoyed watching the atmosphere. It's clear it was a mixture of regulars and some maybe not so much so. The servers seemed relaxed with the customers. I liked that one older customer dining alone, in particular, seemed to get some definite human connection. The dining room has large windows. There are five widescreen televisions - all were showing sports, though there was some variation. I enjoyed this experience. You could also easily park at the town square and make it the one block east to Two Guys Pies. Service was great, the food was good, the prices were fair, the atmosphere was welcoming (though at least two kids acted like they'd never seen a wheelchair or an amputee before) and I'd easily return. While my time in Hendricks County is winding down, at a hard time in my life after my father's death I've enjoyed getting to know this small town a whole lot more.
