This course alone was so good that we will definitely be back for drinks and apps! The cheese curds were very fresh and hot, so much that the smaller curds of cheese were fully melted inside which was so delicious! They did not have that squeaky cheese feel that some other places have with their curds. The festbier was really good, kind of a cross between an oktoberfest and a summery citrusy beer.
