Second time in two weeks our pick up order has been completely screwed up/lost. Absolutely horrible service! Rolled up to the window right on time. Cant find your order please pull up.....20 minutes later go inside. 10 minutes later someone ask if they can help me! WOW! That's 30 minutes of my time Pizza Hut. So refund so sorry. Tack another 15 minutes of waiting while we remake your order. Now I am at 45 minutes out of MY Sunday night. Lobby is now full and cars wrapping around the building. We love going on Friday around noon and they have a buffet. Service is always great. We always get stuffed on pizza and bread sticks. Love the pasta there also. I recommend this place and we will definitely continue to eat there. read more

HAVE AGAIN: The lunch special with personal pizza, salad bar and drink for about $12 was very good and satisfying. I had the supreme pizza which was good, but next time I would just have my regular pepperoni pizza. Service was OK. read more

We were there Saturday night for dinner. They have a buffet on certain night of the week and Saturday is one of those time. I am not a big pizza buffet eater cause I am super picky about my toppings. But I was happy to see they had wings on the buffet. Forget the 6 different kinds of pizza they had, bring on the wings. They had both bone in and boneless. And several different flavors. From mild buffalo to honey bbq. There was also mozzarella sticks that were pretty good. There was 6 of us in for dinner and our waitress was very friendly and was always checking on us. We didn't have an complains. The only negative is the price. It was $10.99 plus your drink. I think for that price your drink should be included. read more

It seems like everytime I order from here something is wrong. Once I even found a bug cooked into my pizza. (Not interested in that kind of protein) I don't think anybody should order food from this establishment ever. Gave it one star for the simple fact that I atleast got my food. read more

I have had only bad experiences the last 3 visits. The management has went down hill. Tonight at 10:30 at night we set in the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone even said anything. Last time we went we had a free anything pizza and they were fighting us on getting stuffed crust and the coupon didn't have any restrictions. read more

It has been a long time since I have visited a Pizza Hut! This Pizza Hut reminds me of when I would go to a full service restaurant back in the day! Large building with lots of seating. Clean. A wonderful salad bar with lots of fixins! We were there when they had a buffet open but I prefer to just eat whatever pizza I like. Ordered a medium thin crust pizza and it was nice and crispy. Delicious! Also ordered the salad bar and it was full of fresh crisp salad, veggies, egg, a macaroni salad. We had a nice server and the meal was great. Very happy we stopped here. read more

We showed up at the Pizza Hut on Sunday 9-5-21 at noon. Our table had 7 adults and we ordered 2 large pizza's and 2 personal pan pizza's. Our order was taken within five minutes of setting down and the waitress was kind and helpful, even suggested that rather than getting a medium the large was the same price with a coupon which she gave us. All the pizza's came within 15 minutes and were perfectly done and tasted fantastic. We requested 3 seperate checks and without our asking the waitress gave us coupons on both of the large pizza's orders which reduced the price of each pizza by $5. Great food, service and price. Ordered carry out-2 medium pizzas. Online, it said order would be ready at 7:19pm. Arrive at location at 7:21pm. At 7:42, i finally was "helped" by a young lady nearly in tears that said my pizzas were not ready. Went to Pizza Hut on Sunday July 28th a little after they opened. We are semi-regulars. We always sit in Garden Room and always have same waitress if she is there. There was a group of 10 ahead of us. The hostess asked how many, we said 2 and we'd like the Garden Room. The hostess said "well the 10 are getting in there 1st". There was no one in the Garden Room. The waitress sets up tables for the big groups. There was no reason the hostess could not seat us. We should have walked out then. Another lady came up and asked how many. We told her the same thing. We asked if that was ok. She said "no problem". I told her it seemed to be a problem with other hostess. We might not be any type of regulars from now on. read more

It's a very nice sized restaurant and plenty of staff on board. There were 12 of us and the waitress had no problems handling our order. Everything came to us piping hot and fresh and the seasonings and flavor were perfect. It was a busy Friday night so it wasn't super clean but they did good keeping up. They had several tvs but they had on a movie on a couple of them which I found very odd. Other than that I was pretty impressed with the experience. read more

Pizza was not bad. But the restaurant is really going downhill. Everything was sticky; floors, doors, windows and table tops weren't completely clean either. The cutlery had food stuck on it and so we wiped them and all the plates off for good measure. Really scared to think of how the kitchen looks. Over 70% of the light bulbs were burned out. We were the only people (5) at 1:00pm and the McDonalds next door was packed. We will not return here. read more

Have been there 3 times for buffet, no pizza to speak of on the buffet, was not charged for the buffet, just drinks, went elsewhere to get dinner afterwards, 2nd and third times, was the same, sent corporate email, after second email, the local manager called me, wanted to give free pizza, i told her i did not want free, just fix the problem, also complained about the smell from the restrooms when you walk in the south door, she told me she had no control over the restrooms or the smell, makes me wonder about the kitchen then? It is sad to see this place going downhill, it used to be awesome. read more

Called in and had the worst service. I was told the computers went down and they couldn't take my order asked me to hold. They hung up on me instead. When I called back the computers were miraculously back. They then had to take my order again and once again I got hung up on. I guess the third time of me giving my order was the charm. I've gotten hair in my pizza a couple times. (Not mine) But if that kind of thing bothers you, I'd skip this location. The pizza is usually overdone and lacking sauce. But it's Pizza Hut, it's kinda hard to completely mess up a pizza that is drawn out to the people who make it. So it's ok. read more

Complete joke. Went during the buffet hours and couldn't even get someone to take our drink order. As we were leaving manager told us to have a nice day. Stated that it would have been nice to get served and he just smiled. Only about four other tables occupied during lunch, so they weren't busy. Save your money and avoid the sub-standard service. read more
