Thanks to fellow Yelpers, found this quality pizza place while traveling near Crawfordsville. We walked in and felt very welcome. We were greeted by the friendly staff. The pepperoni honey pie was recommended so we tried out the hot and sweet pizza. Yummy, yummy. The restaurant smells delicious and is super clean. The whole kitchen prep area is open and you can watch them prepare the dough and make your pizza. The wood stove is the amazing centerpiece of the kitchen. If you're in the area it's worth a try for great pizza. read more

I have had the same perfect pizza several times, and my husband is working his way through the menu. 5 stars every visit.

The brick pizza oven caught my eye and brought us here. We got a small pepperoni and black olive pizza. The toppings were nice and fresh. I love when the little pepperonis curl up when cooked. We also ordered cheese bread which was basically a cheese pizza with garlic. Not quite what we were expecting but it was good. The two smalls were the right amount of food for us. No alcohol served here. You order your food at the counter and they will bring it to your table. Staff was super nice, very friendly. It's located in a strip mall so plenty of parking. A hidden gem. The first thing that catches your eye and nose, when you visit this locally owned pizza place is the wood fired pizza oven. The dough is made fresh and hand tossed. The sauce, and all the toppings are fresh and high quality. There are plenty of tables, but they were doing a lot of carry out when we visited. read more

We actually pulled into the parking lot to go to the Chinese buffet, but I guess it's been moved since we were last in Crawfordsville. But I'm so glad! The pizza at Wildfire was sooo good. They began cooking as we ordered and had it out within minutes. We got the pepperoni honey, and this your warning, it is SPICY! We love hot honey, but this was something else. I will be ordering something else, but I can't wait to try more of the combinations - they look tasty! The service we received really put it over the top. It appeared to be a family behind the counter and everyone was so kind, especially the man at the register that we had great conversation with. The restaurant is very clean and modern. Delicious! We love a crispy thin crust pizza and found Wildfire348 while looking for a place to grab dinner while driving cross country. VERY happy with our decision! Called our order in and made it to the restaurant 10 minutes before closing. Very friendly staff! Also, it's no problem to add a few ingredients to a speciality pizza - (there's a small change per ingredient). Ingredients were not skimpy or loaded - it was just as expected and delicious! This is a new wood fired pizza restaurant in Crawfordsville and I think they have a little work to do. The crust I've had at other wood fired pizza restaurants is crispy. 348's pizza is droopy and that caused the ingredients to fall off. Canned mushrooms too and crumbled sausage that looked like something that is sold at Pizza King. read more

Who doesn't like great food? This restaurant has consistently cooked and served excellent pizzas (6) that I have tried so far. The pizzas are thin crust and cooked in a wood fired pizza oven. The staff is super friendly. read more

had 14 inch pizza, the sauce was good, the pizza thin crust is not so good. it was like eating a wet piece of noodles. I don't like thin crust pizza. the people were friendly, service was good. I will not be going back. Greeks pizza is so much better read more

So glad they are here. We purchased from them when they were in a food truck and now the store has raised the game. My wife purchased several desert pizzas for her teachers and staff and I ordered the Thai pizza and loved it. Grabbed a BBQ chicken after my shingles vaccine (BTW arm was sore) and delicious. Nice Christian atmosphere with music. Seemed very clean with family or church members working. Pizza was good but hard to eat with plastic utensils. Cut too small to fold like New York style because of being limp in the center. Don't have green olives for pizza. Drinks are a little questionable also. read more

First time visiting Wildfire. Their facility is nice but somewhat bare or what I would call sterile. Was hoping for a bit more warmth atmosphere. All the help was busy making pizza and kept saying there are several in front of us!!!! We order three pizzas and they all came out at different times. when I asked if there were more paper plates or utensils the staff worker seemed puzzled by my question. The pizza was good tasting but a bit to pricy and the drink menu is limited and again pricy. I purchased a specialty pizza and added a few toppings that could hardly be found on the pizza. Im glad to see a new place to eat but it really needs to rethink its service, its pricing and you need a baby changing table in restroom area somewhere. There were five babies during my 45 minute stay and we had to change our baby at the table. There is a lot to improve upon at the Wildfire 348. Someone also needs to be wiping the tables off in between customers. The vanilla bean Gelato needs much improvement. It tasted like imitation vanilla and sugary ice milk. I Did not see a single vanilla bean at all. Tried a couple flavors but they all tasted like Ice milk not a gelato. Im hoping they will take some honest critiquing and continue to improve. read more
