Ordered pizza over two hours ago. They delivered the first batch cold. We had to go pick up the second batch and it was still wrong.

We stopped here after the rodeo as it was one of only a few restaurants that were open at that time of night. As near as we could tell our order was the only one that was being worked on and it took a bit longer than it should have. We ordered cheesy breadsticks and a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was okay but the breadsticks were over done......the cheese was NOT nice and gooey and it was a bit dark and tough. I like nice and gooey. My advice is to check your order before leaving if you are picky about your food. I DID check my food, but by the time we were leaving (we got take out) there was a bit of a line and it would have taken way longer to get it fixed than it was worth. read more

Yummy, yummy, Haven't had Pizza Hut in 30 years. Had the veggie pizza with the pan crust. It was terrific.

I love Pizza Hut, but this one in Cody has the worst service of any I have ever been to. One of their employees has been rude to me on several occasions. They have given me the wrong order and I didn't find out until I got home, 20 miles out of town. I told them and they refused to make it right. I would not recommend going there until Pizza Hut corporate makes changes to this location. read more

We were in Cody the week of February 8th, 2021. One night we decided to order pizza. I rarely order from The Hut, but we decided to go for it. I am so glad we did. The prices were reasonable, the customer service was excellent, the food was delicious and the delivery was fast! The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. I asked if I could split the bill on two cards and they said, "of course." My husband travels for business, so we need to put his meals on his travel card, and pay for mine separately. I have placed two separate orders at some places to get around the fact they can't split the bill, but I have been charged two delivery fees for that too! This place did not even have a delivery fee! We ordered a specialty pizza and two salads with extra dressing. They said it would be 30-45 minutes. The pizza arrived less than 30 minutes later. The driver left the food at the door, knocked and left, for Covid security, I'm sure. I was a little unhappy that they didn't give us any cutlery for the salad, or plates, but I didn't specifically ask for those things. I just thought since they knew they were delivering to a hotel, we might need them. Oh well, the hotel had some. The pizza was hot and delicious and the salad was very good as well. The next time we're in Cody and we want pizza, we will be ordering from The Hut! read more

Order two pasta dinner carry out dinners. The staff displayed an arrogant and unconcerned attitude towards completing the transaction. They boxed the pastas without providing a carry out bag, which they informed me they were out of. Had to request plasticware and got napkins myself off an adjacent table. We normally get pizza for game day during football season, do NOT get from Pizza Hut. We got our pizza home today and it was not what we ordered. Crust was wrong, toppings were not on the entire pizza, sauce was barely there and really greasy! This is not the first time we have had an issue with our order. When I called the store they weren't at all concerned that we were unhappy with our order. They just lost our weekly business! Their manager on Sunday Night was Cameron and until and unless he is fired for his behavior this place will be beyond horrible . I ordered online , a simple medium 3 topping pizza , wings and breadsticks . For delivery . I ordered at 7:10 , should have gotten my order at 7:40 . You guessed it , it didn't show up so I called the store 10 minutes AFTER my order should have arrived to inquire . I was told ' oh we are busy , it is on its way ' almost 20 minutes later it shows up . It only takes 10 minutes from my house to this restaurant even during heavy traffic . Not only was my food not hot , my food was so COLD that it had obviously been put under the drivers AC unit that had been turned on high . My food was COLDER than even room temp . The driver got right in my face on my porch , even though I asked for contactless delivery , and he did not have on mask , gloves or any safety precautions and had the nerve to tell me I have to tip the driver . With a 5.00 in town delivery fee and a order that was over 30 minutes late , I was NOT going to tip . My food was cold , and it was awful ! I put my food in my own oven to warm up , which was precisely what I was trying to avoid by ordering food for delivery . I called the store and asked for manager . Got put on ' so called ' hold , which to them is set the phone down and engage in horseplay in the background that can be heard very clearly through phone . This lasted 8 minutes then I was hung up on , I called back ..same thing . Finally my husband called and asked for manager . It was obvious that since it was a man voice on the phone they FINALLY got the manager . I tried to talk to Cameron but he was extremely rude . Every time I tried to start explain the problem I was cut off within 3 words and he said ' We're busy , What do you want !! ' , I tried again ' What do you WANT ' within 3 words . I finally gave up and sent an e mail to the corporate office . NO results except a coupon for a free large pizza . As if I am going to go there , get a large pizza , be treated rudely , and have food I can not even eat ? The manager needs FIRED , the place was not busy because we drove by after I got off of the phone and the parking lot was less than 1/2 full , barely anyone in store . The rudeness, horrible food and no satisfaction from complaint makes this place somewhere I will never frequent again and will tell everyone to avoid . The food was pretty standard for Pizza Hut food, and tasted okay. The server was abrupt though, almost to the point of being rude. We did not know they were closing the dining area when she came to ask if we needed anything else. I said we were considering a dessert. When we decided to order the dessert they informed us the ovens had been turned off and gave us the bill. We had to go to the counter to request a refill on our one drink, and were checked on only three times in just over an hour (once to ask about drink orders, once for food, and once to see if we needed anything else just before close.) if she knew we were considering something else and they were closing, some warning would have been helpful. read more

I want to start by saying that I feel horrible for your young greeter/waitress (the one with the braces) she seemed to be alone in the store when we arrived. So I do feel really bad for her. She not only had to seat us and the next 7 families, she was taking drink orders, answering the phone and then busing all the tables on her own. We never did get our drinks. After seeing the many other families arrive for the buffet and seeing how short staffed they were we decided to leave. Miraculously FOUR other staff members appeared but I wasn't about to chance it. Updating my review... Increased it by a star. It seems there's new management and it is much cleaner than it used to be. Also, the greasy smell is gone. Would give better stars if they'd put the butter on the hand-toss crust as requested. I'm starting to believe they are cost-cutting by not doing any of the advertised flavors to that crust choice. I've ordered online, by phone, and seated in a booth and still that crust comes out the same every time! Plain. Plain. Plain. Plain. Plain. We had ordered take out and when we got there we had to wait for 10 minutes with no one in line to pay for our order, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get it , in the mean time two parties left because it was taking to long to get there food, the pizza was also under cooked in the middle. I was not expecting much from Pizza Hut as it's a chain restaurant and even with low expectations I was disappointed. We walked in and were seated at a dirty table...however not as dirty as all of the rest of the tables with huge stacks of dishes on them. I got Pepsi and my husband got cherry Pepsi and the waitress was caught smelling the sodas as she couldn't remember which was which. We got the buffet which was clearly leftover from lunch and they didn't refill the pizzas or salad bar. Multiple people walked out. Next the server took our drink orders and then came back 10 mins later to take our drink order again. Then after order was placed, a 2nd server came to table to take our order!! Server also didnt know what was available as far as menu items, it was an immediate "I think we are out". No kids size drinks were available, my child was given a full sized drink. Salad bar was bare and messy. Multiple tables were still sitting waiting to be cleared long after past customers had left dining area. BEFORE our order arrived to the table we were already given our bill (and no the server was not ending her shift and needed to close out). The place is very dirty. Garbage and crumbs all over the floor. The worker was not wearing a hair net while handling food. Thank goodness the pizza goes through a hot oven to kill any germs or I would be nervous to eat here in fear of what organisms are growing in the kitchen, because I doubt it gets cleaned either. This place blows! I called to see if I could order a pizza and the lady put me on hold after telling me they were closed, i proceeded to hold and no one ever picked the phone back up! After being Ignored I looked up the hours on a Saturday night and they clearly WERE NOT CLOSED!!! How lazy do you have to be to not do your job? I'll be letting every customer who comes into my work know that Pizza hut is horrible and that they need to go somewhere else.
