Very delicious! We were downtown Cody and wanted Mexican food. The one on the main street does not get good reviews so we decided to make the short drive out to the food truck and so glad we did. When we first pulled up, we weren't sure because the outside didn't have much to offer, but we decided to go ahead and place our order anyway. The food here is absolutely wonderful and the service was perfect. Rosa and Ruben are so friendly and take extra care in prepping the food. My husband got the burrito which is their most popular item and he says it was amazing. I got the #6 Tacos with shredded beef and the kids got the crunchy tacos. Ordered the Super Nachos w/ Chicken for $11. The service was fast and friendly (for a food truck). The food was very good and could be argued is '5' rating worthy. My only issue was the quantity and cost didn't translate to a very good value. I'm a pretty big eater for only being 145 lbs. We are used to authentic Mexican food so I was excited when I saw a taco truck with such great reviews. Everyone knows that great food is served out of taco trucks - at least in West Palm Beach, FL, anyway! I ordered chicken enchiladas. The chicken was covered in a red sauce and cubed. The cubed part really caught me off guard. I've had authentic Mexican food from a lot of places and I can tell you, this did not taste authentic to me. If anyone ever visits West Palm Beach area, check out Taco's Al Carbon - they are authentic. If by chance I was in the area again, this would not be on my radar. read more

Small family run food truck. We both had the Rosa's special one with bbq and one with carne asada. The meat was tender and flavorful the green salsa was delicious. The food here is not spicy but it is delicious. We took our dinner over to the park by the reservoir and enjoyed the view. This is great simple Mexican food. Definitely worth the visit. read more

We grabbed dinner here last week while passing through town and staying in the RV park next door. Who knew we'd find such a friendly taco truck with such delicious food in Cody, WY?!?! I'm from So. Cal and I set the bar pretty high where Mexican food is concerned. This place did not disappoint. We ordered a carne asada quesadilla and it was so good! The steak was tender and well-seasoned and it had plenty of cheese inside. We also ordered enchiladas and they were some of the best I've ever had. They were the star of the show, in my opinion. The sauce reminded me of the one my grandma made in her kitchen years ago. There was also plenty of yummy melty cheese in every bite. The food was so fresh and the portions were very generous as well. Add in the friendly, hospitable service and you have a winner here! We'll definitely stop in again if/when we get back to Cody! read more

We are driving through Cody, WY on our way to Yellowstone from Texas. We have been craving good Mexican food since we left south Texas. This place delivered. Everything is so fresh and homemade. The bean were flavorful, the rice was on point. I had the carnitas and they were amazing. My mom had the chicken tamale. I have to say, where we are from. The tamales are small, this tamale was HUGE. So moist and flavorful. The green salsa on too was perfect. My daughter had the beef quesadilla...tender, flavorful meat and homemade flour tortilla that was crisp. Everything was sooo great I couldn't stop nodding my head with every bite. We got an Orchata and it was just as good. Definitely stop at this food truck on your way through. Take some cash just in case because they do have some issues with the internet connection for the payment every once in a while. But after a little bit our transaction went through. This is no fault of theirs. Just the area and time of year with a lot of tourists using internet. But you don't wanna miss trying this place if you don't have cash. read more

Stopped here because of the reviews and it was great. My whole family loved it & the kids are picky. The tamales are excellent, rice and beans, tacos. All of it was great. Definitely stop if you can. Very limited menu but fantastic at what they do and the best customer service. I waited in line behind a lady who was obviously very challenged with reading a menu and handling money. It seem to matter what I order here it is always good. They are polite and fast. Always put silverware and napkins in with your order. They answer all your questions and seem to always be upbeat. OMG!! REAL Mexican food in Cody! Such a treat and totally unexpected. If you're looking for "Tex-mex" type of stuff then go to Taco Johns or some other joint. If you want the real deal you need to go here. My big family had tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and a burrito. All of it was awesome. I have trouble finding real agua frescas as well but they have them here, both pina and horchata. So tasty and refreshing. Nice people too. Family run and local. Really good food that is fresh prepared by a family run operation. Don't let the food truck in the middle of an empty lot fool you. If you like really good mexican food then you must stop here at least once (a week). We had the carnitas torta and a carnitas super burrito. The burrito is served wet iwth either red or green sauce. The torta comes with an assortment of produce on a really good torta roll. If I had any nits I think there sauces could be hotter (next time I will ask) and the chips are not homemade but still good. read more
