The man (I think he was the owner) was friendly and kind - watched him talking to the lady in front of us, and he was super patient and friendly with her. Gave a great first impression. I had the 2 chicken thighs and the beans. The portions were just right- not crazy big, but enough that I ended up saving one thigh for later. The chicken was skin-on, and moist, smokey and really tasty. The beans were awesome! He uses pineapples and red peppers in the sauce and they were really good - not too sweet, not too spicy, but flavorful as heck. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and the coleslaw - said both were good too. Food was reasonably priced (all food plus two cans of soda came out to $22) for real, delicious food. If I lived in Cody, this truck would be a regular stop.

The Triple C Cowboys (the band) was also the MC and did a great job entertaining the crowd at the beginning while we order our drinks/beer. They call up each table to line up for the self service buffet which had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, salads, mac and cheese and corn bread. Everything was delicious. It was one of the best pulled pork I had for a while. For desserts, they had ice-cream and brownies. Lemonade, sweet tea, coffee was also included. It was plenty of food and you can go back for seconds. The show was fantastic! Each band member is very talented. They can sing, play and entertain! I have had ribs at other places that were fall of the bone. The sauce was OK. It was sweet, but needed a little kick. The chicken quarter was on the dry side and had the same sauce. The beans were alright. The had pulled pork or some meat mixed in. The fries were average. I liked the coleslaw. It was rough chopped and was not overly sweet as some are. They had a salad bar that looked pretty good. If I come back, I would order the sausage and salad bar.
