A thick beef patty was covered with onions, mushrooms, bacon, and melted American cheese. It also come with lettuce, tomato and thousand island dressing. The patty was huge and nicely seasoned with salt and pepper. The onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese all melded deliciously together. The bun was sturdy and had been nicely toasted. The thousand island dressing added another layer of richness to this burger. Wow! A messy, but awesome burger! The fries were good, a nice side and had some good seasoning in the breading. After getting past the hostess chaos, we felt very welcomed and relaxed. We will definitely return.

Sorry, folks, but the experience was a "Meh" at best. The breakfast combo was hot, but not memorable, and staffing was not great. The waitress who was also the manager did not bring out the food. With a name like "OUR PLACE" I was hoping for a warm and friendly place with a good home cooked meal. Big mistake, not here!!!! Walked inside and was ignored for a few minutes. Should have just left. Restaurant has 1 server, 1 "helper," and one person cleaning tables. The "helper" was standing behind a host table and wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. She was playing with a tall leaning stack or toast. The server finally came by, asked me to wait a minute, and then seated me. I ordered and 30 minutes later the food came. I ordered the bunkhouse which was just biscuits and gravy and a side of bacon. Biscuits were terrible (didn't look or taste like a biscuit) and was BURNT AT THE EDGES! Bacon was in a greasy ball and underneath it was a long strand of hair (not mine). I also ordered a special advertised on their chalkboard - a cinnamon roll. This was nothing special and unfortunately was the best thing I ordered. Avoid this place!

I arrived half an hour early for an event and still ended up late because service was extremely slow despite only a few cars ahead of me. When I reached the window, the attendant asked if I had rewards. I wasn't sure, so I asked if I could try my phone number. She seemed annoyed and brushed it off with "I guess we can try," then quickly said it didn't work without offering to help me sign up. She also forgot my child's chocolate milk and had already started closing the window before I could say anything. We were delayed so long that we actually had to wait and eat our food after our event. I'm usually patient and understanding, but the lack of courtesy and attention to detail made this a frustrating visit.

Ordered a fish plate and it was 2 fish sticks, a HUGE pile of frozen green beans & fries. I actually asked if that was the kids fish and she said no. It was disappointing.
