I'm not sure what is going on here. We have stopped here before, and things were good. Today, we both got blizzards. Before I could get to my booth, they both were running down the side of the cup. They melted so fast that it was like eating soup. Ended up throwing them away, they were awful and at $7 plus that is sad. read more

Are here for dinner, just wanted a quick burger and fries... was just ok, the blizzards were much better but the cherry dilly bar was horrible, I don't recommend that one, the regular chocolate dilly bar was much better... the service was great though! read more

My blizzards have never once melted lol. The cheese curds are to die for. The store is clean inside and there is a lot of seating. I have received my order messed up multiple times, so check your bag before you leave the drive thru! read more

Hi, I have ordered ice-cream multiple times this summer and was very disappointed with the customer service at the drive through window. All of them appeared to be teenagers and I recognized one of the girls as Bella Nieman. She as well as many of the other workers were drinking their own DQ beverages and ever BRAIDING EACH OTHERS HAIR while at least twenty cars were behind us. They were all talking to each other while our ice-cream was sitting near the window melting. When we asked if that was ours she rudely handed us or stuff along with an evil glare. I am very disappointed and may not be returning because of these incidents. read more

My husband had been craving a banana split for days. We had checked at 2 places on the main street shopping area for banana splits...no luck. A very helpful waitress at The Irma Hotel suggested we go to this DQ. We waited FOREVER in the drive thru. There were about 6 cars lined up behind us too. My husband ordered a banana split with fudge, marshmallows and strawberries. They forgot the marshmallow. So other than the ridiculously long line at the drive up and the missing ingredient...it was a pretty good banana split! LOL! read more

This place made me never want to eat at a Dairy Queen ever again. The bathrooms were raunchy and disgusting, instead of having water out of a drink machine they just left pitchers sitting out and cashiers were rude and snobbish. The prices were inflated aswell and the food was made sloppily. As we were on our way out there is an opening to the back of the kitchen and I witnessed the MANAGER handling and preparing food with no gloves! As a former Dairy Queen worker back in my hometown, their presentation and attitudes were disgusting, I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

I consider myself somewhat of a Dairy Queen expert and I think this is one of the best DQ I've eaten at. First, the cleanliness was top notch especially considering you can't always expect that of a DQ. My kids enjoyed the saddle seats which was fitting of the locale! Plus there was plenty of seating for the rest of our group. Second, the ice cream treats were great - no skimping on toppings, size appropriate and fast service. My peanut buster parfait was the perfect combo of hot fudge, ice cream and Spanish nuts. read more

Great customer service and they even made me something similar to a tropical blizzard when they no longer make that blizzard! Parking is a little difficult, and the place does get crowded. They open late around 10:30am but stay open late until about 10pm I believe. read more
