Had pizza delivered tonight, hot and fresh but there was no sauce on either pizza. Called the store and the manager was so sweet and very happy to help and replace our pizzas. It's been a while since I have ordered pizza from the hut because of a previous bad experience but this made it better Just got a call from manager Rebecca, not only did they fix our food but she also gave us a credit towards our next purchase!! Wow don't like ordering in fast food but had to in this small town. Food came in a timely manner. Salad a little brown but eatable. Tried the PZone. All bread and little meat. Threw it in the trash. A loaf of bread and an ounce of meat. Felt like a Pizza Slut. read more

Wow!! I usually don't enjoy everyone's pizza but this Pizza Hut did amazing today! I ordered a Large Pepperoni with extra sides and not only did it arrive 10mins before the expected delivery by a very sweet gentleman named "Wallace" but the pizza tasted so fresh and hot. It was refreshing to finally patronize a Pizza Hut that is clean & has friendly staff. I lived in Alaska from May 2013 to August 2016. At three separate locations in Alaska the restaurants were very dirty (I won't even discuss the conditions of the restrooms) & staff are just flat out rude. Upon arriving at the Chickasha location we were promptly greeted. The restaurant was clean. Our waitress was attentive & did an excellent job serving us. read more

Terrible customer Service. Completely ignored when we walked in and after spending several minutes too long waiting to be seated the hostess walked right by us and locked the door without saying a word. I asked if they were closed and was told Yes. The sign said they are open until midnight. Even that wasn't a problem if the hostess could be courteous. Service at this Pizza Hut deserves 10 stars! Me and my family called and asked what time they closed and we were told midnight. I didn't realize she only meant carry out or delivery. The lobby had closed at 10 and it was 10:45. We were exhausted, hungry and had our hearts set on Pizza. The manager, Trent, apologized for the mix up and offered to let us eat inside anyway. We refused because we didn't want to be an inconvenience and went on our way, but to our surprise no one's lobby was open (it was a Saturday night and we thought more would be open later). We decided that we would just order our pizza from Pizza Hut and take it the rest of the way home since we were just an hour away. We ordered our pizza on the phone and headed back to Pizza Hut (we were on the other side of town having tried to find somewhere other than McDonald's to eat at). When we got there Trent insisted that we eat inside and even have us drinks with our order. The restaurant​ atmosphere was clean and inviting. The staff were so kind even though I knew we meant more work for them. And to top it all off the Pizza was off the charts good. Tons of topping and perfect sauce and crust. We've been to this Pizza Hut before, but I've never been impressed until last night. I learned that it had just changed ownership and that Trent was the new manager. It is a good change and I am excited to see it. Whenever we're in Chickasha you can bet we'll be visiting this Pizza Hut! read more

Service was crappy.. There was a teenager smoking a vapor cigarette with his friends at the table next to me. The waitress saw & done nothing... Our appetizer came out with our pizzas and weren't fresh.. The cheese on my breadsticks were already stiff and not cheesy.. Our pizzas were over cooked..
