I know this spot has had its issues but the service was excellent today. The drive thru was very efficient. My Nashville 3 tenders meal was only $7.95. Perfect lunch meal at a great price. They forgot the pickles and one of the tenders had a really dark spot in it but neither of those things can discredit the helpful speedy service and hot food at a great price. read more

Often out of menu items; personnel usually nice but unprofessional manners. Some items are delicious (pot pie, crispy dark chicken, cole slaw, though often watery). Nuggets I had recently were overcooked and dry. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would !! This is by far the worst kfc I've ever been to! Lived here 4 yrs,gone numerous times and it's always some bull. They never have what you want,whether it be crispy or original and never offer to make it,drink machine messed up but doesnt deduct $ from your meal if no drink. Half the time the chicken is old or looks and taste like it's been dipped in the fryer a second time to heat it and make it seem fresh.. read more

So I am here driving from Blanchard Oklahoma. Ordered from the app. Says will be ready at 4:30. So I am here at 4:35. Employees out smoking I go inside for pick up oh it not ready the order just popped up on the screen. What a joke. While here waiting another 15 minutes for the food to be fried understand the bad reviews. read more

If they've got one thing going for them it's consistency. This KFC consistently disappoints and consistently messes up the orders. I'm not sure the staff knows the difference between white and dark meat. read more

Just terrible. Avoid this KFC. Just went through the drive thru and everyone was on break. When they finally get ready to take our order, the only sides they had were cole slaw and their nasty mac n cheese, no white meat whatsoever, and no original recipe. Our KFC is in full crisis mode. Haven't been here for awhile due to the fact the buffet was terrible, had to almost beg to get chicken or coleslaw put out. Decided to give it a try one more time since i was in town. OMG. what a difference. the buffet was packed with food, everything was fresh and piping hot. Met the new lady they put in charge of the buffet and told her how much of a difference she had made. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been eating here for years upon years and each time it's always been trouble. Always forgetting something or the entire order is wrong. This time they forgot a large macaroni and gave us no sauces despite our request. They're always super rude as well. Their mashed potatoes are extremely running this time too. Awful awful service. Ordered via grubhub and called ahead before I placed my order to make sure they weren't busy. Placed the order and after 20 min it said my order was ready for pick up. My friend went to pick it up and arriving found that my order was NOT READY but remained calm. After another WHOLE HOUR my 5 tenders, 1 thigh, 1 leg, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese were finally done. Friend brings back the food and I see that she was NOT given the drinks I had ordered, there was no silverware in the bag, they did not put my dipping sauce in the bag that I ordered, 3 of the 5 tenders where over cooked, and when I called to let them know....they offered me a free drink. But hey atleast they threw some cookies in the bag for taking so long. Oh and now that I think about it the leg was supposed to be extra crispy... they got they wrong too. read more

Been there 3 times over the last year living in town, first time the girl at the window told me she shouldn't be helping me because she wasn't on the clock, took forever and got the wrong order. Second time after paying I had to substitute both side orders because they didn't have either one of them. Third time after the guy came back to the window 2 more times to ask what I ordered, I was shorted a piece of chicken. Sorry guys get it together. read more

This is horrible. Waited over 10 minutes standing at the front waiting for someone to take an order. The couple in front of us legit left. No food was out on the buffet. The employees are VERY unprofessional. Legit had to wait another 30 for ANY food to be put out. Which came out cold. You can HEAR them joking around and not taking the job seriously! Like I get having fun while working. I'm all for that. Yet there's a point of to much. I dread when my family wants to get food here cause how unprofessional they are. read more
