I went to the drive thru to pick up the order. They handed me my cold food which was done for awhile. I called them and the store owner did not offer to make it better even though i wouldn't come back. She just they would try to better. This store has always set the standard low when it comes to quality but they are not equipped to handle a mobile app. My advice is to use the app and pick it up in the drive thru. Do not expect quality or a manager who cares to make it right. If 45 minutes for cold food wasn't bad enough i got not one single napkin, just a partially ripped bag. I had a total of 10 items. I have heard from coworkers of better locations. So quality is out there. My recommendation is to avoid the Chickasha location.

You have to order chips and salsa, and it will cost you. This makes no sense, of course I am going to want salsa with my tacos and quesadilla. Second, the quesadilla was nasty, just shredded chicken & cheese with no seasoning or taste and no salsa...lol. The street tacos were just the same, no seasoning or taste to the meat whatsoever. We will not be recommending this place or going back. Waste of money!!!!!!
