I called them and the store owner did not offer to make it better even though i wouldn't come back. She just they would try to better. This store has always set the standard low when it comes to quality but they are not equipped to handle a mobile app. My advice is to use the app and pick it up in the drive thru. Do not expect quality or a manager who cares to make it right. If 45 minutes for cold food wasn't bad enough i got not one single napkin, just a partially ripped bag. I had a total of 10 items. I have heard from coworkers of better locations. So quality is out there. My recommendation is to avoid the Chickasha location.
