This location does not regularly offer meatballs, despite meatball items being displayed on the menu. I was told they don't keep them because of concerns about the product going bad. On another visit, when I wanted to purchase meatballs by themselves, instead of simply being able to order them, I was given an unusual suggestion involving getting a bowl from Love's so they could sell them to me differently. Today, I came in wanting teriyaki chicken, and that wasn't available either. At this point, the problem isn't one item being temporarily out of stock. It's the repeated experience of coming to a Subway and finding that advertised products customers expect to order simply aren't available. If this location operates 24/7, I understand that inventory and food preparation can present challenges. However, customers should still be able to reasonably expect the location to offer the core menu it advertises, or clearly communicate when products are unavailable. I hope management looks into the inventory, preparation, and ordering practices at this location. Customers shouldn't have to figure out what the restaurant is actually willing or able to sell each time they walk in.
