Tonight I was told my pizza was almost out of the oven and asked to pull forward by the railing. I then sat there for another 20 minutes with no update and no way to go inside and check on it because the lobby was, once again, conveniently closed. I finally drove back around to the window, where the young lady apologized and told me, "They were supposed to bring it out to you." This also isn't the first time I've waited well past the estimated pickup time. At some point, good food can only carry the experience so far. The pizza deserves five stars. The service absolutely does not.

Just scan the QR code at your table, place your order from your phone, and your food is brought right to you. The system accepts both credit cards and Apple Pay, which made the whole process quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.
