This was a place we frequented years ago but we stopped going once I became gluten free about 6 years ago because the breadsticks were just too tempting! We went again this past weekend and I was so impressed that they had a create your own pasta selection with GF penne! I ordered just plain penne with marinara and it was very good! My husband got a sampler with lasagna, spaghetti, and chicken Alfredo with a side of wedding soup and shared with the kids. They said the chicken Alfredo was exceptional! They also loved the wedding soup. They do have a 2 breadstick limit per person but my kids were happy to eat mine as "extras." We really like the remodel it makes the restaurant more modern looking and inviting. The service was very good! We look forward to making this place into our eating out rotation again! read more

Things have gone downhill over the last few years. The menu has gotten smaller and more expensive, the space has gotten more rundown and now they keep it dark and play loud music to keep you distracted. They now have a 2 breadstick limit, per person, and will charge you if you want more ($2.50 for 2). Service staff is still great, which is the only reason we come here. I really hate to say this, but Olive Garden is better, and that breaks my heart. read more

Yukon for the win!!!! Since moving out here we've been on a hunt to find the yummiest of foods. Today was another good day. My husband and I had the best experience at Luigi's Bistro at Westbury. OMG to the homemade ranch. The food was out of this world amazing as well as the service and hospitality. We've found some yummy places in the city since moving her last year BUT this place was everything we needed. It felt warm and cozy. The Owner was so welcoming and the customer service was amazing. Feeling full and grateful. Love finding good businesses. Has anyone else been? We're going to go back next Sunday as well, what else should we try? We decided to try Luigi's tonight and was very disappointed. There were 4 in our party and one of us arrived ahead. She had received 3 breadsticks, a drink, 2 sets of silverware and 4 menus. The rest of us arrived, gave our drink orders and never received any more bread We gave our orders and a bit later a gentleman dropped off the dip for our nonexistent breadsticks. We received our soup, salad and still had only 2 sets of silverware. Waitress said she would get us some. We didn't get it till our food came. Still no breadsticks. Our food was disappointing, bland, sauces were sweet, lasagne was grainy like it hadn't baked long enough, none of the dishes were piping hot, just warm. All of waitstaff was waiting all tables which seemed to interrupt any true service. We were waiting for a birthday cheesecake after dinner when a plate of 8 breadsticks were brought to our table? I'm sorry but food was not worth the price and the staff needs to wait their own tables. I don't mind when they help each other out on drink refills, but when the customer has no utensils, bread dip with no bread, then a plate full of bread when our dinner plates have been removed-it was almost comical if we weren't paying for it! The cost was too high for the quality of food we received. We paid $81.15 without the tip for spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan meal, and the trio dish. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order and they weren't busy. They may have been four other tables. Then it took another forty-five minutes to get the food. I kept making jokes about how it's good we didn't have plans after dinner. There was another gentleman and possibly his granddaughter waiting for their meal. They were there before we were seated. When they finally received their order it was wrong and he was very upset about the wait and having to wait longer. The chicken parm was massive. It was like two chicken breasts or one cut in half and both pounded flat. It was dry and it didn't have a lot of flavor. There was a lot of moisture on the plate from the staff not straining through spaghetti enough. The trio was really a waste too. Temperatures were cool and the staff just didn't care it seemed like. We've had the pizza before and it's decent. That's why I gave two stars. Dining in not so great. Another time we thought we'd give them a second chance and do a call-in. I ordered two of the chicken fettuccine and a chicken parm. When we got home there wasn't any chicken for the fettuccine and no sauce on the chicken parm or spaghetti. We called and they said that we had just ordered fettuccine and not chicken fettuccine. They offered to replace it if we came back. All and all... go elsewhere. As far as ambiance goes it was nice and clean. read more

My fiancé and I wanted to try this place out, and we are so glad we did!! Paiten(?) was our server, and she was awesome! Delicious complementary breadsticks came out fairly quick and they were nice and warm. We decided not to do an appetizer, but I got the picatta with chicken, my fiancé got the 12 count ravioli with meatballs, and we both got a delicious Easter margarita. Excellent food! We finished off with the tiramisu for dessert, and ordered the spicy Hawaiian pizza to take home. The pizza ended up being our Easter dinner the next day, and it was probably one of the best pizzas we have had! We prefer a crispy bottom and it was perfect! 10/10 would go again!! read more

A pretty large fail on our first and last run at DoorDash here. Chicken Parmigiana had no parmigiana or marinara upon delivery. Pretty much Italian chicken fried steak. Marinara on the spaghetti was too sweet and barely enough to notice it was in the spaghetti. Calamari was rubbery. The tiramisu we ordered was left out of the order even though we were charged for it. Italian wedding soup had chicken fat in it and no flavor. Two stars for decent breadsticks, which is generous. Quality control and content on order makes this a will not repeat. read more

The food was pretty good, overpriced for what you get. Service was awful. I wonder if I sat here for an hour if they would take my empty plate. The waiter walked by and actually moved the plate to the other side of the table and never picked it up. I tipped 20 percent because that is my bare minimum. This isn't Italian. This is an insult. This is truck stop slop. I don't know if this is a result of cheap ingredients, low quality cooks or lack of proper management but regardless of the cause, the end result is cheap, disgusting and inedible "food". The lasagna was grey, greasy "meat" sat on top of soggy pasta that's soaking in tepid water. The sauce looked like it can from a dollar general can and there was bagged shredded cheese topping it all. Unless you've changed the definition of "fresh" to mean canned, frozen and then microwaved, this product cannot be classified as fresh, or good. How dare you serve this and call it Italian. read more

First time trying this place since we moved to the area. I'm not a picky person by any means and we support local businesses vs. chains. First off the service was great. Fast and attentive. Atmosphere is definitely casual but clean. We ordered the fried calamari for appetizer and it was delicious. Our entrees were however disappointing. I ordered the chicken Marsala. Chicken was dry and overcooked, very tough to chew. The orzo was delicious. Asparagus was overcooked to the point of being kinda woody. Sauce was a little on the salty side even though I love salt. I only ate 1/4 of my meal. My hubs got the trio sampler and the Alfredo sauce was thin and watery as was the spaghetti sauce. Seemed to be a lot of water from the pasta in the dish. The lasagna was just ok. Tasted like a microwave meal lasagna. He ate a little more than half of his meal. Hubs said the breadsticks and dipping sauce were perfect. I think next time we will try a different Italian restaurant. Definitely might try their pizzas they looked delicious. I did tell the waitress to let the chef know about the chicken but I waited till after we paid so as not to seem like I was trying to get something. read more

Pretty good Italian spot! The staff was friendly and service was really good. Complimentary bread sticks were good (although I would give Olive Gardens bread sticks the edge) and came with marinara and Alfredo dipping sauce. Also of note, I really liked the decor and tablecloths. May sound odd, but not too many restaurants do that anymore and it gives the experience a nice feel. You can choose your own type of noodle with each pasta entree which was pretty neat. I ordered the Shrimp Pesto Pasta w/ linguine noodles (you can choose chicken, shrimp, or lobster). The shrimp was prepared well and it was very tasty overall. The only negative was that I felt it was a little too creamy. My wife enjoyed her garlic and oil pasta with chicken but also said they were a little skimpy with the chicken. The Luigi's Margarita ($9) was average, though not expecting much from an Italian restaurant and I had a glass of Robert Mondavi merlot ($5.95). Which I thought was very fairly priced for some RM. Overall, it was a pretty nice place to dine out and we will be going back. The amount of food they give you was perfect and we both left feeling very satisfied. I had no idea what to expect from this place. The reviews are all over the place, the sign out front makes it look like a huge chain, but apparently it's not a chain. I had been meaning to try it for some time and finally did this week. A buddy and I arrived right at 6:00. The place was nearly empty, only 2 tables seated. But, while we were eating another 8-10 tables were seated, so the place started doing a rather brisk business. The interior is dark with both booth and table seating. There is a full bar, although we didn't partake, so I have no idea about the beer/cocktail list. They do offer wines by the bottle, including Caymus and Silver Oak cabs, which I was surprised to see. There were plenty of servers scurrying around; our server immediately approached us with 4 breadsticks, along with marinara and alfredo for dipping. The breadsticks were too doughy for me. This isn't to say they were raw, they were cooked all the way through. But, they had no exterior texture which broke up the breadiness. I would have preferred a crispy, or even slightly crispy, exterior. Of the sauces, I preferred the alfredo. It had a lot of cheese flavor, not just thick heavy cream. The marinara was too thin for me and lacked strong seasoning. It needed some oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic at least in my estimation. Our drinks were immediately delivered and we decided to go with the meatball appetizer. This is $5.99 for 3 meatballs, which were around golf ball size, on a plate. The meatballs were good, moist, and flavorful. They suffered from being covered in the marinara sauce (see discussion above). But, I would eat these again. For dinner, I went with the chicken parm. When trying a new Italian joint this is one of my go to meals. This chicken parm is served with linguini rather than spaghetti, which I prefer. I asked for some alfredo on the side, and I was given a very large bowl at no additional cost. The chicken was too thick, I prefer a thinner cutlet in this dish. Additionally, the breading was a little too heavy. I think it may have been fried a little too long, as it was very hard in spots. However, it was seasoned well. The sauce, again, was too thin for my tastes. Additionally, a pool of water developed in the bottom of the dish. I would guess they took the pasta directly out of the water, put it on the plate, then put sauce on top of it, rather than finishing the pasta in the sauce before plating. I could be wrong, but there most definitely was some water or very watery sauce on the plate. The service was fantastic, we never had to ask for refills and were even brought additional breadsticks by a server that wasn't ours. I would say the food is a 2.5, but I bumped Luigi's up to 3 stars because of the service. read more

Came here for first time. I got lasagna and Caesar salad. My daughter got spaghetti and meatball. The salad was plain and not close to one of the best I have eaten. The lasagna was pretty tasteless and almost had a breading on it which was odd. No fresh Parmesan either. My daughters spaghetti and meatball was fair. The breadsticks were ok and dipping sauce lacked something. Just not impressed. With so many better options I doubt I will come back. Staff was very nice and clean place Just subpar food. Took a long time to get food although they are quick to seat you. The ravioli things we got as an appetizer were either frozen or cooked way too long. Not sure. The Alfredo sauce tasted like metal. Maybe being heated up in some kind of foil bag? I dunno but the smell is bad too. Kept asking for sweet tea. Got unsweet tea. And there was this large group of obnoxious people standing in the middle of the main dining area where everybody's trying to eat taking pictures of each other over and over again. By far the worse service food and management I have ever reserved anywhere. After being seated we placed our order and Watching people get food that came in after us. After an hour and no salad or refills We finally had to ask for our salads. Another hour passes and no food. Mind you we got House pasta nothing special. Manager finally came over and was like we got busy blah blah blah. Looking around 2 other tables one was a party of 8. If that's to busy you have problems. The food finally comes out and it's cold and taste horrible I couldn't eat it. You could taste sugar in the sauce no garlic no oregano nothing but sugar and nasty.. Will never go back. read more

My little sister and I love the Alfredo pasta. The tri is a nice portion for 3 if you do not eat very much. My mom, sister and I all share it and have leftovers! Went here on Valentine's Day 2015. Had the special dinner. Excellent I must say. This establishment is not a chain restaurant. It is privately owned...it is the same owners as Nickolas in Anadarko.
