I went to the Newcastle KFC/Taco Bell in Newcastle, OK. I ordered 2 beef chalupa supremes for $10.45, which is very expensive. I got home and saw they didn't put any beef in them. I went back and told them there was no beef in the Chalupa Supremes and requested that they make 2 new ones please. I was very nice about it. When the young man handed them to me, he said, "Here's your Beef Chalupas," and I said, "Beef Chalupa Supremes?" He said, "Oh yeah, they're Supremes." When I got back home and opened them, there was no sour cream, which is what makes a Beef Chalupa Supreme. I wasn't about to drive back for sour cream. This was a simple order and they were not busy at all. It was 1:10 pm to 1:30 pm. The owner of this Taco Bell may need to spend more time training his/her workers on making their orders correctly. The workers were very nice. They just need to pay attention on getting orders right the first time. read more

This Taco Bell is horrible. They never have anything, always dirty & your order is always wrong, even though you wait 40 minutes with only one car in front of you at the window. It's commonly known around here that you just - don't - eat at this Taco Bell. The only reason they still get business is because the town is so small and the amount of places to eat is limited. I had a long conversation with my boyfriend when we first moved in together about him not going to this Taco Bell like, "I know how much you love it honey, but this one isn't worth it." This location is proof that meth doesn't make people work faster. There's always a problem with your order after a 30 minute wait in a dirty store, watching confused people either struggling to master simple tasks, or just arguing with each other. If this place does have an actual manager then they need serious help, perhaps a 12 step program. read more

It frickin' sucked. We JUST left after waiting at the window for 30 WHOLE MINUTES. That is NOT including the time between pulling into the drive thru lane, ordering, and pulling up to the window itself. My family has worked in food service and some of us still do, and I'd like to think we're sympathetic to the things that just...happen that calls for delays. But waiting in the drive lane for a cumulative time of over 45 minutes?!? Defeats the purpose of a drive thru lane!! Not only that, but the staff refused to give us updates. We had no idea what was going on or causing delays. That is, until the "hallelujah" moment of receiving our food, when we got a measly "they took forever and I don't know why." Whatever. Foods here and I can finally cure my hunger and enjoy dinner with my family. My mother was so excited to munch of potatoe wedges, but was disappointed to discover that they were just old, reheated strips of skin. I'd assume potato wedges would be aptly named and there would be actual potato filling. I suppose I jumped to assumptions. This is by far the worst experience ever. We have given this place many chances and every time they have taken their sweet time and wasted ours. Each time we have gotten a screwed up order. Family dinners don't happen all too often for us and when they do, it'd be nice to know that wherever we choose to go has a nice experience and decent food that's at least fresh. But hey at least it's a family dinner and we get to be disgusted and astonished at the entire experience together. read more

I wish I could give a 0/5 but I can't. Last time I went in there, I ordered 3 items. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes and then got attitude when I asked for my stuff. I ordered a burrito, which was okay, a soft taco, which was hard, not a hard taco but like the soft taco was like hard like it had been sitting out. They were super short-staffed, and this isn't the only negative experience I've had. Don't go here. You'll just be wasting your money on nasty food. read more
