If I could give negative stars I would. This place was a mess. Didn't give me my receipt to begin with. Place is insanely dirty. Pictures don't even do justice. Was watching closely as a staff member dropped their glove on the dirty floor and preceded to put it back on his hand. I had to speak up and call him out for him to take it off and throw it away. Workers have gloves on and are constantly pulling up their pants with the same gloves they touch your food with. This was the assistant manager with the "stripped shirt". Not exactly sure how they were chosen as managers. Order was taking so long I legitimately had to ask for my money to get refunded. Do not recommend going here. UNSANITARY. If I caught them and they tried denying it imagine how it's ran when you go through the drive through.. also they completely forgot to give me my change back after paying for an order. read more

I'm pregnant and was craving a kfc famous bowl, i pull up and the menu is gone and i said where the menu and the guy said "someone stole it" I got my food and there was 3 pieces of blonde hairs in my food. i have long black hair so clearly wasn't mine, i threw up everywhere. Ordered ahead using the App - as KFC suggests - for 32 pieces of chicken and 8 large sides. Gave about 4 hours notice. This order was for a funeral lunch. They canceled my order without so much as a phone call. We didn't even realize it until we got to the store. We ended up having to go to the nearby Walmart to order fried chicken. Got a chicken sandwich combo meal. The chicken was so burnt and dry could not eat it. The French fries were not even warm and greasy. I went to the front to get my money back. Stood at the front for close to ten minutes. No employees in the front. they were and I kid you not in the managers office sitting down and talking. The other two employees were outside smoking. This is simply THE WORST restaurant in town. Employees are rude, usually get the orders wrong and it is nasty. For this place to be drive thru only....it is disgusting on the inside! By far the slowest fast food restaurant I've been to. This isn't coming from a single experience...they take SOOO LONG every.single.time. Once, we decided to eat inside, there were hardly any customers, and after 30 mins (which isn't much longer than usual) I went to the counter and asked how much longer and the employee put her hands up and asked what I expected her to do about it. I got my money back and left. You're better off going to a sit down restaurant. They've lost our business for good after several chances. Never once had a good experience there. read more

Everytime i go through the drive through at this KFC they get it wrong. I dont think they have ever given me honey when i have asked for it several times. This has to be the worst KFC in the country. Each and every time I go there, which now, has been 9 months due to the last encounter, they find someway to mess up the order. We went through the drive through to order 2 nacho fry boxes and 3 things off the dollar menu. We tried to order one item and he proceeded to tell us that they don't carry that product anymore. So we ordered another item. We have been waiting at the window for 30 MINUTES! Then the lady making the food (not the drive thru cashier) tells us that she can't make one of our burritos because she ran out of tortillas so we have to order something instead. The lady working the window was very sweet and apologized for everything and even threw in some free cookies. read more

Do not order from this KFC/Taco Bell location! Not sure what has caused this place to decline so rapidly but the customer service is awful, the food is not what it should be. This is by far the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. It is near our home so we have gone by numerous times and every single time has been insanely frustrating. They are ALWAYS out of whatever it is I try and order, they never have enough grilled chicken or dark meat or white meat. I'm sorry I go to KFC to get chicken you would think they would have some! Tonight I tried to order a meal with a breast and a wing grilled (K2) and they argued with me that they didn't have dark meat grilled so I nicely said that it was white meat. He said "oh yeah well we only have breasts grilled" so I said ok then give me two breast in the meal if that's all u have. I was then informed that they would charge me a dollar more because they did not have enough of what was on the menu to fulfill my order. You will spend a good twenty minutes in the drive through no matter what, if they do have what u order they will somehow get your order wrong and forget to give you something. The customer service here is horrible there are no words. The employees act as if they are constantly stoned and I have never seen any type of managerial presence. Tri city is an amazing area with great businesses and people but this KFC is such a massive disappointment, save your time and your money and go somewhere else. read more
