However, I marvel at how nasty most of these Braums stores are. Not that they are unclean as much as the Trash on the floors behind the counters. Table areas left dirty from Ice Cream dripped on the table or booth bench. It's usually hard to find a clean spot to sit down. Having said that. I realize that these stores are crazy busy most of the time and teenagers just arent into cleaning. Ask their mothers. Ha!. It's no reason to understaffed at high traffic times. Messy restaurants are a huge turn off for me. I frequent Braums often but seldom sit down to consume what I purchased in the store. Their drive thru is a great option. Be mindful. Im not saying they are filthy but just messy. No excuse. Ive been in foodservice since 1971 and ive not seen a messy place like Braums. Usually in all their stores save one. That store is their corporate store at the Braums head quarters. Its usually very tidy. If you can tolerate that behind the counter you'll probably see a messy counter top or floor or an un kept dinning area. Go by all means. If you've eaten Braums products you already know they are of the highest quality. Price in many cases equal to or in some cases less than a regular Grocery store. Their grocery department is NOT UNKEPT OR MESSY. in fact it's very clean usually. Dairy products are the Best. I don't know why it's that hard to make sure your work area is kept up and kept clean. As for burgers and fries and such. They are delicious. Love their food too. 3 stars overall, 5 stars for products.
