Pizza Hut, a wonderful place that serves great pizza, hot wings, pasta, fries, cheesy bread sticks and the list goes on ! I ordered on line which is quick and easy especially using their app (which I have downloaded). My order was ready in 15 minutes. Fantastic ! There was no line in the drive thru so this dinner trip was quick, awesome, and very tasty. The young lady at the window was very polite and friendly. Had a very positive attitude. I appreciate this highly !! The area around Pizza Hut looked clean and kept up. I recommend Pizza Hut in Burleson Texas at 1212 SW Wilshire. If your thinking Pizza today.... call Pizza Hut read more

I rarely leave bad reviews. I prefer to spread positivity and support local businesses. But last night was the first time we have ever been to the Burleson Pizza Hut. Every once in a while, it's nostalgic to have some of their thin and crispy crust pizza. We ordered a meat lovers and a supreme. Both pizzas LOOKED like the crust we loved and the outside rim was crispy. But the dough in the main pizza was so doughy. It didn't seem to be cooked all the way. The pizza was flimsy and the toppings were sparse at best. We laughed because the mushrooms looked like they were added after it cooked and looked like they counted two mushrooms per slice. They didn't seemed cooked. They were just lying on top. The entire pizza had so few toppings, it made it seem like this location may be on its last leg before closure. It just didn't seem like a business that was doing well. Sadly, this will be our first and last time to order from this location. I hate that a chain that we grew up loving, has evolved into something so disappointing. I hope the right people read this and turn their business around. One final thing that was a red flag...when we called to place our order, the person barely spoke English. They were difficult to understand and I even asked if this was a call center and I was told it was the Burleson location. When we arrived, we saw nobody that had that accent. If PH is now using a call center, please stop. It sends the wrong message to the public and leaves a very uncomfortable feeling. read more

Pizza Hut - This is a pic of the meat lovers. We joked around saying "Where's the beef?" (From an old Wendy's commercial). - Pizza Near Me - Burleson, Texas

Won't order from this location ever again. No one seems to be happy working here. Online ordering time isn't accurate (I know sometimes timing can be off.. but I've ordered online a few times and pick up in person and every time it's always wrong and probably another 10-15min wait on top..) how does the online portal say order is ready and when you show up.. its not. And then the pizza is all soggy.... def an older location that needs major updates. read more

They made 25 pizzas in Time to feed all my students. Awesome service. Ask for David. He followed to make sure everything was perfect.

Recently moved back after being gone for 8 years in the military. Wife and I ordered from here because it a childhood spot my grandparents use to take me to. I remember it always being so good. But we received a burnt pizza and breadsticks. Called and was told it isn't burnt that's how it's suppose to be. Sorry pizza isn't suppose to look charred and be hard to chew. Sadly won't ever order from here again. The nostalgia from this place has been lost. Not mad just disappointed. read more

Turn down the ovens or pay attention to cook time. You bake them too long and they are almost burnt and they are dried out. Service is subpar at best. Food isn't hot usually if you order more than one thing. It's just disappointing. It's VERY expensive and not worth it at all. Someone please do something about this location. read more

I ordered pizza for delivery. The app said carry out at the end so I changed it. After purchase it still said carry out so I called the store. The lady said she changed it. She didn't ask for a delivery fee. I would have paid it. They cancelled my order. My phone never rang. I had to call them to find out why I had no food. read more

When you ask to have your pizza made over because its burnt, and you're told its not burnt but they will make it over (begrudgingly) even though it's not burnt, I'm not going to feel comfortable having it made over. Just won't go back. read more

New to the area and ordered a pizza at 5:15 pm with a delivery time of 65 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called and was told that our pizza was delivered to our neighbors and had been remade and was coming out of the oven right then. After another 30 minutes, I called again and was told they don't know where our pizza went. They would gladly make it a third time but I refused. Customer service training should be mandatory. Very sad that after over 30 years of ordering from other Pizza Huts, the Burleson location will never receive another order from this household. read more

My family and I ordered two pizzas from here. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch but was surprised when it had no chicken. I called for a new pizza and I was waiting for around 50 minutes, for it not to arrive. I call back and I'm greeted by the manager Autumn. She said to wait until 6:41. That would be 2.5 hours waiting for a replacement pizza. She was very ill mannered talking to us, now at this point we no longer wanted this pizza. We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years now and we don't think our gratitude will continue after this inconvenience. I know we will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut, and it is not the fact they made a mistake, it's the lack of customer service. read more

Just had to share a really good experience we had here. Tonight's visit came after a long day of work and the hub and I just wanted to sit down, eat and head home to crash. We were greeted by a friendly staff and told to find a seat. There were dirty tables and it looked like they had just been slammed. We were offered an apology and they confirmed a large group had just come in. Our server came to the table immediately and got us settled in with some very nicely made salads and drinks. As we were eating our salads and waiting on our pizza, I noticed our server was handling the dining room alone. She was also busing tables, cleaning up after the large party that had just left, answering phones, helping in the back and taking care of other dine-in customers. I had to ask her name before we left so I would know who to give a shout out to. Her name is Sierra (hope I spelled it right), and she provided EXCELLENT service in addition to all of the multi-tasking she was doing. She was so very sweet and pleasant and attentive. She is a rare find these days when so many servers just don't care about their jobs or their customers. Thank you, Sierra, for making our visit so awesome!! We will be sure to ask for you next time! read more

Pizza Hut - Supreme hand tossed - Pizza Near Me - Burleson, Texas

$17 for a medium supreme that had fewer ingredients and staler than any frozen pizza I've ever had. I got there when it was just coming out of the oven but was so terrible, I couldn't even enjoy it. There are too many pizza places in Burleson to waste your money here. read more

Have to give yall the 3 star idk what happened visited here back in January and the pizza was bomb. My pizza was marvelous. And now 7 months later I go back not once but twice and i dont know what happened now. It's like the pizza was a frozen made pizza. Just picked up Supreme Pixza, first of all wanted 1.07 for Parma cheese and cracked red pepper. Got the pizza home had 7 slices if onion, and on one piece had 2 slices of pepperoni and 3 pieces of burger. The rest of the pizza was not much better. It is a long stretch to call it much better than a 6 dollar pepperoni from little ceasars. read more

The Burleson location is a disaster. The restaurant is disgusting (sticky tables, dirty flatware, filthy floors), and the service is terrible. It is shocking if anyone even notices you come in and plan on no refills unless you get up and ask. We've given it many chances and the service has been worse each time. The last time we waited 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging our presence and left. There are MANY other options for good pizza. Skip this one and the frustration. read more

Every time we pass by this place now my 4 year old says hey mom lets go to Pizza Hut ... and then laughs , because it's s joke ! This is the most discussing and dirty location we have been to . The pizza was awful , everything was dirty ( except the bathrooms surprisingly) , and it took an hour to get our food . There was poor service , phones were ringing off the hook and no one was answering them yet there were about 10 people ( maybe more ) in the back . I would not recommend this location. read more

Don't know what they have changed but, the thin crust has been very soggy past 3 visits. No longer out favorite pizza.

This place sucks. I asked for a small pizza and they gave me a personal pan. I complained so the made me a medium pizza, but half of it was just bread. My other pizza we told them that we wanted half and half but they screwed that up and mixed it all together. They then got made at me for complaining. They told me that i probably ordered it wrong. What kind of business tells you that they messed up because I don't know what I wanted? Stay away from here. read more

If I could rate 0 stars that would be great. I have been waiting patiently for a whole hour for my pizza half bacon half pepperoni and have a movie at 7:30pm it is now 6:55pm and we've been here since 5:55pm. A family came in of 4 people and they got their breadsticks and pizza before we did and they just came in around 6:40 and our waitress told us that they were backed up and the customers who just came in still got their food before us and it's just ridiculous because we only ordered a pizza and they got their breadsticks with marinara and a big stuffed crust pizza with a bunch of toppings on it didn't make any sense never going here again I rather just get it delivered. We went to Taco Bell instead across the street and it took 2 mins. They are both fast food but Taco Bell won this one easily. read more

Placed an order for delivery and was told to expect my order in 45 minutes. Order arrived an hour and 15 minutes later. The delivery driver, I believe her name was Kendall, was incredibly rude, SMELLED HEAVILY OF MARIJUANA, and when we inquired into why the order took so long, she hastily blew off our question and gave us the receipt to sign. After seeing we left her a minimal tip, she mumbled something under her breath and stormed off. I've never had any issues with the particular Pizza Hut location. Their food and prices are decent, but if you're looking to eat there, don't order delivery, and if you do, beware of Kendall! read more

This was the worst pizza and customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 4 pizzas 3 were delivered raw in the middle. Called back they were going to remake them and send them out. 1.5 hours later I called back and they did not remake them and the manager would not get on the phone to talk to me. I will never order from them again and think twice if you decide too. read more

This location sucks. I have ordered 2 times for delivery. First time no one showed up. When I placed my order I was specific to call me because the address can be confusing The driver they sent had no cell phone. I'm now into an hour I called back and they say oh your pizza was just sent out for delivery. Still no one showing up finally I called back one person tells me that the driver came back with the pizza another one tells me that it know it just now left for delivery on the kid showed up with the pizza it was ice cold and he told me the truth that the first fellow didn't have a cell phone. Now sometimes mistakes can be made so I thought I would try to second time I was very specific please make sure whoever you send has a cell phone because the delivery address can be difficult to find. This time 40 minutes later I call just to make sure the lady says well we don't show any order for your phone number she checked two or three times finally she said oh wait hold on a minute your pizzas out for delivery and then I was handed to a manager who explained to me that The call taker put in the wrong phone number so they couldn't call me this will be the last time I order from this location read more
