There was no line in the drive thru so this dinner trip was quick, awesome, and very tasty. The young lady at the window was very polite and friendly. Had a very positive attitude. I rarely leave bad reviews. I prefer to spread positivity and support local businesses. But last night was the first time we have ever been to the Burleson Pizza Hut. Every once in a while, it's nostalgic to have some of their thin and crispy crust pizza. We ordered a meat lovers and a supreme. Both pizzas LOOKED like the crust we loved and the outside rim was crispy. But the dough in the main pizza was so doughy. It didn't seem to be cooked all the way. The pizza was flimsy and the toppings were sparse at best. We laughed because the mushrooms looked like they were added after it cooked and looked like they counted two mushrooms per slice. They didn't seemed cooked. They were just lying on top. The entire pizza had so few toppings, it made it seem like this location may be on its last leg before closure. It just didn't seem like a business that was doing well. Sadly, this will be our first and last time to order from this location. I hate that a chain that we grew up loving, has evolved into something so disappointing. I hope the right people read this and turn their business around. One final thing that was a red flag...when we called to place our order, the person barely spoke English. They were difficult to understand and I even asked if this was a call center and I was told it was the Burleson location. When we arrived, we saw nobody that had that accent. Online ordering time isn't accurate (I know sometimes timing can be off.. but I've ordered online a few times and pick up in person and every time it's always wrong and probably another 10-15min wait on top..) how does the online portal say order is ready and when you show up.. its not. Recently moved back after being gone for 8 years in the military. Wife and I ordered from here because it a childhood spot my grandparents use to take me to. I remember it always being so good. But we received a burnt pizza and breadsticks. Called and was told it isn't burnt that's how it's suppose to be. Sorry pizza isn't suppose to look charred and be hard to chew. Turn down the ovens or pay attention to cook time. You bake them too long and they are almost burnt and they are dried out. Service is subpar at best. Food isn't hot usually if you order more than one thing. It's just disappointing. It's VERY expensive and not worth it at all. Someone please do something about this location. read more

New to the area and ordered a pizza at 5:15 pm with a delivery time of 65 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called and was told that our pizza was delivered to our neighbors and had been remade and was coming out of the oven right then. After another 30 minutes, I called again and was told they don't know where our pizza went. They would gladly make it a third time but I refused. Customer service training should be mandatory. My family and I ordered two pizzas from here. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch but was surprised when it had no chicken. I called for a new pizza and I was waiting for around 50 minutes, for it not to arrive. I call back and I'm greeted by the manager Autumn. She said to wait until 6:41. Just had to share a really good experience we had here. Tonight's visit came after a long day of work and the hub and I just wanted to sit down, eat and head home to crash. We were greeted by a friendly staff and told to find a seat. There were dirty tables and it looked like they had just been slammed. We were offered an apology and they confirmed a large group had just come in. Our server came to the table immediately and got us settled in with some very nicely made salads and drinks. As we were eating our salads and waiting on our pizza, I noticed our server was handling the dining room alone. She was also busing tables, cleaning up after the large party that had just left, answering phones, helping in the back and taking care of other dine-in customers. I had to ask her name before we left so I would know who to give a shout out to. Her name is Sierra (hope I spelled it right), and she provided EXCELLENT service in addition to all of the multi-tasking she was doing. She was so very sweet and pleasant and attentive. She is a rare find these days when so many servers just don't care about their jobs or their customers. Thank you, Sierra, for making our visit so awesome!! Just picked up Supreme Pixza, first of all wanted 1.07 for Parma cheese and cracked red pepper. Got the pizza home had 7 slices if onion, and on one piece had 2 slices of pepperoni and 3 pieces of burger. The rest of the pizza was not much better. It is shocking if anyone even notices you come in and plan on no refills unless you get up and ask. We've given it many chances and the service has been worse each time. Every time we pass by this place now my 4 year old says hey mom lets go to Pizza Hut ... and then laughs , because it's s joke ! This is the most discussing and dirty location we have been to . The pizza was awful , everything was dirty ( except the bathrooms surprisingly) , and it took an hour to get our food . There was poor service , phones were ringing off the hook and no one was answering them yet there were about 10 people ( maybe more ) in the back . I would not recommend this location. read more

This place sucks. I asked for a small pizza and they gave me a personal pan. I complained so the made me a medium pizza, but half of it was just bread. I have been waiting patiently for a whole hour for my pizza half bacon half pepperoni and have a movie at 7:30pm it is now 6:55pm and we've been here since 5:55pm. A family came in of 4 people and they got their breadsticks and pizza before we did and they just came in around 6:40 and our waitress told us that they were backed up and the customers who just came in still got their food before us and it's just ridiculous because we only ordered a pizza and they got their breadsticks with marinara and a big stuffed crust pizza with a bunch of toppings on it didn't make any sense never going here again I rather just get it delivered. The delivery driver, I believe her name was Kendall, was incredibly rude, SMELLED HEAVILY OF MARIJUANA, and when we inquired into why the order took so long, she hastily blew off our question and gave us the receipt to sign. When I placed my order I was specific to call me because the address can be confusing The driver they sent had no cell phone. Still no one showing up finally I called back one person tells me that the driver came back with the pizza another one tells me that it know it just now left for delivery on the kid showed up with the pizza it was ice cold and he told me the truth that the first fellow didn't have a cell phone. Now sometimes mistakes can be made so I thought I would try to second time I was very specific please make sure whoever you send has a cell phone because the delivery address can be difficult to find.
