My first time to place an on-line order with Chipotle in Burleson and a first to try their food ! Ordering on line is extremely easy and ready when you arrive at the drive through! The establishments exterior was clean and I made note that they had the amenities for the disable. Their staff was helpful and cheerful. I appreciate these qualities! Just wished I would have enjoyed the food. It was not my cup of tea. Maybe I should have ordered something different or ask what they recommended . Yet I know several people that love the place. Chipotle is always a family favorite because of the quality and flavor of the food. The location has been a little inconsistent recently. I've made 2 visits in the past month one was an easy 5 stars, the next was 3 stars at best. Service was average, not overly friendly and seems to just move us down the conveyor belt. Portion sizes were very different between the 2 visits with one exceeding my expectations (similar to 7 years ago) and the other below expectations and smaller. Restaurant was not as clean as other times and it's possible they had a crowd earlier but several tables needed to be cleared and wiped down. read more

Burritos were two different sizes... one was half the size of the other which makes no sense as they both had the same number of ingredients. I ordered my burrito with steak and the steak was AWFUL. 3 stars because I love Chipotle and it's not like the food wasn't good, but there was 2 groups ahead of me in line (around 6pm on a Monday night) and there was one person working the line. 2 people working in the to-go area, 2 people cooking and one person walking around aimlessly (wasn't even attempting to jump on the line or even do the cash register).
