McDonald's has been around for years and normally you can depend upon them for decent food. Tonight mine was fair. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries and a drink, but the meal was cold. Very disappointing but my highlight was they gave me an extra meal. They gave me chicken nuggets. I have never eaten their chicken nuggets. I admit they're not bad after I heated them up. I used their handy drive-through so I can't tell you much about the inside of the establishment though the exterior was clean. The two young ladies that waited on me were very nice and polite which I do appreciate. I paid for my meal and went on my way.. I'm hoping that they'll be better the next time I decide I want a McDonald's burger. read more

Come on McDonalds you can do better. Went in to get food and had to order through the kiosk. Ordered 5 different burgers and got home with 4 and 3 of those were missing cheese. I am so angry, all I wanted was a fish sandwich and some chicken nuggets and nowhere did I put to add mustard to a fish sandwich. Who does that? McDonald's on Wilshire has the $3 bundle advertised on the menu at the drive thru but they are not honoring it anymore. What's worse is they do not tell you the price is higher and when you get to the window you find out the price when it is too late to change the order. They refuse to honor the price on the menu stating they are waiting for a technician to change the price. Don't they have to honor the price? This is so frustrating! This location has the worst customer service in the business. They will park you in front of the store for regular menu items like a single hash brown and then you will WAIT! You have a 50-50 chance of getting the correct order and don't think about telling them it is wrong when it's wrong. They will curse you out! Drive thru messed up order again. Went inside to get the correct food. The gal fixing my order put the yogurt (that was hot from being in a happy meal box) back into the tin for redistribution in another happy meal. If you get your child a happy meal with yogurt and he/she complains of stomach cramps this could be why. 10 minutes standing at the counter with half of my order complete. When she brought the remainder to me I asked her to replace the happy meal fries that were now lukewarm and soft. She throws the old fries at the trash can, tosses hot ones in the box and storms off. 1/19/18 9:05 am Friday. Never and I repeat never go inside unless you have lots of time to kill! The service is unbelievably slow at the counter. The manager behind the counter seems absolutely bothered to be there helping you. Finally I order and a few minutes later my sausage, egg McGriddle no cheese. A team leader hands me my food. I hear her say sausage McGriddle. As I turn to walk away I think surely I misheard her. I check the bag and sure enough not what I ordered. Check the receipt and the manager did not ring in the correct item even after I repeated it to him! So I wait and I explain to her it is the wrong order. She grabs it out of my hand takes it back and shouts to someone that it needs egg. I am fairly certain it is against safe food handling restrictions to take it back over the counter.
