I love bueno but this location needs SERIOUS HELP. I can't even blame the employees at this point. It's beyond them. It's a training and turnover rate problem I'd assume. There's a problem EVERY TIME I come here. The last 4 times I've been here my food has been a mess. Beans, cheese, and sour cream spewing out of the burrito and wrapper, missing items, charges for incorrect items, no salsa after specifically asking, never any napkins to clean the mess they're serving through the window and EXTREMELY long waits at the drive thru while usually being the only car waiting with maybe 2-3 vehicles in the parking lot that could very well be the employees. We're talking 10 minute waits upwards to OVER 20 mins. The time it took the longest there was 1 car in front of me and the bag handed to them didn't look like there was much in it at all. I am truly one of, if not the biggest Taco Bueno fan. However, THIS specific location is horrible. The beans are ALWAYS left over. I've given many tries but this location never can get an order right. I get my burritos cold, when I'm in the restaurant the employees act as if you are not there. I've had to say "hello?" A few times because no one was to be found to take my order. There had been hairs found in my nachos/enchiladas, and I notice employees do not wear gloves OR hair nets. Everytime I order on DoorDash, something, if not the whole order is wrong. They are stingy with their day old beans at this location as well. If you get a tostada, be prepared for barely any beans and cheese, 2 giant scoops of chili sauce, and 3 handfuls of lettuce. For the burritos, be prepared for the tortilla to be cold, barely, if not, any cheese, and more giant scoops of chili. And my favorite, yet not sad and confusing one on how you could mess this up: The bean and cheese nachos. Just when I think this location has it going their way, I get the inevitable terrible food order. This time there was very little to enjoy. The bean burritos were all beans and a small sprinkle of cheese. That's it. Not even the sour cream for which I paid. Mucho nachos were all beans. No cheese, no beef and 3 small squirts of sour cream. Terrible. Seems like there was a surplus of beans and not much else. Either way. Not good. I get it. This is not top tier cuisine. It's fast food. Still, there is an expectation of quality or at least the order for which you paid. I am disappointed and when craving this type fare, will likely go back to the Bell or Fastaco for some time before trying Bueno again. Not sure what to recommend as correction but I feel like proper oversight might be a start. Mixed feelings. I ordered online and when I got there the drive thru line was out to the street. Went inside they were obviously short staffed so I figured there would be a long wait. I don't know who owns the taco casa in Burleson but something has to be done to improve it. The drive thru is always backed up into the street and to the point my daughter was in an accident waiting to turn into the parking lot. Tonight after waiting for 20 minutes to order, the lady taking the order sounded drunk and couldn't understand our order to the point we left. You will get SICK if you eat here. I had a bean burrito and a coke. It never made it to #2 stage because 30 minutes after ingestion, the chili/enchilada sauce was all over my desk and shirt. Our meal was truly awful. - Tea was about half strength or less, it had no flavor whatsoever - Tortillas were rubbery and inedible - Fajita meat on the skillet fajitas looked and tasted like it had been boiled instead of grilled - Beans were runny and flavorless The people next to us said the same thing, they usually like Taco Bueno but their meal was bad. Ordered online through the Taco Bueno website, not a third party app. Receipt said it would be ready at 4:40. I ordered online because it was raining and I did not want to get out of the truck. I get to the drive through speaker at 4:41 and tell them I have an online order. They tell me I need to come inside because it isn't ready and they don't see my order (I feel like it has to be one or the other, you either don't have it or it isn't ready yet). I tell them that I can just pick it up at the window since no else is in line, it's raining and I have kids in the car. I get up to the window and they give me my food and start lecturing me on how I need to go inside and get all online orders. I then explained that kind of defeats the purpose of an online order and online it doesn't tell you that that is required. I checked my food and it was completely wrong. The guy in the drive through told me I should have checked my order better and I will have to pay for any additional items. I then show him my emailed receipt and showed him that I did order correctly they just read bean instead of beef. He then takes takes it back and tells me to pull around and come in to get it. I said I would wait at the window and didn't budge. He gives me my corrected order and I tell him they are missing my coke, he said I didn't order one. I show him my receipt again and then he hands me one already made. They obviously don't care that they have customers that paid over $20.00 for two tacos and four burritos and treat them like crap.
