I am impress with Jack-in-the-Box in Burleson Texas tonight. When ordering my meal I was actually asked if I would like curly fries or regular, I've never been asked that before at this establishment. The gentleman also let me know they were fresh and hot. I got an ultimate cheeseburger and a root beer (I love root beer) along with those curly fries. I used the drive thru which was quick, easy, and the building was lite up, making it easy to see on this rainy night. I've eaten about half of my combo and I'm full, happy, and ready to put my feet up and relax. You can do the same, next time you go to Jack in the Box. They have 580 locations nationwide. I recommend this fast food restaurant I believe you'll be pleased to. read more

Most of the time this location has been good but lately it seems that they are always running out of supplies such as large soft drink cups and napkins as a couple of examples. Also it seems they are almost always out of Coke Zero. I need Coke Zero because I'm diabetic and can't drink regular soda. I also don't like Diet Coke or Dr Pepper. Then this morning I wanted to order the Texas Double Jack combo and was informed they were OUT OF IT. Ok, y'all, It's fast food. I'm not expecting 5 star food from Jack in the box. I went today for the first time since Covid. I ordered 4 tacos and a coke. I took one bite of the taco and all the flavors I remembered from the past came flooding back. The greasy taco shell, the crispy lettuce, the tartness of the taco sauce and horrible for you but good for your soul taco meat. I was a happy girl. They have the coke machine where you have thousands of combinations but I just got a regular coke. They had the syrup to soda ratio just right; this never happens! It was a good lunch! I'm so over this location! I work nights.. regardless of what time I arrive (24 hour location) anywhere from 2am-4:30am, there's always an excuse why they can't take an order! Around 4:00-4:30 am it's always a reset of computer and can't take orders with a 30 min wait time! Tonight at 2:30 am I pull up and sit for a few minutes with no one to even take an order. I said hello a few times but nothing. I pulled around to not see anyone in eye view that's working. Looks closed. I'm service industry and love my job. I will not return!! I ordered meals ($38 worth) for my daughter and I. When we got it delivered our sandwiches and fries were ICE COLD and fries were soggy! When I called the store located in Burleson, Tx and spoke with member of management to let them know the problem. They stated it wasn't their fault that they put their food under the warmer. It was cold enough the cheese wasn't even melted. We will not go back to this location! We don't know how long our sandwiches were sitting there under this so called warmer and worried about getting food poisoning. We can't even eat the meals we bought. Food should never be that cold coming straight from the store less than 10 minutes away. No excuses! Then for management not making it right just makes me even more mad. I've been management before and that's not how you treat your customers. They could have said bring the food back into us and we will make it right. Nope, they didn't do that either. Very dissatisfied and I do not recommend that store. We have never had a problem at the other locations that are a little further away. read more

White older female on duty called the cops!!! We stopped by around 2am in an Uber and had 2 orders in 1 car. The person taking the order was patient. However, once we paid and got our bags we continued to wait because we were still missing 4 tacos from 2nd order and large curly fries from the 1st order. The older white lady was yelling at us and CLAPPING her hands in our face saying to get out of her drive through because she gave us all the food. We tried to hand the bags back to show her that we were in fact missing those items and she said she didn't care to check. She slammed the window on us after yelling and clapping. We did want to wait for the cops so we could show them we didn't have the items we PAID for, however, we were in an Uber and felt bad for our driver so we asked him to leave after a good 10 mins. Not his fault. We will be disputing this with our bank next business day as we were extremely disrespected, yelled at, had 3 cops follow us home and didn't get our food. Says they're open 24 hours. I have been to this location multiple times since I live right behind it. 9 times out of 10 it's closed by 8pm. I understand the lack of people wanting to work so being short staffed is definitely real, but when the restaurant is open and they do have staff available, the fact that they lie about their system being down bc they genuinely don't want to do their job, but want that pay check is absolutely unacceptable. This particular situation can 100% be backed up by experience tonight. Ordered through DoorDash, pulled up, was informed their system was down and no longer taking orders for the night. Every time I go the male manager, not sure what his name is, is always very sharp and snippy. Not friendly. I'm not a Karen by any means but just be friendly to customers that need patience. Almost every time my boyfriend and I want jack in the box and go to this one because is the only one closer to us there ether closed for no reason most of the time or there will be someone inside at the register but nobody taking orders in the drive threw and lobby doors locked the last I want to say 4-5 times we have gone there during business hours it's been the same way . With in the past month we have been able to order 1-2 that's it! One of the excuses we were told by the manager is that "we can't take orders at the moment because the truck needs to be unloaded " at 11:30ish it shouldn't take 4 people to do so . Pulled up to Jack in the Box at 8:20 pm, walked up to the door as the worker behind the counter locked the door as i reached for the door handle. She proceeded to walk behind the counter, I stood there as she took care of the person in the drive through the window & i knocked on the class door and she told me they were closed, i pointed at the hours posted in the window and it clearly said "11:00 pm" I asked her why they were closed now and she said "because the drive through window line is full." ummm... what?? I'm sorry that the drive through window line is full, but this is a restaurant where you're supposed to be serving customers, outside the building and INSIDE the building. This used to be an awesome place to eat whether it was drive-thru or dine-in. Stopped by yesterday during lunch rush. Only two people total in the front and both were slammed. The younger of the two was dine-in side and she seemed nice, but it was obvious she was running. They were 8 orders backed up in the dining room and had 7 cars in line outside, and only TWO people to work it. Try as they might, no one could get food out quick enough there. The real issue I had was when you walked in, the store didn't look or feel clean, flies were everywhere. Hence the reason they need more then 2 in the front to handle things. My opinion is that management might have a swing shift in at weekday lunch to help out, clear tables, and wipe things down because people in general are nasty and selfish and don't clean up after themselves. read more

The food was eventually made right and corrected. The staff were very polite and respectful as to prepare the food to the correct temperature of 145°F. Although the burger was as dry as the Sahara and had a texture of a fall leaf the milkshake was scrumptious. read more

This place was disgusting. The food was good and they always get my order right, but the bathrooms are just gross. The bathroom toilet was covered in poop, and the sink looked like someone had vomited in it and didn't clean it. There was nasty stains on the walls, and no toilet paper. I had to use paper towels.
