We were already impressed by how cute downtown Burleson is, and our experience at Fresco made it even better! I'm hoping I'm remembering our server's name correctly, I believe it was Caroline. We were there around 3:45 PM on 7/17, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and helpful. My husband and I are both pretty picky eaters, and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Seriously some of the best chicken we've had! It was so juicy, flavorful, and prepared incredibly well. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Caroline, for making our first visit such a memorable one!

To top it all off, we tried their frozen house margarita with Tajín on the rim, and it was delicious! The train-themed atmosphere is so fun and the service was great. We will absolutely be back!

Everybody complains about the service, there's actually pictures of lettuce and salad that is wilted and that is no good at all and so that tells me that the cleanliness in the health in this establishment is very much in question, I'm sorry if this hurts but I turned around and walked out and I will never eat there and I will never go back now. The one in Weatherford I enjoyed, but this one in Burleson, I will never go back. if you doubt what I say that's fine. I ordered the burrito tortillon and well, I was disappointed too, but still tried to eat it, since I felt bad if the guy would have to take it as well. The burrito was stuffed mainly with beans, it had very little brisket and I barely saw any onions and peppers, so it was pretty much a bean burrito with a side of beans. Unfortunately, when we arrived the day of the event, nothing had been prepared. My family ended up helping set everything up while the staff moved the fan and cleaned tables. There was also only one waitress assigned to our group of around 40 people. She truly did the best she could, but it was difficult for one person to manage refills, service, and everything else for such a large party. We also had to wait on silverware since none had been rolled beforehand. The food itself was good, but with everything else going on during such an emotional day for our family, it added unnecessary stress. Sadly, the experience left us feeling like our event was not a priority, and because of that, I do not see myself returning.
