The "DOUBLE" pepperoni i ordered had literally 15 pepperonis on a large pizza that I paid extra for extra pepperonis. I was told the double they mean is you get 2 kinds of pepperonis but only a half portion of each. Then the manager can't understand what I'm telling her. Why did I pay $3 extra for the same pepperoni amount? Offered to remake my food which after seeing her attitude i wouldn't have trusted a replacement at trusted point. First of all, I don't think Pizza Hut has ever made a mistake on my order before. Tonight I ordered via the app as usual but they brought me the wrong pizza. Didn't realize it till the driver was gone. So I called them and they re-made my pizza. The new pizza arrived very quickly and was perfect! They did a great job of fixing a mistake. I've given them a dozen chances and finally gave up. My experiences have consistently been the same: a skimpy pile of ingredients in the center of the crust with a four inch wide outer ring of crust only. Even when I've paid for extra cheese, the end product has been the same. There are much better pizzas in town who give you a full pizza. I used to love this place. read more

Thought I'd update my Pizza Hut review. We're not very picky when it comes to pizza. We just pick a random pizza place and order online. Pizza Hut ruined that for me this month. I won two $20 gift cards for Pizza Hut and tried to order online. Sadly you can't use two gift cards at the same time, so I called it in. After giving them the list of things I wanted, we got down to payment and the rep said I couldn't use two gift cards at the same time. I just checked the Pizza Hut site and it says you can combine card! She said it doesn't work that way. So instead of 2 large specialty pizzas, a pile of wings, dessert and drinks we had to get each order under $20, so our pizza feat became two stuffed crust pizzas and no wings, dessert, or drinks. The fun didn't stop there. After the pizzas were delivered, the delivery guy said we hadn't paid for one of the pizzas beforehand. I told him we'd have to work that out with the company. A few minutes later they called and told me I had to pay for the pizzas which I'd already purchased with gift cards. I told him to fix it and get me what I wanted in the first place and he said it's not going to work that way. I ended up just giving him the gift card numbers again and he figured out what they did wrong in the ordering process but still wouldn't help with the "two gift cards at a time" issue. As we were talking on the phone I was writing everything down and sent it all to Pizza Hut Cares (http://www.pizzahut.com/phcares). They wrote back almost instantly and said they'd take care of it and that I'd be contacted by our local Pizza Hut within 3 days. 10 days later, Pizza Hut never called or wrote. I was contacted by Pizza Hut HQ again at 14 days asking if our local Pizza Hut had called. They had not. Pizza Hut HQ said they'd refund my gift cards. We ordered the cheese stuffed crust meat lovers, it was ok. We had also ordered the apple pies for dessert. They had cooked them too long and all we had was crust! All the filling had cooked out. You would think they would have noticed that...then when they delivered, they had wrong payment info....hopefully better next time. read more

Never when I have been to this place of business has anyone ever greeted me or voiced that they were aware of my presence in the building. The workers are general passive not offering anything less than necessary. Today when I went in to get my carry out order my children had to use the bathroom so bad so I took them in, and since I waited for a moment and no one greeted us I told my kids to go ahead and go. There were a few tables with boxed on them blocking the way but I thought maybe they were doing some cleaning or something. There were no signs or apparent warnings not to use the bathrooms. My son opened the men's door and it fell off the hinges! And the man hiding behind the warmers had the audacity to say he did all that work just so someone could knock the door down. Like it was apparent or something. I have not enjoyed any of the times I have been there in the last 9 years but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they would get better. Not this time! I will never go there again and I will inform everyone I know of my horrible experience. read more

Called Pizza Hut tonight and ordered the large Pan Super Supreme Pizza. Ordering was easy and quick. I was informed the pizza would arrive in about am hour. So I was pleasently surprised to get my order on under 45 minutes. I had nearly sworn off the Hut pizza but decided to give it another try after reading a fellow Yelper review. There are no recent reviews of Brownwood's Pizza Hut, so let's fix that. Pizza Hut was suffering in the way of quality, and the business was failing. In 2013 they took on a new General Manager who quickly turned the place around, and I actually worked for them for a few months. Since then, the quality of the food has drastically improved. I recommend giving them a try. read more

We called in our order @ 6:40 pm and were told that it would be 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes later the delivery driver calls and says that he has had a blow out and that it would be another 20 minutes before he was able to make it. I told him ok that would be fine. Here we sit at 8:10 and our pizza just arrived. I have called the store to inquire about the delivery and whether our pizza would still be hot. The guy that answered the phone says "honestly it should be fine because the bags are made to keep the pizza's hot". For an infinity?? The manager is mouthing around in the background saying that they would remake the pizzas if they were cold but "she can't eat them"!! Really?? Why would I eat them if they are cold? Pizza Hut should probably find another manager who is more public friendly. I would not recommend this place as the manager is not a pleasant person and should be willing to satisfy his customers and not be so rude. Save your time and sanity and call Domino's or Cici's!!! read more

Disgusting!!! I am not sure what they did to the garlic sticks, but they have a horrible aftertaste. My husband who is not a picky eater took one bite and was done. The pizza in the pizza box was not cooked all the way. This was the most disgusting meal I have ever had from a pizza joint. The driver could not even find the door to our apartment complex that has been here for ages. I always try to come up with at least one positive thing to say about a business, but this one was just bad!!! read more

After a couple of negative experiences (orders wrong, poor customer service etc.) I was hesitant to order from Pizza Hut again. I ordered online....quick, easy, and plenty of customizable options which I love! My Pizzas were ready for pickup on time and my entire order was correct this time. Horrible customer service. I called and ordered a large pizza. The quoted me a wait time of about 40 minutes which I said was fine. An hour later I called to check on it and they said it would be just a bit longer and that it was leaving the store. I called 45 minutes later. The pizza never arrived and I was very upset. The manager that night, Michael he said his name was, told me that they had called but I never answered, no calls ever came through, when I told him this he called me a liar. His exact words are 'you're a fucking liar man' this is the height of unprofessionalism. 45 minutes later the pizza finally arrived ice cold and obviously having had pepperoni plucked off. Today I attempted to place an order and the the person who answered the phone definitely should not have been talking to customers! Since the location has moved everything has improved wings and crispy not soggy and the pizza is delicious !

We visited the Brownwood , Texas Pizza Hut this past weekend while attending the Howard Payne Homecoming Event. The pizza we ordered was prepared to perfection and the team of workers did a fantastic job making us feel welcome!!! I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location!
