Cleanest restaurant at this huge restaurant stop. Great service, good food, literally my go to whenever in travel long distances.

Worst place in Breezewood don't go there my wife called in for a order and the girl said that it would be 24 dollars so when she asked for the bill it was 30 dollars so when I asked about it they said that they charged 8 dollars for a small thing of pasta but that was post too be in with the deal they was having then there piza was all down no cause worst food ever and the most mean and un professional people I've ever seen too go from 24 too 30 was crazy ill never eat there again so unless you like getting ripped off and eat food that taest like card board don't stop there read more

Like most people, went to this Pizza Hut after getting gas on our road trip. It was my first time I've ever eaten inside a Pizza Hut. The restaurant looks a little old but otherwise was fine. Got a salad and a personal pizza as we were short on time. The food took a while to get even though we were the only two people in the restaurant, however it tasted great! read more

The quality is good, it is what you would expect from a Pizza buffet, but I wish to write this review so that Pizza Hut acknowledges how amazing their employees are. I hope Pizza Hut corp takes notice, because the 2 people running this place need to teach others how to be efficient, work under stress and still provide excellent service. I tend to stop here on the way to Pittsburgh from Washington DC. They are one of the only known Pizza Huts to still have the lunch buffet. The staff literally consists of a waitress and a cook. That is it. Somehow, these 2 employees manage to run this Pizza Hut. I have stopped by on Friday afternoon, the buffet is from 11-130 PM, and have only seen 2-3 families eating inside. Typically the service is not fast, but it is fine since the chef is putting out fresh pizzas on the buffet line. One afternoon, the waitress, Joanne, I believe had to care for 20 people inside the restaurant. The chef and her could not keep up with the demand, but they worked so hard, I even helped carry my plates to the front after eating. While being slammed, Joanne was so warm, courteous and pleasant, and the chef inside was literally putting out pizzas as fast as she could make them. Will I stop by here again, for sure! If you are looking for a place to grab a quick meal while traveling through Breezewood, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Drive back home to Baltimore and make a sandwich. It will be faster. We finally got drinks 15 minutes after we sat down. Our pizzas came out 45 minutes later. Our breadsticks, which were supposed to be an appitizer, arrrived 15 minutes later. I live in Florida but I recently started working in this area every two weeks and since this past month I have eaten here 3 times and each time has been phenomenal...My pizzas have been hot and fresh with just the right amount of everything and the staff has always greeted me with a genuine smile and pleasant attitudes... This location gives me something to look forward to when I know I'm coming to this area... keep up the great work y'all read more

Stopped in the area due to a snow storm. Called and they specifically stated they do not deliver. I'm staying in the hotel literally across the street. Fine, I understand it's snowing. Then I ask for their 1 large 2 topping, and she told me I cannot order that. I can only order this online. WTH! She refused to do anything for me and told me to order it online if I wanted it. Normally, ima dominos kind of guy but after today, im both. My experience was actually good. Online it said my large italian sausage & pepperoni pizza would be done at 7:09. They lied. Stopped here on our way to D.C. Place was empty when we arrived. Ordered 2 items and both were completely wrong when they brought our food. My is Darryl and I'd been driving for quite awhile. I left Quantico, VA., October 3, 2018 and was heading home to Chicago. I took I pulled off the road and entered Pizza Hut. My waitress was Morgan and she was just wonderful. She helped with ordering a small pizza with something to drink. Morgan was very attentive and personable. She made me feel right at home. I eat at this location a few times a month. The manager Sandy is awesome and if you ever have a problem with your order she will take of you without question. I place my order on the pizza hut app and it's always ready at the time I indicate I want to pick it up. I can honestly say in the 4 years I've done business with this location I've never had a bad experience. read more
