I only desire personal pan pizzas from Pizza Hut. Perhaps it's a little bit of nostalgia from the days of the "Book It" Program when I was a youngster! Good times!! This is a clean location and sometimes busy . On my visit it wasn't busy at all. Fast service and a smooth transaction. I ordered a supreme pp and requested it well done. It was even on my receipt. I wasn't told how long my order would take , so I just asked if I could pick up from the drive up window to which they replied, "yes." Cool Fast forward....got to the drive up told them my name and got my pizza. Get home , my pizza wasn't cooked as well done like I requested. So lame. Wish the manager would stop having those kids work there and hire older or maybe college aged people. They kids look like they're still in high school. The pizza is good and even though they might not use masks, I wish they could at least use gloves. I always have to go there in person and cant get delivery because I cant depend on them to actually deliver the pizza. One worker there pretended like he was the manager (he was not) and was going to compensate me for free delivery which never came.This was after I had ordered one in and it never came even though and had inquired about it, they claimed it was already out in the car. If youre not doing delivery that day just say so, so we can keep moving or I can make arrangements, instead of having me just there wafting with my family for it while you unempathetically go on about your day. Couldn't get a refund until hours later when I actually got in contact with a real manager. Very nice and accommodating staff. They took good care of two small classes of elementary age students on a field trip. Orders has been placed prior to us arriving which lessened our wait time to be served. This location appears to be fairly new. Although it's not as large as some of their other locations, it's nice, clean and convenient to the surrounding neighborhoods. read more

We began enjoying Pizza Hut pizza over 50 years ago. It was our favorite pizza joint! We were disappointed when our local Pizza Hut restaurants closed down a number of years ago and so we were excited when a new Pizza Hut opened up recently near us at Valleydale Rd & Caldwell Mill Rd. In Birmingham. Tonight we ordered our first Pizza Hut pizza and were looking forward to enjoying our favorite pizza again. Wow, were we ever disappointed! It no longer tastes like the original Pizza Hut pizza!! The sauce was sort of sweet but otherwise flavorless, almost no cheese and the pizza dough and toppings weren't fully cooked. Rude drivers and ever ruder manager. They wouldn't admit to messing up an order and didn't even try to rectify or fix the situation afterwards. Wouldn't honor their own coupons and offer, and instead were trying to sneakily charge the full price on a pizza. Driver was short and had a bad attitude and drove off before wrapping up. Area manager and store manager neither were helpful. Avoid this branch if possible. They don't care about customers one bit. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised by the awesome quality of pizza here at Pizza Hut! I custom made two medium pizzas, and they turned out great! Pizza Hut always has some kind of sale going, and I got my two medium pizzas for 8.99 each. I think the deal included 5 toppings per pizza. The crust was great. I enjoyed both the thin and regular crust pizzas. Toppings were generous and evenly distributed. There is also a wide variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. Service is horrible because the inside closes and the pickup window line is relegated to road in the middle of oncoming traffic. It takes 5 min a car to get your pizza smh. They should really revisit this pickup at the window only. Food is good though. read more

Ordered at 6:35. Called at 8:30 to offer to come pick up the order to help out with potential delivery demand issues. We were told that the order was already out the door so we couldn't come pick it up. Expect it in 10 minutes. It is now 9:20. No pizza. read more

I placed an order at 10:30 AM for 6:30 pickup. I showed up at 6:30 PM on the dot, and they couldn't even find my order at first. When they finally did, they said it was voided that morning for being placed too early. They didn't bother calling me or emailing to tell me what happened. I reached out online to ensure my refund ($50) and received an email out of the complete blue from the store manager being so rude it was unbelievable. The manager ranted in this email about an order for someone else - they didn't even remember me! This store has employees so focused on defending their mistakes, they don't even apologize for ruining your order. I was on my way to a party that started at 7:00. I was responsible for the food, and ended up being late and out of pocket another $65 because I had to get a last-minute dinner for everyone. They shouldn't have canceled my order, but if they had to, they should have at least attempted to contact me to let me know. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Some evenings you just want to have pizza delivery. If you live in Crestwood, Papa John's delivery is a great choice. I used the app and I could not believe how fast my pizza arrive to my house. To top it off, the pizza was delicious. Papa John's is the bomb. I highly recommend it. read more

I placed a deliver order at this store, waited 1:50 before I called to check on it and they informed me they cancelled the order because they don't have any delivery drivers. Haven't had Pizza Hut in a few years because the nearest one to us closed down. Decided to place an order at this location to pick up on my way home on after work. So disappointed. I have no desire to go back anytime soon. First off customer service wasn't the worst but could have been a lot better. Employee had to ask for my name a second time because this employee and another started talking about random stuff with me standing right in front of the register. Not work related stuff. Then I witnessed two employees playing with another employees hair while in the kitchen area. Not really what you want to see with people preparing your food. Now with the food. Taste was okay but pizza and cheese bread seemed under cooked while breadsticks seemed over cooked. I think I would rather do frozen pizza than to go back to this location. read more

Terrible customer service. I cannot emphasize this enough. Put the blame on the customer over a 10 dollar pizza. Also scary, unstable delivery Driver. Driver kept ringing the door bell then told me I owed money even though I paid online and then drove off and came back again......kind of uncomfortable the behavior and while we were talking to the manager she said she was in a hurry and drove off with the pizzas ...... I was frustrated with the behavior bc I just had a baby and a) gotten the baby to sleep and she keeps coming back ringing the bell b) I can't leave the house so I was depending on the delivery. Also their district manager, area manager, Robert Z. is extremely unprofessional he was the cause of the mess too and has poor training or maybe zero training. Does not know how to differentiate online vs in store orders or apply discounts. He said it was my problem........when I told him about the driver being unprofessional and leaving with the pizza he yelled and said then cancel your order. I am embarrassed for the company!! if he is a higher up and this is the customer service he represents for the company I will just go to a competitor. So basically he bullied me and said the order will be canceled instead of apologizing and saying I will speak to the driver and we will send a fresh pizza out. I wasn't even asking for a refund or a credit. Never experienced that before and will not order here again.
