Placed an order for delivery. Order said delivery 6:17 pm. Arrived 6:45pm. Cold and mushy. Called the store gave me a $10 credit. Doesn't solve the problem now. They are now using door dash as delivery drivers. Will only use restaurants with their own drivers from now on read more

Online ordering was easy. Delivery was in time. Order was correct..... Only problem was I miss well have eaten the box it came in. Had to be the worst pizza I have ever had. Tastes like cardboard. I thought the pizza was horrible. Then we tried the breadsticks and I didn't think it was possible.... But they were even worst! Tried calling to talk to a manager and waited on hold for 10 minutes then was "disconnected." I don't care how hungry you are or how much you like Pizza Hut pizzas, I'd stay clear of this location. read more

Me and my brother purchased a few things here. Wasn't that great and not worth the pay. The pizza wasn't exactly what we ordered and the garlic knots were half the size they normally are as well as super hard where it'd hurt to eat. The only thing great about this experience was the guy who delivered our order! Not buying from this Pizza Hut again. read more

Just a food for thought.. we stopped at pizza hut on Oneida street in Appleton for supper tonight. Worse place ever and has gone downhill BIG time. Was told they didn't have dine in due to short staff but at least 6 employees. Was told they had no breadsticks and something else and wouldn't have any for at least 2 hours. But was told we could order and eat it there but would have no one to wait on us. So we did. I saw them put a completed order in a warmer wondering if was ours. Was never brought to to us until at least 10 minutes later which this was our order. We had to ask for plates and napkins and asked where the parmesan was cause the crushed pepper was on the tables. Our answer was we could purchase a shaker for $1.25 and that it's not free anymore for all pizza huts. So we called Kaukauna to see if they also charge and was told no it's free. Upon leaving we asked why they were charging for theirs but not kk. The so called manager, whose name is Jeff blew up at us and was yelling and swearing in front of our son and stated he would not deal with children.. mind you he was maybe late 20s early 30s but yet we were children. Was told to f***** leave. So just food for thought about stopping at this so called place especially after being treated this way and in front of a special needs child! No reason for it as we just asked a simple question. read more

We waited 2 hours for delivery. Called to cancel my order for a refund and got some in store credit to use. Found out about 3 weeks later that they never refunded my money. Had to call back again for a refund. Never coming back because of bad customer service. read more

I've never complained about a restaurant before and am usually understanding but this is just gross. Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza online for pick up. Everything seemed fine but when I took it home and actually started eating it, I found a piece of dried mushroom that still had some kind of crust and dirt on it and then on top of that, had a piece of brown hair found on the same slice. Not bad, I only come here for breadsticks which are usually always good. The only complaint I have is the staff. 1-2 of them are usually decent the rest are pretty bad. Pretty rude and seem grumpy. The staff is kind and understanding. But I've tried getting delivery *literally* the last four times I've wanted pizza and they don't have any delivery drivers. First time- system was down and it was pick up/ cash only. I get it. Things happen. Picked up. 2nd time- delivery drivers car broke down, unable to deliver. Okay... I guess I'll accept that. Picked up. 3rd time- called at 10:30. Was told we only have a delivery driver until 11 and they wouldn't be able to deliver in the time frame. Irritated, but picked up anyway. 4th time- called 10:50. No delivery driver again. You're a delivery pizza place. That's what's you do. Change your hours or fix your staffing issues cause I'm not driving across town anymore for Pizza Hut. Dominoes is less than great pizza, but at least they'll come to me. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas for take-out. They left pineapple off of one of them but I didn't notice until I got home. They credited my $10 which was nice but I love pineapple pizza :( read more

I tried to order take out on Friday at the S Oneida St location but no one answered. I tried to place an online order but they were not accepting orders. I called Meade street and got take out from there instead. They were fielding a ton of calls from South Appleton complaining about the inability to order delivery from the South side location. I picked up my pizza from Meade street and stopped in the Oneida St location to see what was going on and they had 1 table of customers, and the delivery driver, cook, etc were standing out the front door smoking cigarettes as the phone was ringing off the hook and everyone ignoring it. I will be ordering from Dominos from now on. read more

I called and made an order for delivery. They said it'd be about an hour. I waited two, and then made the call that no one wants to make. I find out they don't deliver to my part of the road (I've ordered from this location before and even have them in my contacts). I tried calling and they immediately declined my call. When they finally accepted on the 4th call, they told me they'd send it out and it'd be another hour. I asked to check the location, and the smug Pizza Hut employee decided to check and then told me they don't deliver in my area. Had to call other location and they gave me store credit. But.... maybe those more competent should operate the delivery orders. read more

Was very very disappointed with this Pizza Hut service. We had ordered delivery of two pizza's and breads ticks that took an hour and a half to arrive (we live 5 minutes away). When the pizzas arrived there were no bread sticks and the delivery man told us we had to call the store to get our order and left. The pizza was cold and we called the store and I spoke to the manager and all she said was that the bread sticks would be there in 45 minutes. Not saying sorry and they would give us them for free or anything. The bread sticks came an hour later and were cold and not good. We have been going to this store for a while since living so close but don't think we will go again. We did not receive good service at all. As a person who works in the food service industry I know how to take care of situations like this and this is not how! read more

I got raw wings and my aunt went in and yelled at the top of her lungs curse words and tons of horrible things. I could have gotten salmonella. Afterwards I went to McDonald's and told them my story and they gave us free food and it was actually good. If you like raw wings and salmonella go there. I will never go there ever again. read more

I was very disappointed in this Pizza Hut. I called to place my order and they were out of the hand tossed crust. I asked if I could upgrade to the pan for free since they were out of the hand tossed (which was free). He said he didn't think they were allowed to do that and I asked if he could ask the manager. We do not like the thin crust. He asked and came back on the phone and said no. Our only option was to get thin or pay extra for pan. I am disappointed and they lost our business. read more

This Pizza Hut was a terrible experience. Ordered a pizza and had to explain what i wanted FIVE times. They asked me to spell the street I live on (State St.). Said pizza would be there in 40 minutes. An hour later I called Pizza Hut to ask them where my pizza was. I found out they had written the address wrong and also had my phone written incorrectly. Manager said they would deliver us a FRESH pizza and we would receive it in 35 minutes. They showed up in 15 minutes, not with a FRESH pizza but our original stale pizza that they simply reheated. They haven't cured my taste for pizza but they did cure my desire to ever order from Pizza Hut again. read more

Went here with 7 other people and they said it was too much to handle to give separate bills when all we got was the buffet and water. They never came to the table once to ask for a refill and the guy rolled his eyes when we asked for some more water. The pizza has no flavor and the pasta was hard and stuck to the pan. Only one pan of pizza out at anytime and workers very rude. One worker told someone "I'm sorry the buffet is so pathetic, I don't feel like doing anything today." Kitchen and dining room is trashed. Silverware laying on the floor. Not worth $6.29 a person. I have nothing good to say about this place. read more
