Read the bottom as to WHY. We arrived about 5pm on a Saturday. Not real busy. 1 minute to someone taking our drinks order, 2m30 to having drinks on the table and placing our app and food order. Apps were on the table in 15 minutes. Had an order of the Tracy bread with garlic sauce. Get the garlic sauce and just dunk your sticks like they're Oreos in milk. Delicious. Another 42 minutes and our pies were brought out one by one. Cooked to perfection, the bacon wasn't floppy, outer crust held its shape, and the base crust wasn't thin like a proofed crust. And also... no grease! It was moist, but it was the tomato sauce that was giving it the moisture. Would I order again? Heck yes. Would I have 3 beers before the food arrives? Heck no, lol. LITTLE SECRET ON WHY IT TAKES SO LONG: aluminum pans are used instead of dark pans which would otherwise cook faster.
