Wow, what a bad experience. First, they were out of the first three beers I picked from their menu. I ended up drinking soda. My wife's fried pickles weren't cooked all the way, and still tasted doughy. My onion wings were mostly hollow with virtually no onion. My wife's chicken wings were incredibly dry. I really don't know why I bother coming back here, it's never a good experience. One time my boyfriend and I were served our meals about 30 minutes apart. Another time the waitstaff literally would not stop harassing us about leaving a good review and trying to get us to use the app. While we are trying to eat our food they kept interrupting us to ask if we had downloaded the app yet. No, I'm trying to eat! The cups for the to-go ranch are half the size they once were. I only come here for The wings and sometimes they aren't great either, but the thing that makes me hate this place is the service. Today was particularly awful. Late lunch - not really busy. I work in the service industry myself so I like to think I have a decent idea of a standard of service. The bartender had a few people at the bar but nothing crazy. There weren't many service tickets coming through either. It took over 5 minutes to get a water. She worked with no gumption which made everything seem even slower. I had to run out of water to get a refill. I was half way done with my mena when I finally got napkins. It was boneless day and I didn't get silverware. And no wet naps either. Aside from that two of my biggest pet peeves with people who work in restaurants - really long press on nails and a huge nose ring. Just gross. And then I watch her pull dirty dishes from a customer and never wash her hands in between that and scooping ice from the with the plastic cup right. Tried a take-out order recently and order of 1/3 of items were missing from the bag, and after contacting the restaurant a surprisingly rude employee offered that we either drive back or she'd "try and process a partial refund". their mobile ordering service is the worst. waiting 30 minutes to an hour standing in a noisy dirty hallway trying to listen for your name to be called is a regular occurrence. the staff is rude and unhelpful and if you ask for a status on your order it is moved back in the line and the only answer that you get is they will cancel your order for you if you'd like to. no answers are given. there is no space to wait for your order and you can't leave the restaurant because no one will contact you if your order is finished when you aren't there. overall a living hell and the food is substandard once you get it. usually cold and undersauced. to sum it all up. overly long waits for poor quality food and rude staff 0/10 do not recommend to my worst enemies. read more

Order was messed up, our waiter knew he messed up and never returned back to our table. Someone else brought our food. Never got refills and we had to chase down our check. The manager didn't want to hear any complaints she actually walked away while we were telling her our food order was messed up. We wont be back. read more

My husband put in an order last night (11-26-2021) for pickup at 11 am today (11-27-2021). The restaurant even called to confirm the order this morning and said it would be ready to pick up at 11 am. My husband went to pick up the order and they told him that the order couldn't be found. So he had to wait 22 minutes for them to make the order. No apologies. Another issue was that he had a coupon for $15 off $20 and they wouldn't let him use it so he he had to use his rewards certificate, which was $10 off. He called me as he was leaving the restaurant with our order and it takes 10 minutes to get home. When he got home, the wings and the fries were cold and there was no warmth to them at all. We've ALWAYS had issues with this particular restaurant and I don't know why we even bother coming back. We won't make that mistake again. read more

The waitress asked if we wanted our food out as it was done or wait till it was all done then bring it out all at one time, we opted for it to come out as it was done. About a year ago I was threatened by a member of my party and asked a staff member if I could either have a staff member watch me walk to my car or call the police for me so that I could do so. They refused because I was male and suggested I just use my phone to film them. I told them I was afraid my phone would be taken away from me as I was outnumbered and it was clear they didn't want to get involved. I find this not only totally unacceptable as a way to treat their patrons but in general as a way to treat another human being asking for help. read more

I ordered our food online through the BWW website for delivery. Ordered right around opening at 11 am. Ordered BOGO boneless wings (10 honey bbq/10 orange chicken (2 bleu cheese, 2 carrots), 10 mango habanero ex-wet/10 orange chicken ex-wet (4 ranch), 6 Parmesan garlic/6 Parmesan garlic (4 ranch), and I used my reward points to order Ultimate Nachos with 2 salsas). Food was delivered around 11:45 am. All of the wings seemed to be there, but we were missing the 2 bleu cheese, 8 ranch, 2 salsas and 2 carrots. I called the store and told them about this and they (unapologetically) stated that there was nothing left out that was forgotten. Well, I don't have it so it has to be somewhere! At that point, they offered to get the missing items together and I could pick them up if I wanted to. Umm, I just paid $4.49 for a delivery fee and $5.00 for a tip so I wouldn't HAVE to go pick up my order, so what makes them think that I would be okay with going to pick up items that THEY forgot to put in the bag, while my food sits here at home and gets cold??? Not only that, my husband, who ordered the honey bbq/orange chicken wings, bit into an orange chicken wing and immediately spit it out!! He said his mouth was on fire!! Turns out that they gave him mango habanero but labeled the box as orange chicken (and it wasn't my mango habanero because I got mine and my orange chicken!). So he could only eat the honey bbq wings. So disappointing. This isn't the first issue we've had with this store. A few months ago, we ordered boneless wings on a Thursday for dinner. When we got our wings, they were hard as a rock (overcooked) and could not eat them or we'd break a tooth! We called the store and told them about it and, instead of apologizing and making it right, we were told that they were busy on Thursdays and we should order earlier in the day so this doesn't happen again. Don't waste your time. Ordered online... delivered missing 30 wings. I call wild wings, catch plenty of attitude and told it's a door dash issue call them. After battling they agree to send wings out again... an hour and a half later no wings. I call again catch more attitude... so we can refund the wings. Gee thanks. Managers have attitude, and cannot deliver a product worth eating. Who knows if I'll actually get my refund. Don't hire door dash if they cannot deliver it reflects poorly in your company. Do not say we will deliver them and never deliver. That was a whole lot of hassle for cold fries and no wings. Will not order from again. Update 14 days later, 5 phone calls in the last two weeks to them... all promising to refund the 30 wings that were not delivered and I still have not been reimbursed for the 30 wings that were not delivered. I get it's silly to fight over $15 but it's the premise. If you do not deliver the food I'm not going to pay for it. I'm literally opening up a complaint with the better business bureau on Monday if the refund is not received. Has been 1 month since requesting to be reimbursed for the 30 wings that have not arrived. Just left this place and I am extremely disappointed. My parents and I were there for 15 minutes and not a single person even thought to stop and let us know they were going to be with us. We were sat down right around 8:30pm and we left at 8:45pm. No drinks were offered, nothing. My mother spoke with an employee in the kitchen as they were the only person we could pin down. The most disappointing thing is that this was not during a rush, but the parking lot and restaurant were half empty.
