This branch is struggling. Superbowl Sunday, I ordered online at 2PM for pick up at 5. When I got there at 4:50, the store was packed and the pick up time on the board was showing 4:25. PLEASE do yourself a favor and order your pizza from anywhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how much you will regret ordering your pizza from here. I placed an order for delivery via their website (I live less than a mile away, 5 minutes max, but was babysitting so I couldn't leave), and I received a confirmation saying it would arrive in about 30-40 minutes. 45 minutes go by and it still hasn't arrived. There was no update on the website, so I called. They picked up the phone and I asked where my delivery was. Considering I live 5 minutes away, I assumed they might be busy and maybe hadn't finished making it or something. The girl on the phone said she would check, so she put me on hold. A few minutes later, someone else picked up and asked for my phone number to confirm my order. She then told me that the delivery driver had already dropped it off, and my instructions said not to ring the doorbell, so I should go check my front door. Without checking, I told her that it wasn't there. I knew this because my brother had been on a phone call for over an hour on the front porch, and I told him to bring the food in when it arrived. She insisted that the food had already been delivered, and that I should go check, then hung up on me. I went to ask my brother if he saw anyone drop food off at a neighbor's house or something, and he said nobody had entered our neighborhood aside from our neighbors across the street who were arriving home. I called back again, and someone answered immediately. I explained again that I had ordered a delivery and it hadn't arrived. The girl put me on hold while she "went to check", and I was on hold for over 5 minutes until the line cut me off. At this point, I'm quite upset. My order totaled $57 with delivery and tip, and I was not about to just call it and waste my money like that. I can understand that sometimes people claim they didn't receive their order when they really did and they're just looking for a free refund, but if that were the case, would I really continue calling and waiting on hold? And shouldn't the delivery driver be able to prove somehow that they delivered my food to my house? Or even entered my neighborhood at all? So I called back again, and again, got an instant answer. Instead of telling them to check on my delivery, which I assumed would put me back on an indefinite hold, I just asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, that also gets you put on hold indefinitely. I assume the manager is the one who told me my order was delivered when I called the first time, so I knew she was there if that really was the manager. I stayed on hold until I was hung up on again, and that's when I gave up for the day. I'm disappointed, to say the least, that I would be dismissed so easily by the employees when I'm clearly a concerned customer. Pizza Hut needs to come up with a way to ensure a delivery is made properly, whether it be a tracking system or a photo to confirm delivery. This was completely unacceptable, and unprofessional of the employees to put me on hold indefinitely when it's clear there are people there and available to speak on the phone. Once my transaction processed, I called the customer service line to report how I was dismissed by this Pizza Hut location when I hadn't received my order. I also put in a request for a refund of the total, and am waiting to hear back. If I hear nothing, I won't be surprised in the least. It's just so disappointing that you have to go to all this trouble just to receive something you paid for. I picked up the pizza and left only to my surprise when I got back to my work site that there was bacon red onion as well.
