This location is VERY disappointing - 2 stars. It's been many years since I've been to a Pizza Hut. I've been watching the hundreds of new TV ads. They lured me in with the slick advertising so I decided to give them a try, the location closest to my house in Anoka. I'd say the food is a 2 or 3. But the service is a 1. My main complaint isn't the food. I found the pizza and other items to be okay - average. I'd say they're my least favorite pizza of all the big national chains. What happened? They used to be great! Not anymore though. My primary bitch is the complete logistical chaos, goofy management, and silly disorganization. I stopped by for an in person cash order and pickup. Simple, right? GOOD: 1. The pizza was okay. But the new Hot Pepperoni pizza was - really - very hot. I loved the heat part of it. Most Minnesota food that says "hot" is wimpy as hell. Pizza flavor - blah. Heat - hell yes. 2. My food was done quickly. 3. The prices are reasonable. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 1. The front door is locked but there's no sign. They wave their hands and yell at you, telling you to come to the drive-thru window. How about a sign? Duh! 2. I drove to the window and it took what seemed like forever to find a takeout menu to pick my items. FYI, the paper takeout menu has a bunch of things crossed out that aren't available. No salads, no sandwiches, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. 3. Of course, the first 2 starters I picked weren't available either. How about crossing those out too? 4. They asked me what size new Hot Pepperoni pizza I wanted. I chose a small. Guess what? You can only get a large! Then why did they ask me what size I wanted? 5. Paying with cash, picking up at the window...but they need my name and my PHONE NUMBER for the order! I asked them why they needed my phone number when I'm just paying cash and coming back to the window in 10 minutes. They told me they can't do an order in the computer without a number. (But they can't text me when it's done either.) 6. While waiting in the parking lot I saw 2 other cars drive up, get out, try the locked door, and then drive away. They're missing out on business. In hind sight, I should have driven away too! 7. While waiting I noticed a fleet of delivery vehicles. The silver ones say "we deliver sandwiches too". But sandwiches aren't available on the menu. What the heck? 8. When I came back to the window 10 minutes later they couldn't find my order. Not by my name. Not by my phone number. Then the manager stepped in the told the dude where my order was. 9. They forgot my 2 liter Pepsi. This place is a joke. -Maxx read more

I ordered the big box dinner with 3 deep dish pizzas. They do not tell you they will send you 3 medium traditional crust pizzas but still charge for the big box dinner with deep dish. i paid close to $70 for 3 deep dish pizzas and large order of bread sticks. I recirved 3 med pizzas read more

Surprisingly fast delivery. Was craving a stuffed crust and Pizza Hut was the only local place that would be able to come through. Order arrived about 20 minutes after placing an online order, arrived hot, fresh and delicious. Wish they were open later like Dominos! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I usually don't leave negative reviews but when the person on the phone says "go to hell" a review is in order. I ordered my food online for a 6:45 delivery time, but is delivered 30 minutes early. So it sat and got cold until people arrived. Then the order was for extra sauce on one and regular on the other. Both had 0 sauce. I normally prefer Pizza Hut over dominos but with this terrible service and product I'd even choose little Caesars next time. read more

This food was just amazing. The triple box was worth it, not only with the price, but the food as well. Where else can I get 2 pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls that can actually fill you up, for a reasonable price. I really liked how fresh everything tasted from the tasty crust to the piping fresh toppings, to the gooey cinnamon rolls. It was truly enough to last at least for another day. For a deal like this, it would be worth coming back to this location once again. read more

Wow. Truly horrible customer service, starting from the store manager. My son LOVES Pizza Hut, and this is the store that delivers to our home, so we have ordered here many, many times. No more. Over the past year or two, we've had our order show up wrong far too often. So many times that we've had Pizza Hut corporate send us free pizza coupons multiple times. Again, my son loves Pizza Hut, so my wife ordered from this store again last night, using the latest free pizza certificates from corporate. Of course they got the order wrong again, but this time I think they did it on purpose. What makes me think that? My wife received a cal from the store manager today, saying that we should not order there anymore, because he could not stay in business with customers like us. Seriously. So, not only will we not order from this store any longer, we will also make our story heard by as many people as possible. Hopefully the manager will get the level of disciplinary action appropriate to this childish behavior. read more

Terrible service waited over an hour for our pizza and we live 2 miles away and the pizza was delivered cold. My husband called to express our complaint and he was put on hold for 8 minutes and once he finally got through to some one the person on the phone was extremely rude . If you want cold pizza and slow service order from here. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! We live between two pizza huts but this is the one that delivers to us. The first three times we ordered from them our pizza was ether wrong, they forgot something, or the one time we called and complained was because our pizza was undercooked and folded completely in half like a taco in the box. We chose to just start driving and pick up our pizza at the other location that doesn't deliver to us because they seem to have better customer service and do a better job. Now we have a toddler and on a few occasions we do decide to treat ourselves it's convenient to get delivery, but once again after being told it would be 45 minuets we are 75 minuets in and no sign of delivery. Tried to call and they hung the phone up. More then likely an accident but when you are already irritated and hangry this just adds fuel to the fire! I highly advise NOT USING THIS STORE! read more

Not a fan of Pizza hut but this location delivery great pizza. The wings are also top notch. WOW! great food

Over priced pizza and bad service. The 50% of sale they have going on is a joke joke. $21 for 2 pizzas, would have been $42 regular price. I had to order the pizza online to get the discount. The confirmation price didn't seem right so we called in to ask what the price wouldn't be. They gave us one price over the phone that was less than the online confirmation. When we went to get the pizza she said I don't know who you talked to and I was charged the higher confirmation price. If it wasn't that we had hungry people that had already been waiting for the pizza I would have just left. There are many pizza places I can spend my money at and this will not be one of them! read more

DON'T GO HERE, FOOD POISONING IS NOT WORTH IT!! And when you call to report the manager acts like it's never happened before, none of their food has ever gotten anyone sick! And won't refund your order after 24 plus hours of hell! My 2 yr old and I are the only ones who got sick and we ate the same pasta and garlic knots and red sauce. My other 2 ate pizza along with my husband. I was throwing up within 2 hours then a whole note of unpleasantness. Could barely lay down before having to run back to bathroom! Starting to get a little better-only due to Elderberry Queen Elderberry Syrup and essential oil supplements from Young Living. The inner defense has oregano oil in it which is proven to help ease and heal food poisoning. Add in some pro and prebiotics to replace what I lost from the damage. Their corporate number hangs up when you click for customer information. Only choice left is to call the health department. I guess the fact they don't have more than 2 stars should be a clue that we should have gone else where. I gave in because it was cold and they are a block away....NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give zero stars if I could because they don't even deserve 1. read more

I am super disappointed. My husband just called and told me our account was charged 40.00 and our bill was only 36.43. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but, overtime it is. Do they constantly skim off the top when they are not given a tip since it was a pick up order. On top of that we did not get part of our order as well. read more
