Super fast! * The pizza was delicious--super cheesy and cooked perfectly. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut's food, but the service at this location has been disappointing. I now choose pickup instead of delivery because my orders are often wrong when delivered. Even then, about half the time I arrive to pick up my order, the phone is left off the hook so no one has to answer it--making it impossible for customers to call in. To top it off, yesterday I was told they were out of something as basic as garlic butter. The lack of attention to customer service is frustrating and makes me think twice about returning. read more

Well now there's no place in Mayberry (Altus) to get pizza. I had received an email from Pizza Hut thanking me for my patronage and offering me a free two toppings medium pizza. So I ordered one, but when I went to pick it up, I was refused the use of the promotion. I was told that it can only be used at a corporate store and not a franchise. Service with a smile. Place was clean, and smelled like good pizza. Mine was to go order. Got the order right, ready on time, so what happened to the fifth star? I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. I am a sucker for that last nite of chest goodness. I got it home, and it was done in the idle, but the crust was doughy. Cooling is time and temperature and speed of the conveyor rack through the oven. Either the temp was lower, or the conveyor was faster than other Pizza Huts, the the crust was doughy and in places soggy. Great center, full of goodies, and tasty. The crust let me down. Cleanliness 5/5; Service 5/5; quality of food was 3/5. Four stars at best. read more

Overpriced. Used to be my go to place for pizza but the prices have skyrocketed and the taste and quality has decreased.

We have had 2 terrible encounters with this pizza hut....Why there are 2 pizza huts in this town is beyond me anyway. maybe if they combine the best employees from each they could have decent customer satisfaction ratings. First encounter: ordered delivery of 2 medium pan style pizzas and a dr. pepper. after 2 phone calls trying to figure out where our pizza was they informed me that they tried to deliver but my address did not exists, and they did not have my phone number to call me and get more information for the delivery. when the pizza finally arrived it was cold (duh) and the dr. pepper blew up when we opened it...extra lil FU(on purpose...,,, maybe) I'm wasting too much time on telling you this place is terrible....if you've made it this far,,, go in for the pizza buffet only.....and leave when you're done. read more

This pizza hut is decent at best. The service and friendliness during both of my recent visits has been pretty much nonexistent. While the pizza usually comes out decent, my last visit was completely messed up and when I said something they acted like I wasn't even talking. My "none pizza with left beef" had cheese and beef on the right side instead of the left. My poor lactose intolerant roomate was devistated that he could not eat over half the pizza which was covered in cheese. Thankfully for me I can eat cheese and his pizza made decent cheese sticks for myself, earning pizza hut 2 stars. But due to service and food issues I can only go as high as this. Maybe next time the customer service will be a little better or at least care when a customer says something about a problem with their order. read more

My husband and I will never be back. We chose to dine in. Huge mistake. Only saw our server twice to order and to get our drinks. After this we never received a refill, a different person brought out the food and we had to get our own silverware and plates. Hubby wasn't asked if he needed another beer and the pizza was shitty. I am a great customer. I never complain, tip 15 percent for crappy service and 25 percent or more for good service. Our check was given to us before we confirmed we ready to go (hubby still wanted that second beer) but at that point we were pissed. We had no idea how payment worked. We assumed they would come back for our card but no one did so we got our own to go box and took our check to the kiosk near the door (for to-go orders) and payed there. I was asked how the service was. I hesitated for several seconds before I decided to go ahead and tell them how things really were. The young girl explained that it was crazy because the other pizza hut was closed down and said we could ask for her next time for better service. I tipped that 15 percent but the damage is done. I will never return and we will be living here for at least three years so they lost out on my money. read more

I would actually give this pizza hut a negative -3 , horrible service, we came in on a Monday night around 8 pm , 5 adults, we were 1 of 2 tables for the female server at that point in the evening, we waited 1 hour and 30 min for our pizza, I personally had to go and get my pizza and grab it from the window, their phone was always ringing w/no one answering them just kept ringing , employees were not visible, we tipped 10% b/c we thought the service was horrible, for being so dead the service could have been a lot better, not impressed w/the service read more

I don't know what Pizza Hut has done to their crust style, but it is horrible. Haven't eaten there since Papa John's opened, but my son talked me into it because he wanted stuffed crust. He got cheese I got a hand tossed veggie lover's. He ate only one slice and decided he wished we got our normal. I thought both my crust and his crust tasted like cardboard. Won't go back until the next time I need to remind myself that I still don't like their pizza. read more

Everyone be aware of the Pizza Hut on Broadway! The food was great but the delivery driver didn't have a receipt for me to sign and it turned out he had the nerve to write in his own tip on top of what was given to him in cash. White male, stocky/heavy set, very rude and nervous like, dark car not to sure on the color it looked purplish but it could have been black as it was dark when he delivered. Tried to call a manager but was put on hold and never got back to so I'm writing this while on the phone with corporate. Just a FYI. read more

Probably the worst place I have ordered from! Asked for pepperoni and mushrooms and they gave me pepperoni and hamburger meat and I also asked for the thickest crust they have and extra cheese and they gave me ,no joke, paper thin crust and almost no cheese. I order twice before and the first time it was thick and perfect then the second time once again paper thin crust but we let it go and ordered again but we are done with pizza hut. read more

I have been disappointed the last two times I have ordered here. Last time they gave my order to someone else right before I went to pick it up...And this time they either got my order wrong or put only gross white thick fatty bacon pieces on it instead of the crispy small pieces of hardwood bacon I usually get (I thought it was ham instead of bacon at first because you couldn't even tell it was bacon). When I called to get my order corrected the lady treated me like I was dumb and acted very rude and snotty. Service at the Pizza Hut on N. Main St is way better.
