My family and I came during a Saturday lunch rush and the staff did a great job keeping up with the orders and having great attitudes. Restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I ordered two burger meals with 2 apple pies. One apple pie was missing. One burger was missing some toppings and the other burger was missing the patty so it was just lettuce, tomato, and the buns. I like their burgers, but I don't like coming here. Their drive through line system quite frankly pisses me off sometimes. I will never understand how you can consistently bring out the order of 3-4 people that ordered in line behind me and who weren't even in line at the time I placed my order, before you can bring out a simple double cheeseburger and fries. Also, I never order a drink because I don't drink soda or sugary drinks that much. My order is a burger and fries á la cart. On their own those two items are cheaper than ordering a meal, half the time I'm charged just for what I ordered, but the other 50% they ring me up for the whole meal anyway and then just don't give me a drink, even though I clearly state that I don't want the meal. If you've been to Whataburger before, perhaps at a different location, you can expect the standard menu and high quality, tasty food selections. What's different here is the friendly, down-home staff! They were pretty busy when my friend and I visited, but the staff took our order quickly, was extremely kind, and delivered the food just as quickly. No complaints here! I went to this particular establishment tonight and I went through the drive thru and I ordered my food and everything seemed fine until I pulled up and the girl came out to retrieve my card for payment well I decided I wanted some condiments so I told the girl that I wanted 3 ranch and 3 ketchups not thinking that it was going to be a problem and so she say anything ~UNTIL~ she came back out with my food and in a rude nasty tone she had saying next time you need to tell the them when you order that you wanted condiments cause after 2 they change for condiments and I was like well listen I don't come here very often and I didn't appreciate the way she came at me sideways also it's ridiculous that they change for condiments anyways especially when you already paid for the freaking food itself, all I can say is it's corporate greed. read more

Ordered using the mobile app. After going through the drive thru we were told to park in the pick up order spot so we did. A few minutes later and a very disgruntled employee comes over and asked if we ordered. From his demeanor to his choice of words and tone of voice he was not friendly. He was so rude I actually had to bring his unprofessionalism to his attention. Immediately he got offended even though he treated us terrible. One of the best run Whataburger Restaurants I've been to. Very friendly staff. Place is clean. No waiting to order. Food is delivered with a smile. Why not five stars? Well, the ice dispenser is many times low and can hardly put ice in the cup. Normally five folks are working but the ice detail is low on the priority list. I used to eat here a lot when I was a little kid and remember it being amazing. I got the whataburger meal which came with the classic whataburger (with everything on it), fries (with ketchup), and a sweet tea. To be frank the best part of the meal was the sweet tea. Not saying the burger is bad but it was definitely mediocre, if you like mustard this is the burger for you. They also serve diced unions on their burgers instead of rings which I'm personally more fond of. The fries were average. I would definitely go again but I would go for something in the chicken area next time. (Another thing I noticed was they use styrofoam which I'm not a fan of but basically every place in Oklahoma uses it.) read more

I've been a Whataburger fan ever since I moved here. Food ALWAYS looks just like what they advertise. THIS review is on their Chorizo Taquito. I just about exploded when I heard that you guys now were serving chorizo! Absolutely the BEST thing to eat! It is wonderful even when reheated. Definitely one of the older looks. Classic yet modern. Service has been great at all times of the day. It serves breakfast all day, like all WhatABurgers. The bathrooms are really clean. The restaraunt has it's up and down times. Cleanliness varies on the manager of the shift. Mornings and lunch it's usually cleaner and faster service. Or you can go at 2AM and get the best service. I am beyond disappointed with the service that I received tonight. I normally have an okay time ordering at this specific location...but today it reached an all time low. When we ordered it seemed to be okay, but when we got to the window it went downhill. The cashier read us the wrong order, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Once they read our order back to us correctly, it seemed to be back to normal. BUT....... we received the wrong size drinks and they were a quarter of the way empty, and I'm very picky and asked for no onions, tomatoes, or any sauce other than ketchup. And when I got home and was ready to eat, there were NOOO veggies on my burger whatsoever, even though when they read the CORRECT order back, they only said to take off what I asked to be taken off. Very tasty and flavorful burger. Seasoned right and delicious. I had the number two with jalapeños and fresh avocado. The spicy ketchup is a great addition to the fries. I did like the personal touch of the staff delivering your food along with condiments and napkins carried on a tray. We even had a staff member that was cleaning adjoining tables if we needed anything. So my hats off to the staff that made my burger at lunch time on 11.14.2013.
