AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT LIKE A PLAGUE. READ, READ READ. Do NOT skip this review. My transaction was as followed: -Went in around 11PM -Worker was nice, said in 15min it'll be ready. He was the only worker there and with UNIFORM. -Waited passed 15min...A/C on and it was freezing. -Two DIPSHIT kids (asian and a hispanic both with earrings) storm in the pizza hut and immediately went to the kitchen and without washing their hands they immediately started to "help" the only guy there. *They did not have their uniform and told us they worked there. *The idiot with the grey sweater and earrings (hispanic guy) dropped the pizza cutter or whatever and didn't wash it. *Literally waited an extra 5-10min after those little bastards went in. *Another guy who was waiting for his pizza also got pissed off and threatened to call HQ on them and the manager. He left without his pizza. *The worker guy with uniform started to talk to asian dipshit kid over the guy who threaten them over why he left, and I butt in and told them why....uniform worker got pretty mad at both those stooges. ...here is the worst part, saw hispanic dipshit kid taking a piss outside (right side of the building), and these are the people who touch our pizzas? the pie is good, a lot better then domino's, but the phone and delivery service is horrible. my ex's experience, in 3 separate incidents: 1. told on several occasions that they don't delivery to his address, when he lives less then 5 miles away. 2. ordered thru the phone for in store pickup. when he arrived at the place, they didn't have his order on record. 3. another time, ordered over the phone, and b4 he could provide his address, they hung up on him. read more

Similar to the Denny's on Main st, this place is not worth my full review. Numerous times we ordered wings here without hot sauce. I'll tell you the story of the incident that got me to hate this place with a passion and never set foot into it ever again. We ordered buffalo wings with hot sauce on the side. The guy told me to pick it up in 30 min. I come in 45 minutes later. He says he never received an order for wings for anyone on the phone in the last hour. I am sure of it as I have the number on my phone recorded that I spoke with their store. He doesn't apologize, and gives a douchey look at me while he tells me to wait 15 minutes and he'll get it ready. Then he goes on his BlackBerry and texts people for a while. About 15 min later I ask when it'll be ready. He said he forgot to put it in, and now he will start it. Then another 15 min pass. He is on the phone now... HIS CELL PHONE. He is on his phone for a while as I continue to wait until I can get my damn wings. He hangs up finally after another 10 min, then he gives me the wings. The buffalo wings order was not right!!!! It came out as hot wings with hot sauce on the wings, when I specifically asked for hot sauce on the side of plain buffalo wings!!! So then I wait again as he fumbles to get the order done. After another 15 minutes, he finally gets me the order. NO APOLOGY. NO SMILE. NO GIVING A DAMN ABOUT THE SCREWUP HE DID. On top of that, I asked for Ranch sauce and he had the audacity to charge me 75 cents per sauce when the sign outside said 50 cents. WHAT THE HELL!? Then as I leave, I see him on his BlackBerry texting again, then I see him going up to two Pizza Hut workers telling them their schedule for the next week. They respond with, "Whatever you want, you're the manager." He's the manager... did you get that? HE'S THE MANAGER!!! OMG!!!! What kind of people do Pizza Hut hire!? If HE'S THE MANAGER, no wonder their customer service would suck... they have HIM to teach them. It's like having the blind leading the blind. It's like having handicapped people making fun of handicapped people. It's like a deaf guy learning to listen to music. It just DOESN'T make any sense whatsoever. Pizza Hut, if you are listening, PLEASE fire this guy and screen people before hiring them. You'll do yourselves a huge favor and maybe you can regain your lost customer-base. Overall score? Terrible! I placed an online order, went to pick it up at the time it said it was going to be ready, and the guy said it hasn't even been made yet because he was too busy counting money! Store hours say they are open at 10:00am. If I am able to place an order online and get an estimated pick up time, then there should be no reason that I walk in and have the guy tell me they havent even started making it! What the f***?! Did we really just have three kids process our takeout order?? Not only did they not know what they were doing, they were also super unprofessional: ignoring and neglecting us when we were the only customers in the store. Our pizza was boxed and ready by the time we arrived, but because these baffoons didn't know what they were doing and kept goofing off, what should have been a 1-minute checkout ended up taking 10 minutes! Absolutely horrible customer sevice. The only silver lining of this experience is the pizza, which was decent; otherwise, I would have given this place 1 star instead of a very generous 2 stars. I went there last nite, and I just ordered wings to go, and that was it. They had me waiting for 35 mins. People who had ordered large meals before me got their meals earlier than me. And my order was just 10 wings. The pizzas are pretty standard. I still like the thin crust and pretty much dislike the others. The thing about this place is terrible customer service. It helps to order online so you can at least avoid the incompetence until the driver comes, and I really haven't got anything to complain about the drivers. God help you if you want to use a gift card or anything else out of the ordinary. The last time I dealt with these morons was trying to use a gift card, one I had partially used up previously. Around the time the pizza was supposed to be delivered they called and said the card wouldn't go through and asked me to use a credit card instead. After 10 minutes I offered to drive over and work this out. They swiped the card but it wouldn't work. They called corporate and confirmed the balance, but still couldn't figure out how to use it. I offered to leave the card, including a few dollars on it more than my purchase, so they could figure it out at their leisure. This was too unusual for them to handle. Finally I said "Hey, either you give me the pizzas and take the card or I'm just going to walk away and you can throw them away." In frustration the manager finally gave me the damned pizzas and I left them the card with about $3 extra they certainly didn't deserve. I knew I wasn't ever going to use that card again because that was the last time I will ever order from Pizza Hut. The whole time I was there, by the way, the phone was ringing off the hook and nobody was even picking it up. The little lobby was filled with angry customers whose orders were screwed up and I saw the manager give away about $40 worth of breadsticks and sodas just appeasing one after the other. I hope the corporate office gets wind of how poorly trained their managers are. P.S. I think the other reviewers are too generous with the stars. OK, it's Pizza Hut. If you've eaten at one, you've eaten at all of them. The pizzas are going to taste the same. However, check out Scott -- one of the managers. General manager Ricky Vincent is one of the worst, rude, and unprofessional managers I have ever encountered. We ordered our pizza online and waited for 30 minutes until we called them and asked them what was the hold up. The General manager said he couldn't get a hold of us and because of it they did not send out the pizza. I asked him why. He said that their policy for online orders are that they need to call new customers to confirm or else they cannot send out the pizza. I told him, I have never heard about that policy and we had ordered pizza yesterday and they never called us or told us that they needed to input me into their system as a new customer, so most definitely he lied. He sounded very uncaring and making oh wow comments. It got to the point that I asked for his name. He didn't and instead told me I'll just call back the driver and hung up on me. I call back and this time all I wanted was a name and he refused after I asked 10 times. He told me to go down there and get his card. I asked him to give his name again and he gives me the name of my boyfriend, which he knew because my boyfriend made the online order. Im like are you really that rude and unprofessional what kind of managers dose that. The girl that deliveres the pizza arrives and I asked her for his name and she said she can only give me the first name. My coupon didn't go through, so I called the store to make sure everything was fine. Person over the phone said the pizza was free. Sweet. Delivery guy arrives to my house and says I have to pay. I guess no one told him what was going on. He called the store verified the pizza was free and was on his way. He was nice, so I gave him a $5 tip for a 1 block drive. I opened my box and for some reason, part of my pizza was only bread and marinara sauce. Oh well, it must have fell while being taken to my house. When I ate the pizza, it was doughy and falling apart. 30 minutes later, I get a call from someone from the store asking me to give them my credit card number because they need to charge it. I told him the dilemma I had with the discount code and verifying with the store about what happened. All he had to say to me over and over again was okay, "sorry Pizza Hut charged you already, give me your credit number." Thanks for nothing David. All in all, Food - WEAK Service - WEAK, excluding the delivery guy 1 star because it's the minimum and 1 star because the delivery guy was chill. Wow! Ive had my share of some good and some bad experiences going to pizza hut in the past, and never compelled to write a review till now. This particular pizza hut, was extremely helpful and very accomdating to my every need. The manager Rick, was very kind and understanding to what had happened to my order from the night before. So the night before i had ordered 3 boxes of pizzas for my nieces birthday and had specifically wanted all stuff crust, but instead i got thin crust. So the next day i had called and mentioned what happened to my order being wrong and so he had me come in and apologized to me and had made me 3 boxes of pizzas with all 3 being stuff crust all accomodated for and on the house. I know people make mistakes and i know it was an honest mistake, but the manager Rick displayed true customer service skills and truly went above and beyond for me even though i know he didn't have too. I will definitely be back and definitely be recommnding this location in particular to my friends and family to go get their pizzas. Thanks Rick! read more
